    Abstract:
    The relevance of this research topic stems from the importance and significance of managing the development of the road network for achieving the national development goals of "A Comfortable and Safe Living Environment," "Decent, Efficient Employment, and Successful Entrepreneurship," and for ensuring Russia's economic security. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the development of the road network and the economic security of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that the implementation of the national project "Safe, High-Quality Roads," completed in 2024, has not fully addressed the challenges and risks to economic security associated with the high proportion of regional and local roads that do not meet regulatory requirements, underfunding of the road infrastructure, the slow pace of innovative development and the implementation of digital solutions, and regional differentiation in the quality of the road network.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to a theoretical analysis of the problem of post-traumatic stress reactions in children whose parents are involved in a special military operation. Clinical manifestations of PTSD in children of different ages, features of its course in the context of an abnormal family crisis are disclosed. Based on the analysis of modern research and regulatory documents, methods of psychological diagnosis of PTSD in children adapted for use in an educational environment are considered. Strategies for early psychological assistance to children of SVR participants in the conditions of a general educational organization are justified, including the creation of an injury-informed environment, primary response algorithms and psychocorrection interventions. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the systematization of approaches to diagnosis and early help for children with post-traumatic stress reactions in an educational context.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the relevant problem of insufficient development of stabilizer muscles in high school students, which reduces the efficiency of performing control standards and overall physical fitness. The author analyzes modern approaches to training this muscle group (unilateral and bilateral exercises, working on unstable surfaces, statodynamic loads). The results of a pedagogical experiment confirming the effectiveness of the developed set of exercises are presented. A strong positive correlation was found between the development of stabilizers and results in basic strength tests (push-ups), as well as a negative correlation indicating compensatory patterns in pull-ups. It is proven that the targeted development of stabilizer muscle strength can significantly improve strength indicators and helps prevent musculoskeletal disorders in high school students.

    The author emphasizes that institution of inheritance ensures succession in the field of private property, contributes to the stability of civil circulation, and guarantees the implementation of citizens' constitutional right to inheritance. The increasing number of inheritance disputes, the high level of conflict between heirs, the complexity of legal regulation, and the diversity of practical situations create a persistent need for an in-depth analysis of the mechanisms for the protection and enforcement of inheritance rights. Therefore, studying the legal means to restore violated inheritance rights and prevent their violation is not only theoretically important, but also has significant practical implications.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines physical culture and sport as a specific sector of the national economy, possessing a dual nature – socially oriented and commercially significant. The need for a transition from a sectoral understanding of physical culture to its interpretation as a multifunctional sector generating direct and indirect economic benefits is substantiated. The objective of the study is to systematize the criteria for the effectiveness of the physical culture sphere and to reveal the mechanisms of the multiplier effect arising from the implementation of sports programs and projects. As a result of the work, the author’s system of performance assessment indicators, differentiated by management levels (federal, regional, local) is proposed. A structural and logical model of the multiplier effect has been developed, reflecting the relationship between investments in physical culture and the growth of related industries: tourism, construction, the entertainment industry, the production of sporting goods, as well as social effects (reduced morbidity, increased labor productivity, improved demographic indicators). Key factors limiting the realization of multiplier potential are identified, and areas for improving management decisions are proposed. The chapter's materials can be used by government agencies in developing strategies for the development of physical education and sports, as well as in research and educational activities.

    The choice of the research topic is due to the steady growth of public interest in mixed martial arts (MMA), the development of the fitness industry, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle in the Russian Federation. A comprehensive and economically sound business model has been developed for the “Molot MMA” martial arts club in Krasnodar. The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of business planning in the field of physical culture and sports, examines approaches to developing strategies for sports organizations, and explores their financial, economic, and legal aspects. The regional sports services market was analyzed, the competitive environment, advantages, and potential growth points of the “Molot MMA” club were assessed. A marketing plan was developed, including positioning, pricing, promotion tools, and customer loyalty measures. A financial plan was created, including initial investments, revenue and expense projections, profitability indicators, and the project's payback period. The project's risks were analyzed, and measures were proposed to minimize them.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines psychological and pedagogical conditions for personality development of students in a children’s music school within the context of musical activity. The paper presents the results of a longitudinal study conducted on a sample of students enrolled in pre-professional music programs at a children’s music school. The study employed methods aimed at identifying motivational tendencies, anxiety level, self-esteem, attitudes toward learning, and value orientations. The findings show that musically gifted children maintain a positive attitude toward music studies throughout the learning process, while cognitive and educational-professional motivation remains pronounced; adequate self-esteem and generally favorable anxiety dynamics are also observed. It is demonstrated that the most important conditions for personality development are a supportive music-educational environment, trusting teacher-student relationships, and family support. The authors conclude that the combination of these conditions contributes not only to the development of musical abilities, but also to the formation of the child’s personality, especially during the transition from primary school age to adolescence.

