    Abstract:
    The author's study considers the actual direction related to the "digital transformation" of modern society on the scale of the state. The connection between the global process of digitalisation and the need to introduce changes in the system of personnel training, in particular for the agro-industrial sector, is established. The strengths and weaknesses of digitalisation and their impact on the digital wellbeing of the individual are described. Statistical data reflecting some trends in the development of the digital economy in Russia are analysed. An assessment of the state of digitalisation of agriculture in the country is given, and real examples of the introduction of digital tools in the sector are described. The paper describes the structure of digital transformation of domestic agrarian education, which includes five structural components: technical, software, technological, methodological and organisational-legal. For each component, an overview of existing solutions on the market is given. The opportunities, existing experience and possible problem areas in the training of personnel for agriculture and the formation of digital competences of future graduates are considered.

    The chapter is devoted to the problem of the organization of tutor support of teachers in the system of additional professional education, ensuring the effective formation of their conflictological competence. The author presents the stages and conditions for the implementation of an individual educational program for the formation of conflictological competence of teachers in the process of tutor support at advanced training courses. The chapter concludes that the developed methodological equipment of the course and the accompanying activities of the tutor provide opportunities for teachers to better navigate the advanced training courses. It also allows students – teachers to independently choose the practical material they are interested in for the assimilation and subsequent creative application of the acquired knowledge and skills. The created favorable conditions will contribute to the subsequent systematic reflection of professional activity on the basis of innovative approaches in the education system.

  • Pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of students in the direction of training “the art of folk singing”

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to analyze the existing approaches to the professional training of folk singers, to identify the necessary approaches for concretizing professional competencies, taking into account the specifics of professional activity and the national and regional specifics of the folklore material of the Volga region, in particular the Chuvash cultural tradition. The material for the study includes normative documents, theoretical works of leading scientists, methodological works of practicing teachers and personal experience of performing and teaching. Based on the method of theoretical analysis, the definition of professional competencies is given as the ability and willingness of students to apply knowledge, skills, experience and personal qualities in accordance with the professional and creative activity in the folk performing arts. It was revealed that the main goal of the implemented approaches in the professional training process is aimed at developing competencies for working with folk song material, vocal and stage work, pedagogical and scientific work. The use of the ethno-cultural approach in the training of folk singers is one of the main ones, the implementation of which allows supplementing the educational standard by determining the content of professional training, taking into account the regional specifics of folklore material, the local folk song tradition, and the characteristic features of the national manner of performance.

    Abstract:
    In recent decades the system of secondary vocational education in Russia has been going through a difficult path. Socio-economic development forecast for the period till 2030 defines priority directions in SPO transformation as the main production driver. Professional organizations of SPE system are undergoing reforming, which has touched such spheres of detail as the content and organization of the educational process; integration of SPE educational organizations; changes in the requirements of educational standards, etc. Significant challenges of our time are the need to update the content of SPE educational programs, the introduction of practice-oriented learning models in cooperation with core enterprises and organizations, updating the list (register) of professions and specialties based on the staffing needs of the regions, digitalization and transformation of different types of work. This publication is dedicated to the analysis of training activity in implementation of educational programs in SPE, including application of e-learning in the conditions of reforming the system of SPE in Russia. Materials and methods. General theoretical methods are used to achieve the goal of the study: analysis of theoretical sources, generalization and systematization of the data obtained; empirical methods: observation. The research materials are historical facts, scientific articles, dissertation studies, data of practitioners and experts, opinions of the leaders of education development in Russia and other authors.

    The article considers the problem of using regional-oriented materials as an important resource for the formation of communicative and speech competence in senior preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment (ONR) in the aspect of their life competence. The results of an empirical study on the study of the specifics of the communicative and speech competence of older preschoolers with ONR are presented and promising directions for its formation in speech therapy classes are determined.     In the chapter of the monograph justifies the need to use a regionally oriented e-course as a means of additional education in teaching the Russian language in a multi-ethnic environment. Based on the results of the survey of teachers working in polynational classes, the problems of teaching the Russian language of Inophone children in schools in the Murmansk region were identified. A brief overview of Internet resources allowing to improve knowledge and skills in the Russian language is presented. The structure and content of the author's regionally oriented e-course are described, which includes materials that can demonstrate the specifics of the Kola North, its linguistic and cultural characteristics. It is argued that such a course will not only allow developing the linguistic and linguoculturalist competence of Inophone children, but will also contribute to a more successful socio-language adaptation of students.

