A brief pedagogical overview of the concept is provided, as defined in Russian federal educational standards. The paper presents findings from a sociological survey of schoolteachers aimed at identifying challenges in achieving meta-subject goals, such as lack of instructional materials, limited time, and the need for digital tools. The study reveals that teachers' methodological competencies and their use of ICT tools vary depending on teaching experience and subject area. As a practical solution, the article proposes the development of a digital assignment constructor platform to support teachers in creating tasks that foster meta-subject skills.

- Pedagogy and Modern Education
- Abstract:
- The scientific and technological progress of the 20th century (book publishing, radio and television broadcasting, cinematography, etc.) created all the possibilities for the rapid transmission and dissemination of not only socially significant, scientific and other information, but also of artistic and aesthetic thought. The purpose of this article is to identify the main factors contributing to artistic borrowing in literary works, and the reasons why similar phenomena (plot, theme, problem, etc.) are identified in literatures that are not in direct contact. The question of the originality of the work of fiction in modern culture becomes relevant, because it is an indicator of the uniqueness of the national philosophy and aesthetics. National literature is not only or not so much the language of narration, but also the problems, characters, conflicts and ways of solving them, typical for a particular people. Certainly, artistic techniques also matter, which are more related to general literary and general cultural phenomena.

- Abstract:
- The literature of the Kola Sami, an indigenous small-numbered people of the Arctic, is still insufficiently researched by literary critics and is little known to the scientific community. The novel «Alkhalalalai» by Nadezhda Bolshakova, a member of the Writers' Union of Russia, is the first novel in the literature of the Kola Sami. The article is devoted to the study of the archetypal basis of the novel. The analysis of universal archetypes of the Great Mother, Virgin, Heavenly Father, Rebirth, etc. is carried out. The methodology of the research consists of works in the field of cultural studies, ethnography, anthropology and psychology; mythology and folklore; literary theory; literary studies of Sami literature. The main methodological principle in the work was the application of C.G. Jung's theory of archetypes, reinterpreted by literary criticism. To solve the research tasks, methods of theoretical analysis of works in the field of anthropology, cultural studies, mythology, folklore, literary studies were used; synthesis of the data obtained; comparative analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that in the text of the work, the worldview of the aborigines of the North was reflected, among other things, in the system of universal archetypes, ritual and mytho-folklore elements. Since the novel belongs to ethnic literatures, elements of the archaic worldview of ancient man are strong in it. The literary creativity of the Sami is still influenced by the myths and folklore of the Northern culture.

Concept of Universal Human Rights: Development and Evolution
Book Chapter
Economics and Law- Author:
- Aleksandr I. Kugai
- Work direction:
- Глава 8
- Abstract:
- The concept of human rights, having presumably universal meaning, usually derived from "Western' tradition. Although liberals of XVII and XVIII centuries consider the law of nature as a tool for it's protection starting from XIX century the rights (called the human rights by that time) considered as positive abilities to formulate one's personal, subjective preferences of individuals. That evolution must be taken into account both in researches and in political practices, carried out by representatives of different cultures, since the comprehension of an individual and a person as culturally justified serves as a besetting element. Thus the project of universal human rights must be the object of contemplation from the point of view of different cultures and the variety of preferences, oftentimes contradictory ideas, dominating in specific societies, rooted in their cultures, formed and developed over a long many of years. Indeed, both theoretical and practical concepts have huge impact for political being. Speaking not only about implications of specific legislative branches and governments to applications universal human rights standard, but also about creating such standard from different point of views in accordance with the idea of not competing with popular sovereignty.

- Abstract:
- The authors outline that it is necessary to solve such a complex and large-scale problem as the growth of deviations among the younger generation. Also the authors point out the lack of methodological continuity in approaches implemented in the processes of education and upbringing. It is found out that educational models and upbringing models are realized as processes that are not connected to each other, which significantly reduces the effectiveness of the educational process and does not fully take into account all the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the implementation of educational programs. The aim of the work is to establish causal relationships between the development of universal learning activities and the education of a cultural personality, necessary for the harmonious development of adolescents. A number of conceptual models (schemes) that reflect the basic concepts of these processes and the conceptual modeling method were used in order to achieve the aim. The results of the work are the following: presentation of a scenario model of the process of implementing universal learning actions (ULA) and identification of areas of application of efforts of teachers and psychologists in the implementation of adolescents’ deviant behavior correction using methods of art education and cultural studies. The authors make the main conclusion that educational and creative tasks play a system-forming role in the implementation of the ULA, and the methods of art education and cultural studies are an effective tool for correcting deviant behavior.

- The relevance of improving the criteria for assessing competencies obtained in the course of learning history by schoolchildren, estimating the quality and relevance of knowledge, skills and abilities is emphasized. The purpose of the article is to identify pupils’ basic skills, as well as the possibility of making cognitive queries for mastering the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle of university training and building a civic position. Methods of research: analysis of the results of the State Final Certification on history at schools of the Chuvash Republic, methodological seminars of teachers who teaches history, monitoring. The authors emphasized that in order to develop criteria for the acquisition of socio-legal, humanitarian disciplines by first-year students and those who are pursuing a specialist's degree at higher educational institutions of the Chuvash Republic firstly it is necessary to analyze the results of mastering social and humanitarian disciplines by students, secondly, to compare them with the typical results of those who pass the State Final Examination on history, thirdly, to conduct an empirical interview with students in order to identify their cognitive needs. Results of the research. The most acute problems associated with the study of the history course by schoolchildren, the theory and methods of teaching history were identified, the task for developing a methodology for students’ monitoring cognitive queries on the history at humanitarian universities.
