    Abstract:
    This article deals with the problem of conflicts in adolescence, which in the modern socio-cultural space has acquired unprecedented relevance. Dynamically changing society from day to day, dictates its own rules in the adolescent environment. Differences in views, preferences, thoughts and worldview are acutely perceived within the adolescent group. Due to the age and physiological characteristics that occur at this age, adolescents often do not know how to control their behavior and correctly respond to emerging controversial situations. All this sets the task of teachers and psychologists to help the teenager, to teach him a rational way out of the conflict, as well as to carry out preventive measures, to create programs to reduce the level of negative manifestations.

    Abstract:
    This article raises and discusses the main issues related to the technologies of working in conflict situations in the adolescent environment. Speaking about the conflict in adolescence, it is worth noting that scientists agree that it is communication with peers that is most significant for a teenager and largely determines all other aspects of his behavior and activity, personal development. Consequently, disagreements in the peer group, the struggle for status leads to a conflict of the parties. In this regard, we decided to develop technologies of psychological and pedagogical influence in working with conflict adolescents. We have developed a model of consistent work of actions, which will be aimed at preventing conflicts in the adolescent environment, as well as the formation of their stress resistance, self-control and self-control.

    The article discusses the current problems of resolving property disputes that arise in families, often leading spouses and other family members to court proceedings, especially while divorcing. The differences in the resolution of disputes and conflicts and the consequences of both variants of the outcome of complex family situations related to material issues are shown. The features of traditional and alternative methods of resolving property disputes are analyzed, the niche and advantages of using mediation are shown. The features and possibilities of a marriage contract are discussed, and the importance of involving a mediator for the conclusion of such a contract in order to prevent family conflicts is shown. It is concludet about the need to expand mediation practice to resolve property problems in the family.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of a methodological analysis of the norms of Russian civil law governing relations related to transactions in which there is an interest related to interested-party transactions). The evolution of the corresponding legal institution and the main factors that influenced it are investigated, and the interrelationships of the subject under study with other phenomena are revealed. Using the formal-dogmatic method based on metaphysical approaches, the provisions of the current Russian legislation on interested-party transactions are studied. The studied transactions are analyzed from the point of view of subject-object relations, the conflicts and contradictions generated by such transactions are revealed. Understanding the identified relationships allowed us to define a transaction with an interest as an action of an organization (legal entity) committed in the context of a subjective conflict, aimed at establishing, changing or terminating its civil rights and obligations, which creates the probability (danger) of causing damage to this organization due to the possible personal interest of its management entities in obtaining results that do not correspond to the interests of the legal entity. Such a risk arises from the organizational, family or other personal connection of management entities with other citizens and organizations (parties or beneficiaries of this transaction) and causes the need to apply special anti-corruption remedies to protect the interests of a legal entity, as well as other private and public interests.

    Abstract: In the course of the study of the problems of legal regulation of the ethno-conflict sphere, the author of the article conducted a survey (using the methods of questionnaires and in-depth interviews) of 20 experts who are highly qualified specialists in the field of countering ethno-national conflicts, studied the results of mass sociological research, analyzed scientific works and media publications. As a result, the most effective legal measures for regulating the prevention and suppression of ethnic and national conflicts were identified, and the main directions for their improvement in the interests of strengthening the Russian statehood were identified.

  • The Ontological Dimension of Everyday Life in the Mythopoetic Picture of the World

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the concept of a home in traditional culture. It is argued that in the mythopoetic tradition, universal principles of creating a house were formed. This deserves attention today, because the main thesis in the concept of a home was the idea of the ontological dimension of everyday life, of the close connection of the spiritual and the material, of the connection of philosophical ideas and everyday actions. In traditional culture, everyday life was associated with the origins of being, was the sphere of application of creative forces. The object of research is the practice of building peasant houses in the medieval period, as well as in the XVIII-XIX centuries, their architecture and interior, their relationship with the surrounding landscape. The author uses general historical, semiotic and hermeneutical methods of research. The article systematizes the architectural principles of building a traditional home, which made the peasant house a prototype of the cosmos, a model of the universe. The author analyzes such structural elements of the mythological picture of the world as the tree of life, the world axis, the cross, the sacrifice, and their application in architecture. The author considers the ideas about the heterogeneity of space in the mythological culture and how they were used in the construction of the house; the function of doors, windows, gates in the symbolic structure of the house is investigated. The conclusion is made about the trinity of information, energy and matter in traditional culture.