    The article presents an attempt to consider the leading methods and means of developing the digital competence of schoolchildren in the context of the digitalization of language education. It is noted that the most important component of teaching foreign languages ​​is the connection of the taught discipline with reality. In the era of digital technologies, ICT competence, digital competence, digital literacy, media literacy, Internet literacy, which need to be developed in order to more effectively solve the tasks set by schoolchildren, become integral competencies.     The formation of cadets' legal competencies during their studies at a maritime university is determined by pedagogical conditions, which are developed by teachers in stages, depending on the content of legal disciplines. During the period of study at the university, cadets first get acquainted with the discipline "Jurisprudence" in the first year. The objective of the course is to develop universal and general professional competencies in the field of legal regulation among cadets, which determine the content of the norms of Russian and international law, taking into account conditions, resources and restrictions. The degree of quality of maritime specialist training depends on the level of professional competence development, which includes legal competencies in the field of Russian and international law. However, the course of the discipline "Jurisprudence" includes general rules of law and does not determine the specifics of the training of cadets in maritime law. Thus, the author proposes in the study the pedagogical conditions for the formation of legal competencies in the study of the discipline "Jurisprudence" and an assessment of their effectiveness. The purpose of the study is to develop criteria and indicators for assessing the levels of formation of legal competencies of cadets in the first year. The object of research is the process of developing diagnostics of pedagogical conditions for the formation of legal competencies. The subject of the study is the assessment of the levels of formation of legal competencies of cadets. The author proposes a system for diagnosing legal competencies, which collectively form a part of the professional competence of a maritime university graduate.

    The purpose of the study is to evaluate the possibilities of self-development of professional competencies of a young (novice) teacher in the process of research activities in order to enrich the natural science subject-spatial environment. The article presents the opinions of scientists E.I. Petrenko, L.V. Ignatieva about the role and place of research activity of a young teacher – a former student who graduated from a higher educational institution or a trainee student who began teaching as a student, who knows many teaching methods, has studied various scientific disciplines in his field, or a teacher who has worked for up to 5 years. In their opinion, the competence of a graduate is manifested in the willingness (motivation and personal qualities) to apply knowledge, skills and experience for successful professional or other activities in the presence of problems and resources. The creation of methodological resources begins with a bachelor student at a university and is the result of research activity of a young teacher in school. Young teacher often experiences difficulties while choosing material for "Environmental Studies" with the purpose of junior schoolers achieving different results. Scientific novelty is the idea of creating innovative methodological projects which enrich subject-spatial environment of elementary school aimed at development of natural subjects and research skills of students that took "Environmental Studies' subject. The author managed to define methodological innovations presented as guidance manual which were created while writing a diploma then were approbated under the conditions of educational space of school. "Geographer's diary", "Society city" interactive game, researcher's handbook "Way to health", "Briefcase museum" call for analyzing of different topics of scientific topic, creation of which requires research competence of a teacher. The resources provided directed at enriching school's subject-spatial environment since work with the resources means usage of subject equipment. It was proved that having learned basic professional competence in university young teacher can develop them in school's educational space. Basic directions of activities on development of professional competences are: methodological work, innovative activity, project-research teacher's activity, Young specialist can approbate created methodological materials under actual conditions of school thus enriching audience's subject environment, providing individual educational requirements of all subject of educational process.

    Globalization of economy, rapidly developing new technologies and enormous information flows dictate new requirements for the organization of a higher education process in the field of engineering. Taking into account the situation on the world labour market, new educational standards are being developed for training engineering personnel to gain the required professional competencies. A special place is occupied by a foreign language professional communicative competence. The purpose of the article is to consider a foreign language training of future engineers at a technical university in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education of a new generation. It is of great importance to form a basic level of foreign language professional competence among students of technical specialties for effective intercultural professional communication. The article touches upon universal foreign language competencies according to the requirements of the program for the specialty «Aircraft and helicopter design». The peculiarities of a two-stage organization of the foreign language educational process is also discussed. It is argued that the effectiveness of teaching is inextricably linked with the formation of motivation among students and depends on understanding the connection of their future profession with the practical application of a foreign language. The use of a personality-oriented approach helps to develop a number of necessary qualities and make future graduates competitive on the world labour market according to the requirements of modern employers. The conclusion regarding the modernization of the foreign language training with all positive and negative aspects arising in the process of teaching a foreign language at a technical university is made.
