  • Sociocultural and Anthropoecological Distinctive Features of Pedagogical Discourse

    Abstract:
    The relevance of the study is due to the complexity of socio-cultural reality due to the aggravation of the contradiction between globalization and national-oriented processes, the increasing struggle of cultures, economies and ideologies, and the acceleration of scientific and technological progress. The purpose of the article is to consider sociocultural and anthropoecological distinctive features of pedagogical discourse. The author points out that anthropo-innovations, such as genetic engineering, cyborgization, cloning, integration with artificial intelligence, pharmaceutical advances, and GMO products threaten the existence of a person in his or her mental and physical integrity. The restriction of anthropological innovations is due to spiritual revival, reliance on traditional cultures, as well as the best cultural and pedagogical national experience, and is determined by the understanding of the soul as an integrating component of a person. In the Humanities, the description of an increasingly complex socio-cultural reality is closely related to its description in the context of various discursive plans. This approach is also promising for pedagogy. At the same time, modern trends in the development of the discursive approach “blur” the boundaries of pedagogical knowledge. The article presents a highly specialized definition of pedagogical discourse. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis of legal documents and scientific and methodical literature. It is proved that the pedagogical category “zone of proximal development” in its socio-cultural and anthropo-ecological contexts favors understanding of the distinctive features of educational and pedagogical discourse. It is concluded that orientation to the zone of proximal development of the individual contributes to the consistency of the socio-cultural experience, including nationally oriented components, transmitted by the teacher, with the life experience of the student, favors his or her emotional involvement in the educational process.

    Abstract:
    The ways and means of implementing the contents of an additional professional educational advanced training program consisting of classroom and extracurricular activities aimed at incorporating the mastered experience into the practice of trainees (listeners) to solve specific problems of professional activity are considered. Based on the analysis of legal documents and scientific and methodical literature, the purpose, objectives and content of the formation of professional competences of teachers of the native (Tatar) language within the additional advanced training program implementation and post-course period have been determined. The purpose of the study is to reveal the possibilities of additional professional educational advanced training program aimed at improving the multicultural competence of the teacher of native (Tatar) language “Formation of multicultural competences of the teacher of teacher of native (Tatar) language”. The author outlines that the aim of the additional professional educational program is to improve the professional competence of teachers of the native (Tatar) language, oriented and ready to work in a multicultural educational environment at the entry stage of Russian school in international competition. Methods. During the implementation of the program the following methods were applied: reflexive analysis, modeling, case-study, project method, etc. It is concluded that professional competences formed during the implementation of the additional professional educational advanced training program are designed to implement the tasks of multicultural education in practical activities of teachers of the native (Tatar) language.

    The author pays a special attention to classical model of university education as a system of knowledge transfer that is connected with the hope of increasing the effectiveness of teaching philosophy in the format of the history of ideas, that in the transition from a literacy of the classical era to the application of modern information technologies is associated with a number of persistent thinking stereotypes. The author points out that the temptation to simplicity of abstract introduction into competences, including critical reflection, excludes the use of modern discourse in the philosophical analysis of modernity. The author comes to conclusion that modernity itself as an area of scientific research, the integration of disciplinary approaches and educational programs remains on the other side of the conceptualization.

    Abstract:
    The article considers productive game technology as a pedagogical means focused on a product independently created by a pupil. The modern teacher is faced with the task of comprehensive skills development of children of a certain age group and ensuring the ability to socialize in modern society. It is productive game technology that acts as a reference point for the strategy and tactics of pedagogical activity in the formation of social competence in children of early and preschool age. The purpose of the article is to consider principles which play important role in the formation of preschoolers’ social competence. Material and methods. The methodological base of the study is the work of domestic and foreign scientists and methodologists on the problem of the social competence formation of children of early and preschool age. The system of education and teaching in preschool educational institutions was applied as the material for the study. The object of the study is the process of pupils’ social competence formation by means of productive game technology. During the study the following methods were applied: the method of pedagogical observation, modeling. It is concluded that applying productive game technology, positive changes in children’s social development and their social competence formation can be noticed.

    The study focuses on ongoing global processes in the field of education, described in a number of national projects, programs, standards, and recommendations. Subject to discussion are the issues (“Digital transformation as an object of research”, “Education in the world of digital technologies”, “Digital didactics”), which are raised in current research and affect the improvement of methodological systems in the university. Attention is drawn to the methodological system for the development of information-related competence of university students, its components and implementation conditions in the era of digital transformation. The approaches to its improvement are investigated. The leading research methods are: analysis of the fundamental provisions of national projects, programs, standards, and recommendations on the relevance of the process of developing information-related competence of university students; analysis of current research in the area of digital transformation in education; integration of the conceptual propositions of contemporary Russian scientists concerning the improvement of methodological systems at the university; integration of pedagogical experience in researching the process of developing information-related competence in future teacher students.     The relevance of the study is detremined be the necessity to form a new structure of educational activities of universities, focused on the preparation of competitive graduates, whose competencies meet the needs of the modern stage of the changes of technological structures in the economy and the formation of a new post-industrial society. The analysis and generalization of theoretical approaches and practice of educational activity organization in contemporary higher educational institutions is carried out and possible ways of educational process modernization with application of competence approach to definition of educational process results are defined. The prerequisites for changing the educational paradigm in the Russian higher school are studied and the levels of competencies formed in the traditional educational process based on the concept of «supporting education», as well as the levels of competencies that can be formed in students while organizing the educational process using the concept of «innovative education» are determined. The interrelation of higher school teachers' information competence with the possibility of increasing the education system innovative ability is revealed. The ways of creating information and methodological system to support the training environment that accompanies the learning process, using the capabilities of the Internet are proposed in the article. The article describes four blocks of the educational process modernization, combining the basic tools for the innovative educational process implementation at the University, and lists the main conditions for the implementation of the proposed innovations in University practice. Innovative type of teaching methods at the University should be based on the fundamental condition of students' innovative methods of thinking and activity mastering – the principle of the Trinity of educational, research and project activities of students, both independent and in a single team with teachers. The main goal of all methodological technologies is to involve the student in the learning process, to make him an active participant in the learning process, to form his independence, interest in the active acquisition of knowledge, skills of self-education and research abilities.
