    This article explores the integration of modern digital learning technologies into the educational process under the conditions of global digital transformation. The research highlights the primary methodologies for implementing digital educational resources, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), artificial intelligence for adaptive learning, and gamification. By analyzing both the advantages and the fundamental challenges such as the digital divide and the professional burnout of educators, the study proposes a comprehensive framework for sustainable educational digitalization. The results indicate a significant increase in student engagement when interactive technologies are employed, emphasizing the need for ongoing pedagogical support.

    The article examines the potential of using digital trackers (fitness bracelets, smart watches, and heart rate monitors) and mobile applications in the physical education process at a university. It analyzes the possibilities of transitioning from subjective assessment of "presence and effort" to objective monitoring of physical activity, as well as the conditions for personalizing the educational process based on individual data. The article identifies the main barriers to implementation (cost, data validity, privacy, and methodological unpreparedness of teachers) and suggests ways to overcome them.

    The article examines the role of the English language in the educational process of cybersecurity specialists in the context of digital transformation of modern education. The relevance of the study is determined by the widespread of the English terminology in the fields of information technology and cybersecurity. The paper considers the influence of digital educational technologies, online learning platforms and international digital resources on the professional education of students. Close attention is paid to the specifics of using the English terminology in technical documentation, software interfaces and cybersecurity training systems. The results display that knowledge of the special English terminology contributes to the development of student’s professional competencies, increases the effectiveness of training future cybersecurity specialists.

    Abstract:
    The chapter provides a comprehensive theoretical and methodological analysis of the essence, genesis and features of the development of the digital economy as a qualitatively new stage in the evolution of economic relations. The evolution of digital technologies in historical retrospect is studied – from the creation of the first programming languages to modern technologies of artificial intelligence, big data and the Internet of Things. The main approaches to the definition of the “digital economy” category are systematized. A comparative analysis of key terms is carried out: digitization, digitalization and digital transformation; the author's definitions distinguishing these concepts are proposed. A structural and logical scheme for managing the digital transformation of an enterprise has been developed, and the stages of its implementation have been substantiated. The risks and barriers of digital transformation have been identified, and approaches to their minimization have been proposed.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of this research topic is related to the importance and significance of managing the development of the road network for achieving the national development goals of “A Comfortable and Safe Living Environment”, “Decent, Efficient Employment, and Successful Entrepreneurship”, and for ensuring Russia's economic security. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the development of the road network and the economic security of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that the implementation of the national project “Safe, High-Quality Roads”, completed in 2024, did not fully address the challenges and risks to economic security associated with the high proportion of regional and local roads that do not meet regulatory requirements, underfunding of the road infrastructure, the slow pace of innovative development and implementation of digital solutions, and regional differentiation in the quality of the road network. Particular attention is paid to the mutual influence of road development and economic security, which allowed us to identify three types of effects: direct, indirect, and induced. Ensuring economic security is necessary for the continuous formation of resource support for road management, innovative renewal, and the successful digital transformation of the road infrastructure.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines theoretical and applied aspects of the development of information and educational needs of students in the context of digital transformation of higher education. Based on the analysis of strategic documents and a review of Russian and foreign studies, key areas of digitalization are identified: creation of a digital educational environment, formation of “digital maturity”, distance learning, integration of online platforms (RESH, YaKlass, ReshuEGE). Contradictions are revealed between student interests and platform technical capabilities, between personal data protection and its security level, between innovative and traditional forms of education. External and internal drivers of digital transformation are identified, as well as technical, organizational, staffing and socio-cultural barriers. The development of students' educational needs should be based on systematic integrated projects, digital portfolios and methodological recommendations for mastering digital skills. Information culture is seen as an indicator of professional competence and successful socialization. It is concluded that digital transformation requires the restructuring of all university structures, the reorientation of the teacher to a moderator and mentor, as well as the formation of students' motives for continuous self-education.

    The chapter considers the transformation of the institute of mentoring in the modern system of higher education in Russia. In the context of the rapid transformation of the labor market, the classical model of knowledge transfer is giving way to the concept of joint construction of meanings, where mentoring becomes a key mechanism for ensuring the quality of education and socialization of graduates. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the role, functions and models of mentoring, as well as identifying the prospects for its development, taking into account the integration of digital technologies. A comparative analysis of various models has been carried out, their strengths and weaknesses have been identified. A transition to a comprehensive, systematic mentoring model is proposed, including regulatory support, digital infrastructure, and a motivation system. It is emphasized that the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies is able to personalize the process, automate routine tasks and increase the effectiveness of mentor-mentored interaction.

