    Abstract:
    Modern medical education is focused on the formation of students' stable professional competencies that ensure readiness for clinical activities. One of the key problems remains the gap between theoretical training and practical skills, due to the fragmentation of academic disciplines and the predominance of a subject-centered learning model. The purpose of this article is to substantiate and describe a methodological and analytical model of interdisciplinary educational modules as a tool for integrating theory and practice in the pre-graduate training of medical university students. The theoretical foundations of interdisciplinary and integrated learning, including PBL methods and simulation training, are considered effective for the development of clinical thinking and practical skills. A structural model of the interdisciplinary module is presented and an example of its implementation based on the clinical topic "Patient with chest pain" is shown.     Abstract:
    The article substantiates the relevance of the targeted formation of information competence in visually impaired primary school students as a key condition for their successful learning and socialization. Based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the specificity of the structure of information competence is revealed, taking into account the characteristics of children with visual impairments. A set of practical aspects is presented, including adapted pedagogical conditions, methods and means for the development of each component of competence. The conclusion is made about the need to integrate special technologies, compensatory techniques and universal learning activities into a unified process.

    Based on a theoretical analysis and generalization of the experience of practical educational activities at Kazan Federal University, the article examines approaches to designing the process of forming the ethnocultural competence of future journalists, taking into account the principle of ethnic diversity. By considering ethnic diversity in the context of the activities of modern journalists and current realities, the article describes approaches to incorporating the ethnocultural component into the educational process of journalism at a university.     The chapter considers the features and effectiveness of the practical application of interactive teaching methods in the process of ensuring the solution of situational economic problems and the formation of quality education. The subject of the study is the process of using interactive forms and methods of teaching (interactive technology) when conducting classes in a cycle of economic disciplines. The methodological basis of the research consists of general scientific techniques and approaches supplemented by the principle of epistemological pessimism and the method of system-structured analysis. The author pays special attention to the description of the advantages of using various methods and forms of organizing classes implemented using interactive learning technology to solve situational economic problems and study economic disciplines of the professional cycle.     Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the process of cross-cultural adaptation of educational programs of the vocal profile in the training of Chinese students in Russian pedagogical universities. The multilevel structure of intercultural interaction is considered, including linguistic, methodological, physiological and cultural-aesthetic components. The language barriers of articulation nature, caused by the phonetic features of the Chinese language, are analyzed. The directions of adaptation of the Russian vocal school are characterized, taking into account the specifics of the students’ vocal apparatus. The productivity of the integrative approach, combining the Russian academic tradition and Chinese musical aesthetics, is substantiated.

    Abstract:
    The chapter addresses the problem of conflictological competence of teachers in general education institutions within the context of a modern educational environment characterized by a high level of conflict potential and complex subject interactions. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the effectiveness of conflict management in schools and to develop professionally significant qualities of teachers that ensure constructive conflict resolution. The aim of the chapter is to analyze the characteristics of conflictological competence of teachers with different lengths of teaching experience and to identify ways of its development. The results of the study reveal qualitative differences in the structure and styles of conflict behavior among novice, experienced, and long-serving teachers, and demonstrate the influence of teaching experience on the formation of social-psychological, operational, and behavioral components of conflictological competence. The necessity of a differentiated approach to its development, taking into account the stages of professional formation of teachers, is substantiated, and key directions for enhancing conflictological competence in general education are identified.

    Abstract:
    This article explores the pressing issue of developing preschool-age children's reading competence through the creation of a comprehensive reading infrastructure within preschool educational institutions. Drawing on the "Concept of the National Program for Supporting Children's and Youth Reading in the Russian Federation," the authors explore the structural components of this infrastructure: motivational, environmental, spatial-temporal, and communicative. Particular attention is paid to the practical implementation of the proposed model within the framework of a municipal innovation platform, demonstrating the path from theoretical concept to the creation of an environment in kindergarten where children not only learn to read but also truly fall in love with books.

    The article examines contemporary approaches to teaching medical students an inquiry dialogue within the framework of history taking. It provides a description and analysis of both traditional and innovative methods of developing professional communication skills, including simulation-based learning, the use of standardized patients, mobile video technologies and the scenario-strategic approach. Special attention is given to the integration of various educational strategies in accordance with instructional goals, students’ proficiency levels, and the specifics of clinical tasks.     Abstract:
    This article investigates the problem of developing communicative skills among students in the system of secondary vocational education (SVE), which are crucial for their competitiveness in the modern labor market. It argues that project-based learning serves as the most effective pedagogical tool for fostering this set of competencies. The study analyzes the structural components of communicative competence and the stages of project work, revealing a direct correlation between them. The theoretical framework is illustrated by a practical example of implementing an interdisciplinary project at the North Ossetian Pedagogical College. It is proven that project-based activities create conditions for an authentic learning environment, in which communicative skills are developed in a comprehensive and situational-natural way.

    With the rapid development of technology and its integration into various spheres of life, including education, the issue of digital competence is becoming particularly relevant. Teachers of preschool educational organizations, as key figures in the formation of the foundations of knowledge and skills in children, must have modern digital competencies in order to effectively use new tools and methods in the educational process. The relevance of the article is due to the need for the educational process to meet modern standards and the need to develop competence in the field of digital technology use. Today, teachers are required to master not only basic knowledge, but also the ability to apply it in practice.     In the modern information society, the development of information literacy is becoming one of the key tasks of school education. Information literacy is the ability to effectively find, analyze, evaluate and use information from various sources. The article discusses current approaches to the formation of this competence among students in grades 5-9. The main strategies for the development of information literacy are presented: integration into the educational process, project-based learning, the development of critical thinking and the use of digital tools. Examples of digital resources and online platforms that can be used by teachers in educational practice are given. Special attention is paid to the diagnosis of the level of information literacy formation and the role of the teacher in its development. The results of the study can be useful to teachers, methodologists and developers of educational programs.

    The chapter is devoted to the formation of stable motivational guidelines among fire service employees in the process of their professional training. The psychological aspects of motivation, risk factors for emotional exhaustion, and methods for improving the effectiveness of rescuers are considered. Special attention is paid to the importance of setting clear goals, developing professional competencies, and fostering a sense of teamwork and mutual assistance. Recommendations are given on creating conditions conducive to the development of personal qualities necessary for successfully overcoming stressful situations and high readiness for emergency response. The necessity of regular psychological support and support for firefighters is substantiated in order to prevent the negative effects of prolonged exposure to extreme labor factors. The mechanisms of maintaining a high level of personal responsibility and awareness of the importance of the mission of saving the life and health of the population are being investigated.

    The article addresses the current problem of the professional development of young teachers in the modern education system, characterized by rapid changes and high demands on teacher qualifications. The research aims to substantiate and test a set of effective technologies for implementing a mentoring model that promotes the successful adaptation and professional growth of young professionals. The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of existing approaches to mentoring, systematizes modern technologies used in educational practice, and defines criteria for the effectiveness of these technologies. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of mentoring programs implemented in various regions. The article contains conclusions about the effectiveness of the developed mentoring model and recommendations for its implementation in educational institutions, including the need for clear criteria for selecting mentors, improving their qualifications, and an individual approach to each young specialist. It is emphasized that mentoring should be considered as a process of mutual enrichment and professional growth, creating a favorable environment for the development of pedagogical culture and improving the quality of education.
