    In their article, authors discuss how modern digital technologies can be used to increase motivation for learning. They examine the role of these technologies in modernizing educational systems, focusing on the synthesis of physical and digital reality. Based on an analysis of case studies of Russian educational platforms and universities, the article demonstrates how the integration of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), gamification, and hybrid learning formats can help increase student motivation and develop digital skills.     In the modern conditions of training of teaching staff, the development of students' educational motivation is of particular importance. One of the effective tools for its formation is the competence-based approach, which is focused on the development of professionally significant knowledge, skills and personal qualities. In the chapter examines the theoretical foundations of the competence-based approach, its impact on the educational motivation of students of pedagogical specialties, as well as the main factors that contribute to increasing motivation for learning. The methods and technologies aimed at developing educational motivation within the framework of the competence-based approach are analyzed, including practice-oriented learning, project activities, interactive forms of work and reflective methods. Examples of successful implementation of the competence-based approach in the educational process of pedagogical universities are given. In conclusion, conclusions are formulated about the importance of the competence-based approach for the formation of sustainable educational motivation and recommendations are given for improving educational programs.

    Abstract:
    In this article the author analyzes the activities of teachers of the Chuvash State Institute of Culture and Arts in developing students’ ethnocultural competence. The research material is the results of the author’s observation of the process of professional training of managers of social and cultural activities. The observation was carried out according to such criteria as knowledge of material and spiritual-moral values of the ethnic community, traditions and rituals, nutrition, music, sports, ways of life support, geography of settlement; skills of correct behavior in situations of interethnic communication in accordance with the cultural characteristics of the interlocutor, including the choice of relevant means of verbal and non-verbal communication; personal qualities expressed in interest in certain cultural manifestations, the desire to join them. The development of the content of activities for the formation of students' ethnocultural competence is based on scientific and methodological research in the field of technology for training future leaders of amateur choreographic groups for stage interpretation of folk dance, technology for the formation and development of students' ethnic self-awareness, linguacultural and ethnopsychological features of the Chuvash mentality, technology for introducing students to folk art culture. To achieve positive results, it is necessary to integrate educational, research, cultural and educational activities, interaction with subjects of sociocultural activities, and innovative activities.

    This article defines the concept of professional competence of a bachelor's degree in "Applied Computer Science in Design". To fill the content of the components of professional competence of a graduate, the requirements of employers for specialists in the field of computer design are considered: graphic designer, web designer, UX / UI designer, combined in accordance with the component composition of professional competence - cognitive, activity and motivational. A job search site with a description of vacancies for the above positions is analyzed and the level of competition for the positions is identified. The main requirements of employers for candidates for the position are identified, which contribute to determining the content of professional competence of a bachelor's degree in the profile "Applied Computer Science in Design". Vacancy announcements for each of the design areas we selected are analyzed. The analysis allowed us to formulate requirements for applicants for the positions of graphic designer, web designer, UX / UI designer in accordance with the component composition of professional competence. The identified requirements can serve as a tool for assessing the level of acceleration of professional competence of graduates in the field of training, applied informatics, profile applied informatics in design.

  • Formation of information competence of cadets of a military university

    The article substantiates the idea of the need for advanced professional training of cadets of a modern military university to meet the requirements for the information competence of an officer during the period of change in military-professional activity under the influence of informatization. The essence of the information perspective as a leading factor of influence determining the advance is revealed. The author's understanding of the structure of the officer's information competence in the aggregate of operational, subjective, axiological and reflexive components is presented. The process of forming the cadet's information competence is shown as a consistent change in the stages of solving the advanced professional task and achieving the expected results of professional and personal development: the stage of problematization, the stage of modeling, the stage of solution and the reflexive stage. The presented content, forms and methods of work that organize the process of forming the information competence of cadets are designed to ensure its integrity and effectiveness.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the author's view on the relevance and feasibility of developing communicative competence of participants in the educational process in the era of digitalization of the education system. At the same time, based on the study and analysis of existing interpretations of the concepts of "communication" and "competence", an interpretation of the category of "communicative competence" is proposed within the framework of communications, communities and connections existing in digital education. Based on the content of the formulated definition of the category of "communicative competence", an attempt is made to form a set of the main components or elements of this category. Without denying that achieving communicative competence by all participants in the educational process is currently an objective necessity, both the tools and mechanisms used to develop communicative competence and the technologies implemented in the Moodle LMS and the Yurait OP are presented.

    The article presents the results of a study of professional deficits of modern teachers in the field of communicative competence. The purpose of the scientific work is to identify professional deficits based on the theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and empirical research methods. The relevance of the work is indicated by the needs of the state and society for teachers who are ready to carry out their professional activities in accordance with the new social situation caused by the emergence of modern face-to-face and network communications. The main concepts of the article are determined through the generalization of scientific research. The survey of teachers made it possible to identify deficits in the field of various competencies. The survey of teachers on the subject of professional deficits indicated communicative difficulties, helped to identify ways to overcome difficulties through methodological support and targeted assistance.

