    The chapter examines the process of digital transformation in Russia, focusing on national projects aimed at developing digital competencies in the state, municipal, economic and social spheres until 2030. The analysis of existing approaches to the definition and classification of digital competencies is presented, key components such as digital literacy, culture and competence are highlighted. Attention is paid to the differences between digital and information competencies. Based on the analysis, the authors propose to identify three key categories in the classification of digital competencies: information, communication and technical skills. The importance of the formation of digital competencies for specialists in various industries and the need for their formation in the process of professional training in higher education institutions are discussed.

The study focuses on developing and testing a project-based teaching model that enhances students’ aesthetic, creative, and digital competencies. The research is grounded in the analysis of academic literature, policy documents, and empirical data collected through observation and surveys among educators and students. The results confirm that the integration of AIGC into aesthetic education not only renews course content but also promotes active student engagement, increases motivation, and fosters interdisciplinary synergy between art and technology.     The chapter explores the mechanisms of staff involvement in the digital transformation processes of an organization, from resistance to acceptance of changes. It examines the reasons for resistance, such as fear of losing work, uncertainty about roles, and concerns about the comfort and familiarity of old processes. The chapter proposes a multi-level approach to involvement, which includes strategic leadership, transparent communication, employee participation in planning, opportunities for training and retraining, and the creation of a safe space for feedback. The chapter presents practical methods: targeted communication campaigns, joint formation of a roadmap of changes, involvement of employees in pilot projects, use of agile methodologies and design thinking to minimize resistance. Special attention is paid to measuring the effectiveness of involvement through KPI, satisfaction surveys, indices of perception of changes and monitoring of the organization's culture. As a result, specific steps are proposed to move from resistance to acceptance, which ensures a smoother implementation of digital technologies, increased employee motivation, and a sustainable transformation effect.

    The relevance of the study is due to the total trend towards digitalization in the Russian Federation, which covers a wide range of sectors of the national economy. The purpose of the study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems in the context of the total implementation of digital technologies and the need to ensure technological sovereignty. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is empirical (expert assessments, study of production experience) and theoretical (system analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision-making) methods. The chapter discusses the main reasons for the transition to a new stage in the development of industry and the economy of the Russian Federation. The main advantages of digital industrial ecosystems are formulated. The tools that ensure the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems are described and examples of their successful implementation are given. Based on the analysis of publications of domestic scientists, strategies for the further development of digital industrial ecosystems are proposed.

    The chapter is devoted to digital innovations and technologies that open up wide opportunities for agricultural production: management and monitoring of facilities in remote areas, herd management, monitoring of basic vital signs of animals, monitoring the accuracy of fertilizer application, forecasting adverse natural phenomena, maintaining distributed databases on land purchase and lease transactions, and others relevant directions. Industry 4.0 involves the active use of the latest digital technologies, tools and services in the daily activities of a modern agricultural engineer, agronomist, animal technician, veterinarian and other industry specialists. The author consider the process of active digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex industry as an inevitable way of forming a digital footprint, which can have a negative impact on the formation of the carbon footprint and the environment as a whole. Direct and indirect ways to minimize the carbon footprint by reducing the digital footprint in agricultural production are described. In conclusion, the conclusions are formulated that digital technologies contribute to improving the efficiency of modern digital agricultural production: presentation of information in various forms, automation of calculations, analysis of large amounts of data, decision support, etc. Limitations are also highlighted: uneven wireless coverage in agriculture, difficulties in maintenance and repair of robots and unmanned aerial vehicles, cybersecurity, lack of a legal framework, and a low level of digital culture.

    This study investigates the effects of generative AI (GAI) on higher education, drawing on survey data from Tomsk State University (TSU) faculty who underwent GAI training. The results demonstrate that GAI substantially alters course planning, student-faculty interaction, and the instructor's role. While GAI offers opportunities for enhanced efficiency, enriched learning, and personalization, it also presents risks related to academic integrity, overdependence, and reliability. The findings underscore the importance of comprehensive faculty training and robust institutional infrastructure to support GAI implementation.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of adaptation of psychology students, their adaptation in accordance with the indicators identified in the process of theoretical analysis, the definition of the concept of adaptation in general and to the digital transformation of education in particular. The study of adaptation indicators of psychology students to the digital transformation of education is relevant, since in the modern world digital technologies play an increasingly significant role in all spheres of life, including education. Digital technologies are a reliable assistant to the psychologist at all stages of the educational process. To study the ability of psychology students at a pedagogical university to adapt in their lives to changing conditions and the process of digital transformation of education, survey and questionnaire methods were used. The level of adaptation was determined using a standardized questionnaire and the author's questionnaire. The paper presents the results of a study of four indicators of general adaptation: neuropsychic stability, communicative ability, moral stability and adaptive ability. Four indicators of adaptation to the digital transformation of education have been identified: interest, readiness to use digital tools, knowledge of digital tools and the ability to use them, ease of learning digital tools. Based on the results obtained, data on the adaptation of psychology students of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy of different courses are presented.

    The author's study considers the actual direction related to the "digital transformation" of modern society on the scale of the state. The connection between the global process of digitalisation and the need to introduce changes in the system of personnel training, in particular for the agro-industrial sector, is established. The strengths and weaknesses of digitalisation and their impact on the digital wellbeing of the individual are described. Statistical data reflecting some trends in the development of the digital economy in Russia are analysed. An assessment of the state of digitalisation of agriculture in the country is given, and real examples of the introduction of digital tools in the sector are described. The paper describes the structure of digital transformation of domestic agrarian education, which includes five structural components: technical, software, technological, methodological and organisational-legal. For each component, an overview of existing solutions on the market is given. The opportunities, existing experience and possible problem areas in the training of personnel for agriculture and the formation of digital competences of future graduates are considered.
