    The article examines the role of artificial intelligence in tax regulation. The advantages of using technology to improve reporting accuracy, automate routine tasks, and detect tax fraud are discussed. The risks associated with the introduction of artificial intelligence in the tax sphere are considered, including issues of information confidentiality and the need for employee training. The introduction of technology into tax regulation can significantly improve the efficiency and transparency of tax systems, but requires a careful approach to ethics and legal regulation.

    The article examines the psychological aspects of the emergence and development of conflicts in the adaptation of part-time students in the workforce.     Abstract:
    The chapter considers the theory of ratio decidendi as a method of interpreting the law and decision-making in common law countries, borrowed by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation to develop legal positions set out in its Decisions. The author, considering numerous Decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, including in the field of pension protection of the population, concludes that this theory cannot be applied in the Russian legal system in the sense in which it is understood in common law countries. Quotations from the works of foreign specialists are made in the author's translation.

    The article is devoted to the analysis of the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in chemistry lessons at school. The theoretical foundations, forms and methods of ICT implementation are considered: virtual laboratories, interactive tables, multimedia presentations, electronic textbooks and online platforms. Special attention is paid to the impact of ICT on the educational process: increasing student motivation, deepening understanding of complex topics, developing independent work and solving emerging problems.     The Higher Pedagogical School is focused on the formation of students' ability and readiness for continuing education, professional and personal self-development and self-education, necessary in an era of intense social, economic, political and technological dynamics of change. The purpose of this article is to identify the current directions of development of the Russian system of higher pedagogical education in new socio-economic and socio-political conditions. The article considers the following areas of development of higher pedagogical schools: the transition to a unique national system of higher education; the creation of new models for evaluating the results of higher pedagogical education; the introduction of the "Core of higher pedagogical education" taking into account an interdisciplinary approach; the creation of a system of interregional pedagogical districts based on pedagogical universities. The article notes that the creation of a new national system of higher education gives Russian pedagogical education a more modern, competitive and qualitative character, thereby contributing to improving the professional training of future teachers and creating conditions for the implementation of trajectories of continuous pedagogical education. The article uses a theoretical method in the form of analysis of sources, as well as synthesis based on them. It is concluded that the key factor in the development of the higher education system and ensuring its high quality should be a harmonious combination of basic knowledge and practical training of students.

    The article is devoted to the problem of identifying the relationship between the subjective feeling of loneliness and the tendency to computer and gaming addiction in adolescence. Lonely people tend to be very unhappy, they have few social contacts, and their personal connections with other people are either limited or severed. In connection with the development of computer and gaming technologies, computer and gaming addiction is highly prevalent and tends to increase. Studying the relationship between the subjective feeling of loneliness and the tendency to computer gaming addiction in adolescence is a significant task in understanding the reasons for the formation of computer gaming addiction in adolescence and is associated with the possibility of timely correction of such deviations in the development and behavior of boys and girls. We assume that the subjective feeling of loneliness determines the development of computer and gaming addiction in adolescence. The article presents the results of a correlation analysis between the parameters of feelings of loneliness and computer game addiction: "severity of computer game addiction" and "general loneliness", "positive loneliness", "dependence of loneliness on communication". The results of the study allow us to conclude that an increase in indicators according to the criteria of "general loneliness" and "subjective feeling of loneliness" leads to an increase in the criterion of "severity of computer gaming addiction".

    Pedagogical prevention of smoking (vaping) electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) among students, like any prevention, should be ongoing and diverse. We have developed a set of activities for class hours and parent meetings (survey, presentation, booklet for parents, a selection of articles, videos and trainings) that takes into account the reasons for the popularity of vaping, informs students and their parents about the real impact of electronic cigarettes on physical and mental health, helps to increase the motivation to quit smoking e-cigarettes, offers alternatives to vaping based on the principles of healthy lifestyle.

An analysis of the basic phenomenon was carried out, a design toolkit for psychological practice was developed (a mind map of the concept, a sketch of the persona of a potential client), a schedule of thematic consultation meetings between the psychologist and the client was drawn up, and the organizational and managerial conditions for implementing the practice were determined.

They are not only a powerful personal resource, but also a link between the individual and society, performing a socializing function and influencing the consciousness of generations. This monograph is based on the assumption that the reality perceived by a person in the process of activity is reflected in his consciousness through temporal, spatial and causal connections between phenomena and objects. The model of linguistic consciousness is a set of associations that help cultural speakers form an idea of a fragment of the world.

    В связи с переходом на компьютеризацию основных процессов в свиноводстве важным является управление технологическими процессами в автоматизированной системе, позволяющей контролировать, накапливать, обрабатывать и анализировать информацию. Система идентификации позволяет проследить происхождение и продуктивность животного в течение всей его жизни. Номер регистрируется в компьютерной программе зоотехнического учета PICTraq (США) и АСС (ООО «Селиком» г. Рязань). Модульный принцип позволяет программам работать самостоятельно на отдельных персональных компьютерах и в локальной сети между всеми цехами и предприятиями комплекса. Это позволяет передавать информацию в базу данных и контролировать и управлять технологическими процессами. Комплексы программ позволяют на основе анализа информации принимать оперативные решения, возникающих проблем.

    С 2011 г. произошло расширение ареала адвентивного комара Aedes (Stegomyia) аlbopictus (Skuse, 1895) (переносчика лихорадок Зика, Денге, Чикунгунья, желтой) по Черноморскому побережью, вглубь территории Краснодарского края и Республики Адыгея. В 2021 г. комары этого вида обнаружены в приграничных с Краснодарским краем районах Ставропольского края. В восточном и северо-восточном направлении граница ареала A. аlbopictus в данный момент проходит по территории Кочубеевского и Новоалександровского районов Ставропольского края.

    The article examines the problem of the use of propaganda by the German authorities as an auxiliary means of economic exploitation of the occupied territory of Soviet Belarus in 1941–1944. The authors compare and analyze the content of the policy and propaganda in the field of the «new agrarian law» in the territory of the General District of Belarus. The researchers conclude that the use of propaganda as an auxiliary means of implementing the operational plans of the German occupiers turned out to be ineffective.
