    The chapter presents the results of a study on the problem of integrating digital educational practices into teacher training. The study is conducted using secondary data.     Abstract:
    The chapter provides an analysis of theoretical, methodological and practice-oriented studies of the problem field, actualizing the need to preserve cultural and historical memory and the formation of civic identity of young people in the territory of the Russian Federation and the newly annexed territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions. The authors consider the axeological and regulatory foundations of civic and patriotic education in the modern socio-cultural space, identify the semantic field of the categories «cultural and historical memory» and «civic identity», present various mechanisms and factors influencing the formation of cultural and historical memory and civic identity. The material presents the cultural landscape of the newly annexed territories from a geographical point of view. Based on the analysis of the research, the authors identify educational technologies relevant for the purposes of civic and patriotic education, the main diagnostic tools for conducting pedagogical measurements of cultural and historical memory and civic identity of youth, and also provide an overview of educational practices of teachers on this issue.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the theoretical justification and practical implementation of an educational environment aimed at developing the methodological competence of future teachers. Purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate, practically define and experimentally create an educational environment aimed at developing methodological competence in future primary school teachers through game practice. Research methods: a) theoretical: analysis, synthesis, interpretation of scientific literature on the research problem; b) empirical: pedagogical experiment. The article describes approaches to defining the categories “competence”, “methodological competence”, “gaming practice”. The study shows the feasibility of using innovative games in teacher education and formulates the requirements for the development and implementation of innovative games. The results of the pedagogical experiment prove the effectiveness of using innovative games as a means of developing students' methodological competence. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of conditions for the use of innovative games in the methodological training of students - future teachers. The conclusions based on the results of the empirical study give reason to talk about the advisability of using elements of game practice in order to develop the methodological competence of future teachers.

    In work the urgency of the problem of the development of professional competencies is substantiated, since future medical workers have a contradiction between their psychological readiness and practical abilities to perform professional labor functions. The importance of creating a practice-oriented educational environment as a determinant of the formation of students' professional knowledge and professional experience is emphasized. Based on the theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign bibliographic sources, the didactic possibilities of imitation teaching methods were identified as key in the preparation of medical college students.     The following paper analyzes the Russian system of education. Modern practice in the development of higher professional education shows that today's graduates of Russian universities for the most part are not prepared for real practical work in organizations as professionals. Undoubtedly, the time and changing conditions for the implementation of the activities of Russian universities over the past three decades have changed significantly. However, the training of modern professionals in the new conditions was based not on the domestic experience of universities, but on foreign approaches to two-level higher education – the training of graduates of Russian universities as bachelors and masters. But at the same time, Russian researchers and officials do not have a clear understanding of the difference in the level of professional training of students, both bachelors and masters. And the declared new “competence-based approach”, when it is proposed to form students with rather “vague” competencies, presented in the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education 3++, does not allow employers to see the professionals they need in a modern university graduate. And the fact that the modern West does not recognize the diplomas of graduates of Russian universities indicates that today it is necessary to implement a policy of import substitution in higher education, and, based on domestic experience in training graduates of Russian universities as specialists-engineers, to prepare them for real practical work in Russian organizations.

    The paper considers the educational process built with the help of practice-oriented technologies. It brought academic railway disciplines studied by higher education students closer to their future profession. Necessary conditions for purposeful formation of competitiveness of participating students as future specialists were created. Students master the profession of railway engineer not only from textbooks and drawings, but directly including in its simplest forms. The students, participants of this educational process have formed: system thinking; developed skills of teamwork in the mode of discussions to find ways to solve assigned tasks; developed the ability to think independently; increased interest in the profession of a railway engineer. These qualities, necessary for a specialist, were manifested and consolidated by the students who participated in the research work on strengthening the railroad track at 6101 km of the Trans-Siberian Railway.

The priorities in training personnel for educational and scientific organizations in the regions of the Russian Federation are a fundamental approach to the study of disciplines, practical orientation, education of respect for national history, the state language and traditions, the personality of the teacher and the student; awareness of the responsibility and importance of Russian education, consideration of advanced ideas and demands of society. The fundamental nature of personnel training has always been combined with high requirements for the mission of teaching staff – people of high scientific, methodological, moral and universal culture.