    Abstract:
    The chapter presents a comparative analysis of the level of formation of self-care skills in preschool children with autism spectrum disorders. Theoretical approaches to the study of the specifics of the formation of domestic independence in children with ASD in the context of their intellectual development are considered. Special attention is paid to the differentiation of children by the presence or absence of concomitant intellectual disabilities. An empirical study conducted on the basis of a preschool educational institution revealed statistically significant differences in the deficit profiles of two groups. The results demonstrate the need to develop differentiated corrective routes: for children with intellectual disabilities, the focus is on the formation of basic algorithms with physical assistance, for children with preserved intelligence – on automation of skills and self-control.

Через игровые приемы и задания дети развивают эмпатию, саморегуляцию и навыки конструктивного поведения, учатся использовать приемы снижения эмоционального напряжения (арт-терапия, дыхательные упражнения, самомассаж и др.).

    В статье представлен теоретический анализ современных подходов к педагогической поддержке в процессе формирования моторных функций у старших дошкольников с расстройством аутистического спектра на физкультурных занятиях. Проанализированы научные источники, свидетельствующие о том, что двигательные трудности при расстройствах аутистического спектра имеют неоднородный профиль и включают нарушения координации, равновесия, моторного праксиса, регуляции и темпа движений, которые влияют на эффективность традиционного физкультурного урока. Представлена обобщенная схема соотнесения типичных моторных нарушений и педагогических средств поддержки на занятиях физической культурой. Сформулированы выводы о принципах выбора методов и условиях их результативности в практике дошкольной образовательной организации.

Акцентируется внимание на особенностях развития мелкой моторики у данной категории детей, обусловленных спецификой их нейропсихологических характеристик. В статье описаны конкретные арт-терапевтические методики, адаптированные для детей с РАС, направленные на стимуляцию сенсомоторных функций, развитие координации движений пальцев рук, точности и ловкости манипуляций. Материалы статьи могут быть полезны педагогам, психологам, дефектологам, арт-терапевтам и родителям детей с РАС.

    В статье представлен анализ результатов изучения мыслительной деятельности детей старшего дошкольного возраста с задержкой психического развития. Были использован метод тестирования (6 методик). Описаны результаты эмпирического исследования наглядно-образного и словесно-логического мышления детей, а также представлений об окружающем мире. Выявлено, что менее сохранным является логическое мышление и временные представления дошкольников. Представлена классификация игр и некоторые дидактические игры на развитие мышления.

    В статье описываются практические стратегии, которые могут быть использованы в рамках учебного процесса образовательного учреждения для коррекции дисграфии, вызванной несформированностью операций языкового анализа и синтеза у подростков с интеллектуальной недостаточностью. Дается определение понятия языкового анализа и синтеза, описываются проявления дисграфии при несформированности этих операций в случае интеллектуальной недостаточности. Описываются практические направления работы, которые формируют единую стратегию коррекции за счет комплексного подхода к решению проблемы. По результатам применения метода корректирующего эксперимента представляются итоги апробации стратегии в работе с подростками в условиях инклюзивного образования.

    This article examines the formation of health-saving patterns in preschool children diagnosed with ASD. The emphasis is placed on supporting mental well-being and developing self-regulation abilities. The expediency methods is substantiated, taking into account the characteristic features of the motivational and affective spheres of this category of children. The experience of adapting the methodological complex of M. L. Lazarev is described, during which the basic musical and health-improving intervention was reworked in accordance with the principles of Practical Functional Analysis (PFA)/ Skills- Based Training (SBT), and supplemented with the «shaping» strategy and visual support methods. Developed diagnostic materials are presented («Integrative Development Profile», «Questionnaire for Parents»). The article also identifies the results of an analysis of Russian studies focusing on overcoming social deficits in preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder and highlights key aspects of using robotics and interactive devices in developing communication skills in this group of children. The article presents the potential for developing motivation to interact in preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder using robotics. The article also highlights the potential for using interactive devices in preschool educational institutions.
