  • Digital Educational Consulting in the Professional Training of Future Teachers

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problem of professional training of future teachers in the conditions of digitalization of education. Particular attention is paid to changes in the structure and process of education due to the rapid development of new technologies, as well as the active informatization and digitalization of society. The authors emphasize the possibilities of digital educational consulting as one of the young areas, through which it is possible to minimize risks and create conditions for pedagogical support of both future teachers and young professionals. The aim of this study is to identify the significance of information and educational consulting in the professional training of future teachers. Materials and methods of research: theoretical methods (analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature on the topic of research) were used in the research. Results of the study and discussion: the activities of educational institutions of higher education for adaptability to new conditions and enterprises of various actions regarding the training of competitive and adapted to the new realities of graduates of teacher training areas were analyzed; various sources were analyzed to identify the essence and semantic characteristics of the concept of «digital competence»; the essence and role of digital educational consulting in professional training were outlined Conclusions: the most advantageous way to solve the problems associated with the preparation of future teachers in the digital transformation of education is the use of a new direction in the field of consulting – «digital educational consulting», which provides skilled support for the subjects of the educational process based on the use of digital resources and digital technologies.

    Abstract:
    The author of the article analyzes the didactic and technical possibilities of using Padlet Internet service to organize students' independent work in the study of grammar topic "Vorgangspassiv". The author concludes that Padlet Internet service is the effective tool for forming and developing foreign language grammar competence and increasing students' motivation for learning a foreign language. Online service Padlet allows the teacher to clearly structure the material, connect other digital tools, makes the work of students transparent. The use of this work format corresponds to the ideas of differentiated approach in learning, allows you to implement in practice the principles of personal orientation and autonomy of students, allows students to get a guaranteed positive result.

    This article summarizes the experience of practical teaching work on the development of skills and teaching written speech in French in the process of gaining level B1. Within the framework of the competence approach and focusing on modern educational and methodological complexes of French authors, strategies and standard tasks of DELF, teachers rethought and adjusted these scenarios based on their own long-term classroom practice, features and conditions of the curriculum.     Abstract:
    This paper considers the problem of the use of contemporary songs during French lessons. Its relevance lies in the fact that reflecting realities of today’s modern life, songs are a source of linguacultural material. Inspired in their scientific method by the competence approach in teaching foreign languages, the authors set a goal to examine the selection criteria of songs and to propose the basic principles of work with songs. Providing examples, the authors show that the use of these texts entails building and firmly establishing all the necessary foreign language skills: listening, reading, writing, speaking, underlining the universal character of the use of this method and its practical significance in future.

    Teaching a foreign language of a specialty in the bachelor's system is becoming more and more practice-oriented. The purpose of the study is to develop and scientifically substantiate a methodology for teaching a foreign language with elements of professionalization on the basis of identifying and comparing the national Russian culture code of goods and services and the national code of goods and services of the foreign language culture of the country of the foreign language being studied. The results of the conducted pedagogical experiment allow us to conclude that it is possible to increase the effectiveness of teaching students in the sphere of advertising and public relations by including the presented methodology in the curriculum for the discipline «Professional communication in English», as well as, when teaching other languages in the systems of bachelor's and master's degrees.

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the problem of intensification of teaching Russian as a foreign language in the process of formation and development of lexical competence of students. The Electronic multilingual dictionary, created on the basis of ABBYY Lingvo software for teaching Russian to foreign students of military universities, is presented. His vocabulary includes a special lexicon describing various segments of military activity (weapons, equipment, commands, military life, etc.). For each word there are translations into European languages (boi – English batttle, combat; French combat (m); Portuguese combate) and some Asian languages (boi – Laos ຍິງ). The role of the electronic translated multilingual thesaurus in the formation of speech professional competence, which ensures the removal of language barriers in the study of military-technical sciences by foreigners, is determined. The universality of the vocabulary, created taking into account the national mentality of students, providing opportunities for the redistribution of classroom and independent work of students, is characterized. Its effectiveness has been proven as a tool for modern interactive, multilingual and multicultural education.