    This topic is relevant, due to the consideration of the problems of professional socialization in the scientific pedagogical literature separately, in this study the author considers them integrated and in general. Research problem: what are the essence and functions of pedagogical support for vocational and labour socialization of pupils of an educational organization on the example of students of a technical college, what are the content of the system of pedagogical support and the conditions for the effective organization of the provided pedagogical support? Research methods: theoretical: literature analysis, data synthesis; empirical: conversation, testing. The reliability of the research results is due to the choice of research methods and experimental base adequate to the tasks set, the careful development and justification of experimental designs, the representativeness of the experimental sample, the variety of collected experimental facts, and their number. The experiment showed the high efficiency of applying the personal-situational approach in the educational process with the developed process of vocational and labour socialization of students. The results of the experiment allow us to conclude that it is advisable to organize this process in educational organizations.

    Based on the theoretical analysis of bibliographic sources, the possibilities of organizing a training course in the discipline «Foreign language» on the basis of a differentiated modular principle are determined. Special attention is paid to the characteristics of the content of educational modules in the study of the German language. The importance of rating the knowledge of students of non-linguistic areas of training through the modular construction of the training course in the context of the trend of digitalization of higher education is emphasized.     The study focuses on the investigation of the process of forming the motivational aspect of the professional competency of cadets at a maritime university in a blended learning environment. Given the digitalization of higher education and the specific requirements of the maritime industry, there is a need to provide a solution in response to the demands of ship owners. Employers seek to employ motivated young professionals who are not only skilled in their field but also possess a drive for professional growth. The aim of professional training is to develop competencies, while the motivational element remains unaddressed. It is essential to develop techniques that facilitate the development of this aspect. Professiographic monitoring represents a relatively underexplored technique. The objective of this study is to devise and validate the feasibility of utilizing this approach within a maritime university context. The model for the development of the motivational aspect of professional competence has been created and tested. This model defines the role and components of professiographic monitoring. Its functions have been proposed and criteria for assessing the level of motivation in professional competence have been defined. The results of the study demonstrated positive trends in the development of motivation among cadets, indicating a positive impact on their professional competence.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problem of professional adaptation of young teachers in modern educational institutions. The key challenges faced by novice teachers are described, such as lack of pedagogical experience, difficulty in establishing contact with students and colleagues, as well as the risk of emotional burnout. To solve these problems, a special program of professional adaptation of young teachers, who have recently graduated from university and are starting their professional activity in general educational institutions, which includes training courses and interaction with experienced teachers. The article presents the results of an online questionnaire conducted among 38 participants of the program, confirming its effectiveness in supporting the professional development of young professionals. The conclusions of the study emphasize the importance of integrating such programs aimed at creating conditions for successful development of teachers at an early stage of career path.

In the model developed by us for the formation of the motivational component of the professional competence of cadets of a maritime university in a blended learning environment, professiographic monitoring is used as an assessment and diagnostic tool, which is little studied at present. With the help of it, it becomes possible not only to dynamically quantify the level of the motivational component, but also to adjust the educational process.

    The work reveals to the study of the students’ main problems coming by using multimedia resources to learn a foreign language. the research actuality is determined by the requirements of modern educational standards for foreign language proficiency as an integral part of successful professional activity in modern society. the article analyzes the works reflecting the most relevant topics and problems related to the use of multimedia in teaching foreign languages. they are important for generalizing existing pedagogical experience. the method of questioning and correlation analysis of the obtained data was used in the study. the author adheres to a communicative approach and pays special attention to the development of foreign language communicative competence of non-linguistic faculties students of the universities. the article presents the results of a survey of students ‒ future teachers studying at the yakovlev’s university. the content of the special course program on the use of multimedia resources for learning a foreign language is proved and it should include thematic blocks aimed at increasing motivation, solving language problems and improving skills in working with multimedia resources.

  • Formation of non-linguistic competencies in teaching latin

    The methodology of teaching Latin has undergone significant changes in recent years, and traditional approaches do not produce high-quality results. Therefore, the search for new effective methods of teaching this discipline becomes relevant. The teaching of the ancient language at a non-linguistic university should form competencies among students related not only to the expansion of their philological horizons, but also those that will be useful in the future profession. The current methodology for teaching the ancient language is based on the traditional structural approach and does not correspond to the new tasks of learning. Students do not understand the importance of this discipline in the formation of non-linguistic competencies. The main general scientific methods of this research are analysis and synthesis, as well as the comparative method. The practical part was carried out using the survey method. As a result of the study, the authors believe that the emphasis in teaching should be shifted to the wider use of algorithms, exercises, trainings in order to make the learning process more active. A new textbook that meets the requirements of time and psychological characteristics of students must also comply with the new methodology focused on a competency approach in higher education.
