Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of bullying in relation to the gifted among modern adolescents in educational institutions. The main roles of participants of the socially dangerous phenomenon, types and consequences are described. It is noted that the problem of preparing students to work with the prevention of a dangerous social phenomenon should form the competence associated with the specific manifestations of the phenomenon of "bullying". The importance of practical training in the preparation of students of the pedagogical University is emphasized.
