In the context of active digitalisation of public administration, the study of problems and prospects for the provision of services through multifunctional centres (MFC) becomes particularly relevant. The purpose of the article is to analyse the effectiveness of the current MFC model, identify key problem areas and develop practical recommendations for their optimisation in the context of the digital transformation of the region.