    This paper examines the current landscape of AI and digital tool integration in educational environments, analysing key application domains and their pedagogical implications. Drawing on empirical research, OECD statistical data, and UNESCO policy guidance, the study identifies the principal areas in which AI is transforming teaching and learning: adaptive learning systems, intelligent tutoring, automated assessment, and administrative automation. Barriers to effective implementation – including infrastructure gaps, teacher readiness, data privacy concerns, and algorithmic bias – are systematically analysed. Strategic recommendations are proposed for educators and policymakers seeking to harness AI capabilities while mitigating associated risks. The findings emphasise that sustainable integration requires a systemic approach that prioritises pedagogical intent over technological novelty.

    This paper examines the role of digital transformation in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Based on the analysis of empirical studies and international statistical data, the study identifies key areas of digital adoption and their implications for business performance. It is shown that digital technologies enhance firms’ adaptability, support process optimization, and expand access to markets. At the same time, the effectiveness of digital transformation depends on the level of digital maturity, availability of skills and resources, and the quality of institutional support. The findings highlight the importance of integrated implementation approaches.

    The chapter investigates the transformation of the business analyst profession amid AI advancements and hybrid intelligence – synergistic human-machine cognition in decision-making. Relevance arises from technological shifts: cloud migrations, microservices architecture, AI integration in business processes. Drawing on theoretical frameworks and empirical data from Russian and international companies, it elucidates the intellectualization of socio-economic systems. The study justifies abandoning traditional business analysis for hybrid methodologies incorporating predictive and adaptive elements. A novel typology of business analyst roles is introduced: systems ecosystem designer, AI model interpreter, data architect, ethical navigator. Key competencies are identified: systems thinking, technical literacy, machine learning basics, product mindset, ethical evaluation. It is concluded that in the context of hybrid intelligence, there is not a replacement of a person by a machine, but a qualitative change in his role – the transition from a performer of routine operations to a strategic partner providing synergy of human judgment and the computing power of algorithms.

    In the context of active digitalisation of public administration, the study of problems and prospects for the provision of services through multifunctional centres (MFC) becomes particularly relevant. The purpose of the article is to analyse the effectiveness of the current MFC model, identify key problem areas and develop practical recommendations for their optimisation in the context of the digital transformation of the region. The methodological basis was the analysis of the regulatory framework, statistical data of the MFC's activities, as well as the method of expert evaluation. As a result of the study, system barriers were identified that limit the potential of the MFC as a driver of digital changes: fragmentation of IT infrastructure, staff shortage and the need to improve quality assessment metrics.     The article examines key trends in the digital economy and their impact on the emergence of new business models in an Arctic, resource-extracting region—the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YANAO). Based on an analysis of the region’s strategic documents and materials from the Higher School of Economics (HSE University), the paper summarizes the characteristics of digital infrastructure, the degree of engagement of residents and organizations in the use of digital services, and the managerial priorities of digital transformation. It is shown that the high penetration of broadband access and the internet creates prerequisites for market platformization, the development of “data as an asset,” remote services, and service-based models in the oil and gas sector, logistics, and the public services sector. A typology of promising business models for YANAO is proposed, and recommendations are formulated to mitigate risks when scaling digital solutions.

    A study of the impact of short video formats (TikTok, VK clips, YouTube Shorts) on financial marketing and customer behavior, particularly in the Krasnoyarsk region. Based on a survey of young people, the authors identify trust in informal bloggers and the dominance of digital pragmatism in content consumption. The analysis shows that the format not only promotes high engagement but also introduces new risks due to the simplification of information and the loss of critical evaluation. The key conclusion is that FinTech companies need to combine the effectiveness of short videos with financial responsibility and a deep understanding of the local context to build sustainable trust.

    This article explores the "dark side" of digital transformation, examining risks such as cyberthreats, algorithmic bias, and digital dependency. A student survey revealed a critical gap between the sophistication of technological threats and the digital naivety of Generation Z, which poses serious reputational and ethical risks for businesses. It concludes that integrating digital risk management into corporate strategy is essential, including developing transparency and algorithmic literacy. It argues that responsible data and AI governance is becoming a new source of competitive advantage and trust in the digital economy.

    The paper presents the findings on the effectiveness of digital technologies for consumer behavior analysis as a foundation for managerial decision-making in marketing and PR. Using the case of DUNAMIS LLC (brand "Aminosil"), the author analyzes the current state of analytical tools and identifies systemic issues: data fragmentation, absence of a dedicated marketing unit, and low level of automation. A digital transformation program is proposed, including the implementation of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), end-to-end analytics systems, and organizational structure optimization. The study proves that transitioning from intuitive management to predictive models allows for a significant increase in ROMI by 25–30% and a reduction in customer acquisition cost (CAC) by 15–20%.

This article analyzes the consequences of the introduction of artificial intelligence into everyday life and explores ways to improve its use. In an environment of information pollution, the introduction of artificial intelligence facilitates the acceleration and personalization of communication, expanding opportunities for interaction, but also spreads social fragmentation. The relevance of this topic lies in the need to understand both the positive and negative consequences of the introduction of AI into everyday life, as well as to find ways for society to adapt to the new realities associated with the integration of artificial intelligence into communication systems.