    Abstract:
    The authors, based on poorly studied documents and secondary sources, consider the events on Khalkhin Gol in the context of the development of military-political and economic processes in East Asia, primarily related to the Sin War. The authors claim that the Japanese militarists did not abandon their plans of aggression against the USSR after Khalkhin-Gol, and the cessation of hostilities against the Red Army and the MNR troops was caused by the position of politicians in the leadership of Japan. Due to the pressure of the militarists on the Japanese government and parliament, rapprochement between the USSR and Japan became extremely difficult after December 1939. The authors argue that the decision of the Japanese government to stop fighting on the Khalkhin-Gol River was caused by the complication of the economic situation in Japan itself as a result of the outbreak of World War II and the prolongation of the Sin War.

The main theories that develop ways of solving the problem under study from the standpoint of modern psychology have been determined. The aspects of increasing the competence of managers to resolve conflicts in educational activities are considered, taking into account its fundamentally important components.   • Ontology as a Term System of BPMN Notation

    Introduction. Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is widely used standard for modeling business processes and supported by the Object-Oriented Technology Specification Management Group (OMG). However, the BPMN 2.0 specification is quite lengthy and contains over 500 pages. Item definitions are scattered across different sections of the specification and sometimes conflict. In addition, the structure of elements and their relationships are described in the form of metamodel, but further syntactic rules are defined within the natural language text. The purpose. This article proposes an ontology that formally represents the BPMN specification. The item description is consolidated within the appropriate class, and further explanations are provided in the annotations. The taxonomic structure in an ontology provides navigation through concepts in is-a relationships. Methods. A possible way to organize terminological vocabulary is the construction of ontologies, terminological systems and the creation of terminological data banks. The open source Protégé ontology editor was chosen to form the ontology. The correctness of the resulting terminology is partly ensured by the Reasoner included in Protégé. Results. The ontology of BPMN 2.0 notation can be used in the educational process as reference, as well as to control knowledge. In addition, ontology can be used as tool for solving semantic search problems. A potentially interesting result can also be an automated synthesis procedure based on the proposed ontology of questions for tests in the LMS Moodle system or similar.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of a study that allowed us to draw an output about the features of conflict behavioral patterns of spouses. Men in conflicts try to compete or negotiate for their own interests, while most of the female sample avoid solving the problem; the overall level of aggression among men is slightly higher than among women. Almost all men participating in the study choose aggression as a psychological strategy, while avoidance is the main strategy for women. The female sample is mostly dominated by archetypes related to wisdom, fertility, home maintenance, and parenting, while men choose strength, power, strategies, narcissism, and impartiality.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the application of the positional vision of the structures of a literary text to the categorical apparatus of the functional theory of text. The relevance of the problem under consideration is explained by the need to systematize the methodological concepts of various concepts in modern Russian studies and to develop, on this basis, methodological recommendations that can improve the use of the textocentric approach with focus on school education. The article uses philological methods of modern text theory, in particular, structural theory of text (Yu. M. Lotman), stylistic analysis of a literary text (N. A. Rudiakov), linguistic tool studies (A. N. Rudiakov), methods of highlighting intense positions of text (I. V. Arnold), some ideas of communicative stylistics (N. S. Bolotnova), as well as original author's methods. The study material are presented by poems by Joseph Brodsky: «Vse chuzhdo v dome novomu zhiltcu…» (1962), «V derevne Bog zhivet ne po uglam…» (1964 ) and «Ty ne skazhesh komaru…» (1991), the experience of the interpretation of which made it possible to illustrate the epistemological effectiveness of the positional approach. The results of the research allow us to systematize the ideas about the basic principles of linguistic and hermeneutical description of a literary text. Modeling of the functional relationship between the conceptual information of a poetic text and its significant components, identified when using the concept of "strong position of the text", is possible by applying a General regulatory understanding of language activity, which is based on the approach to language as a tool for speech influence on the individual picture of the recipient's world. The conclusions reached by the author of the article make it possible to clarify the basic concepts of the functional theory of text related to the interpretation of the elements of the individual author's world picture in the literary text and also to offer a methodological basis for applying linguistic knowledge to the issues of text analysis in school practice.