    The work is devoted to the problem of co-learning of languages ​​and cultures in a multiethnic region. Introduction. Addressing the problem of ethnocultural education in the context of the ongoing changes in the life of society is due to reasons that require timely response and adjustments to the process of education and upbringing, especially among young people. The purpose of the study is to generalize the theoretical and practical approaches to teaching a foreign (German) language, taking into account local ethnographic material. Methods. The work represents the author's reflections on the problems of ethnocultural education. Research results. To solve the problem of filling the content of ethno-oriented education based on knowledge of the elements of everyday culture, traditional culture, linguistic picture of the world, it is necessary to include in the process of teaching a foreign language topics, issues related to the sphere of everyday life of northerners, their living conditions, family relations, rules of behavior, traditions, rituals. Conclusions. Currently, educational institutions are changing the approach to teaching foreign languages ​​towards the development of communicative and intercultural competence of students, which involves the co-learning of languages ​​and cultures of both the country of the target language and the native land. This can be facilitated by a balanced selection of the content of the «Foreign language» subject at the expense of the ethnocultural component as a reserve that forms intercultural competence for socialization in the world space.

    Currently, a new digital educational environment is being formed, changing not only the content, but also pedagogical technologies. There are also new requirements for the digital competence of all participants in the educational process. As a result, there is an increasing need for educational organizations for specialists who are able to organize and support the educational process using the resources of various educational platforms, e-learning, online games, digital textbooks, etc. The purpose of the article is to familiarize readers with the issues of introducing a digital educational environment in a modern general education school, which is used to solve various educational and organizational tasks. During studying the topic, the following methods of the empirical level were used: description, comparison, measurement. The analysis of regulatory documents and a survey among users of existing digital educational environments were also used. At the end, the modeling of the digital educational environment for a specific educational organization was carried out. The result of the study is a designed structure of the environment that reflects the interests of all participants in the educational process. The tools for creating each component of it are also considered. The possibilities of each tool are revealed for students and their parents, teachers and the administration of an educational organization. The composition and user group of the environment components are described. Special attention is paid to the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the environment when implementing mixed and distance learning within the individual training route of students at any stage. Since the openness of the environment should take into account social mechanisms – competition, cooperation, mutual learning and mutual evaluation. In addition, the specific features of the digital educational environment at different levels are reflected. The issues of high-quality content and openness of the digital educational environment are raised.

    The paper examines the conclusions on the use of variable methods and methodological techniques for the formation of professional adaptation of future chemistry teachers studying at one of the leading universities in the country, in the modern scientific and pedagogical worldview and in conjunction with the psychological, pedagogical and methodological aspects of the prospects for competence education.     Introduction. The strategy for the development of international education 20.30 stimulates the study of the issues in the implementation of digital education around the world. The article discusses current applied and practical issues of digital education that educational management specialists came across. Materials and Methods. The authors research management of digital education through mentoring, mentoring pedagogy and mentoring innovations in traditional learning environments and during the time of crisis. The study presents an applied comparative analysis of the questions of targeted intensities, digital footprint, the SELFIE portal usage features, objectives and technologies for training digital mentors. Results. The research findings show an underutilisation of informal education ideas and technologies in the in the process of training digital mentors. The predominance and stable efficiency in the use of informal education takes place at leading European universities. From the standpoint of a humanistic view, exactly informal education is able to balance and regulate the need for knowledge of technologies of an innovative digital economy and its own individual resource for preserving itself, basic life values, and form digital education informal mentors.     Abstract:
    The article examines the problems of the formation of ethnic self-awareness of university students in the process of teaching the discipline «Theory and methods of ethnocultural education». The relevance of the study is determined by the state policy that elevates culture to the rank of national priorities and recognizes it as the most important factor in the harmonization of public relations, the guarantor of the preservation of a single cultural space and territorial integrity. The purpose of the article is to consider the issues of content-methodological and educational plan in the formation and development of ethnic self-consciousness of students of higher educational institutions in the process of teaching the dissertation "Theory and methodology of ethno-cultural education". The analysis of normative-legal and legislative acts in the field of culture and education, observation, and the method of generalization of pedagogical experience allowed us to identify effective forms and means of ethno-cultural education of students. Based on the data obtained by such criteria as the level of formation of ethnonigilism, ethnic indifference, positive ethnic identity, ethno-egoism, ethno-isolationism, ethno-fanaticism, conclusions were drawn about the positive result of the study and recommendations were made for the development of ethnic self-knowledge of students in the course of studying the discipline "Theory and Methodology of ethno-cultural education".

    The paper presents an analysis of the concept of competence and competency in the works of domestic and foreign authors, and a comparative analysis of the characteristics of the concepts of competence in foreign and domestic science is carried out in tabular form. The author's definition of competence is given, which made it possible to conduct an empirical pilot study of the formed competencies of the university teaching staff.
