the chapter is dedicated to relevant research area, assessment and development of creativity of ballet dancers. Timely decision of this task is due to the presence of dualistic situation in the sphere of education – on the one side, there is a focus of ballet dancers for successful creative activity, on the other side there is a lack of knowledge it’s resources and capabilities, inability to create prerequisites for unleash creativity. Studying creativity, its formation, assessment and development is a prerequisite for becoming professional career of ballet dancer.
