Features of the formation of temporal representations in students with autism spectrum disorders

Annotation

The presented materials examine the development of temporal concepts in primary school-aged children with autism spectrum disorders. The paper examines the specific difficulties faced by primary school children with autism in mastering temporal concepts. Particular attention is paid to how the inability to orient oneself in time impacts academic performance, interfering with the acquisition of curriculum material, adherence to routines, and interactions with teachers and peers.
