The article examines the building of the teaching staff of a specialized class as a condition for improving the quality of education. The aim is to identify mechanisms for managing teacher interaction. These include: organizational and conceptual support, differentiation of functions, motivation and staff training, as well as a system of communication and coordination of plans. The key conclusion is the need for a shift in the management paradigm from administration to partnership.
