    Abstract:
    В статье проводится анализ методов развития мышечной силы, которая не позволяет в полном объеме изложить различные подходы к содержанию методики развития силовых качеств. Именно в рациональной системе использования традиционных и нетрадиционных средств и методов силовой подготовки с учетом специфики вида спорта, индивидуальных особенностей и текущего состояния спортсмена следует искать главные источники развития мышечной силы. Представить в развернутом и аргументированном виде существующие методики развития силовых качеств у спортсменов разного возраста, пола, подготовленности и соматотипов в различных видах спорта не представляется возможным. Такая целевая задача требует объемного экспериментального исследования и глубокого теоретического обоснования. Предпринята попытка раскрыть некоторые аспекты содержания современной методики развития силовых качеств.

    Abstract:
    The article theoretically substantiates various methodological approaches to the implementation of the content of the academic discipline “Physical Culture and Sports” in the education system. It is noted that the bias in favor of collectivist forms of realization of the subject leads to the loss of the essential potential of the physical culture of the individual. The bias in favor of an individualistic approach impoverishes the essence of the subject in its educational aspect. It is shown that only a rationally balanced combination and taking into account the peculiarities of the discipline contributes to the creation of a special kind of space, where through dialogue young people realize their belonging both to the homo species and to the social matrix accepted by this community. The socialization of an individual through the conscious mastery of his physical self allows him to build a trajectory of personal development, using the natural potential to the fullest. The choice of forms of organization of the educational process depends on the understanding by the teaching staff of the multidimensionality of the discipline and its creative potential. The formation of an understanding of this kind is a necessary condition for the qualitative functioning of physical culture and sports in general. Modern conditions dictate the need to create a flexible model of physical education, accommodating both traditional approaches and the ability to quickly respond to real challenges of the external environment and take into account mental changes in the personality of students.

Несмотря на то, что на сегодняшний день многие вопросы реабилитации, особенно в спортивной сфере, решены на достаточном уровне, на практике система профессиональной реабилитации реализуется совершенно недостаточно. Вот почему сложные виды человеческой деятельности, в том числе деятельность специалиста строителя, требуют разработки примерной начальной системы профессиональной реабилитации.

    Abstract:
    The importance of the artistic image in the activity of a teacher as a tool for the development of the communicative culture of a university graduate is considered. This task is implemented through the disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle, in particular, psychology and foreign languages. The types and functions of the language of the artistic image are discussed. The essential characteristics of the concept of "the language of an artistic image" in the context of pedagogical activity are revealed, its developing potential is indicated. Methodological tools and techniques for improving the communicative culture of graduates of a humanitarian university are proposed. The results of an empirical study on the development of the language of the artistic image among graduates of humanitarian universities are presented.

    Развитие в период обучения профессионально важных качеств будущего специалиста традиционно рассматривается как одна из важнейших задач университета. В рамках когнитивного подхода создается модель специалиста, позволяющая определять не только тенденции по группе участников исследования, но также создавать и совершенствовать индивидуальные программы профессионального развития. В проведенном исследовании приняли участие 36 человек, студенты и действующие руководители, которые составили две контрастные группы. Результаты, полученные с помощью Калифорнийского психологического опросника, позволили разработать индивидуальные программы для каждого студента, участника исследования.

    Introduction. The article defines the teacher's mission in the era of social turbulence and high uncertainty characteristic of the transition of Russian society to the post-industrial stage of development. The authors focus on training a teacher for the future, determined by social conditions and directions of development of the Russian education system. Relevance. The available scientific ideas about the professional resources and personal potential of the teacher, ways to support his development in modern conditions cannot be recognized as sufficient. This determines the purpose of the study: the definition of professional resources in the context of the development of the personal potential of the teacher, the most demanded in the era of social turbulence and transformation of education. Material and research methods: the work uses theoretical methods (analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature), modeling, generalization of the experience of establishing additional pedagogical education; empirical methods (psychological diagnosis of professional resources and personal potential of teachers, readiness of teachers for professional activities in conditions of social turbulence and transformation of education). Study results and discussion. The authors propose a model of professional resources and personal potential of the teacher, indicate diagnostic methods for their research. A description of the possibility of additional pedagogical education is presented as a condition for the development of professional resources and the personal potential of the teacher. It was concluded that it is necessary to improve the advanced training and retraining of teachers in the context of modern requirements for the teacher's activities. The experience of the Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I. N. Ulyanov in this direction is described. Conclusions. The results of the study can be used in organizing comprehensive support for the development of professional resources and personal potential of teachers in the conditions of further education, managing a teacher's career, developing advanced training and professional retraining programs.

    One of the priorities of the system of ethno-cultural training is the development of inclinations and abilities, the realization of the intellectual potential of the individ-ual. The intellectual game of chess is a resource for the mental development of a person. In the article, the author offers a brief overview of the history of Kalmyk chess, as well as shows the effectiveness of modern Kalmyk chess players, an analy-sis of the development of logical thinking, speed and accuracy of mental opera-tions, from the origin to the use of artificial intelligence. The work also touched up-on various modern ways of playing a game in chess, and the effectiveness of their results in the context of this study. The materials and methods of this work are the theoretical method (analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature on the research topic). The results of the study and their discussion: the results of the tournaments were analyzed in the work, within the framework of which the study of the participants was conducted. The results of this experiment are presented. On the basis of the study, it can be concluded that the chess game is used to develop such human qualities as ingenuity and discipline, as well as a number of other important human qualities.
