- Актуальные вопросы юриспруденции
- Abstract:
- The article examines the challenges arising in the investigation of accounting information under the conditions of digitalization, when the key indicators of economic offenses are primarily recorded in electronic systems. The analysis is based on the study of modern approaches to working with digital data, including methods for recovering deleted information, examining metadata, and analyzing audit logs. It is demonstrated that the fragmentary nature of regulatory frameworks and procedural limitations hinder the use of electronic evidence. The author concludes that there is a need to develop unified methodologies for handling digital data and to strengthen interdisciplinary training of experts.

Socio-Cultural and Psychological Problems of the Modern Family: Current Issues of Assistance and Support- Author:
- Svetlana A. Pavlenko
- Work direction:
- Legal problems of the modern family
- Abstract:
- The article explores the phenomenon of "twin flames" through the prism of neuroscience and the psychology of unlived emotions. It is proved that the "persecutor-fugitive" pattern is a compulsive reproduction of childhood traumas, fixed at the level of neural networks of the insula, amygdala and prefrontal cortex. The concept of "affective hooks" is introduced, i.e. unexperienced emotions that form an addictive connection through an imbalance of the dopamine and opioid systems. An algorithm of psychotherapeutic work is proposed, aimed at the development of self-control through the internalization of interceptive attention and cognitive reassessment to deactivate these "hooks"

A practice-oriented model for preparing future computer science teachers to implement elements of the digital educational environment
Book ChapterPedagogy and psychology of modern education- Authors:
- Iurii V. Ryzhkov, Veronica A. Korsunova
- Work direction:
- Глава 5
- Abstract:
- This chapter addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the training of future computer science teachers at pedagogical universities. The research is motivated by a contradiction between the new requirements for a computer science teacher as an architect of the school's digital educational environment and the insufficient practice-oriented focus of existing curricula. Based on an analysis of graduates' professional deficits and regulatory challenges, the author develops and scientifically substantiates an original practice-oriented training model. Its core consists of specialized practical modules integrated into academic disciplines, aimed at building skills in deploying and administering key elements of the digital educational environment (Apache/Nginx web servers, DBMS, LMS Moodle). The methodological foundation is formed by competency-based and practice-oriented approaches; methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, and approbation were used. The model's implementation is supported by a unique environment of educational server platforms («server sandbox," KVM platform). Approbation in the educational process of VGSPU confirmed the model's effectiveness, demonstrated by the development of students' readiness to assume the role of developer and administrator of an educational organization's digital infrastructure. The results are valuable for teacher training university lecturers and educational program developers.

The use of GPT technologies in the physical education and sports improvement of students (using the example of the automated electronic system "Smart Home")
Book Chapter
Current issues of pedagogy and psychology- Author:
- Spartak G. Aleksandrov
- Work direction:
- Глава 15
- Abstract:
- In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, the concept of «smart homes» has evolved beyond mere appliance control. Automation systems like «KNX» offer new opportunities for enhancing comfort, safety, and efficiency in daily life. In an era where health, productivity, and energy conservation are of utmost importance, integrating «smart» technologies into sports programs and daily routines has become increasingly relevant. This research aims to explore the potential of automation systems in supporting athletes' training and recovery processes, potentially improving their functional performance and physical readiness. The purpose of the work is to analyze the impact of the Smart Home system on the physical condition of athletes during physical training. The research objectives included: studying automation systems and their theoretical foundations; analyzing popular digital protocols; evaluating the impact of Smart Home systems on household processes in indoor environments; identifying the level of awareness among students about the concept of an «intelligent home»; and determining the nature of the influence of automated electronic systems on the training process and recovery of athletes. The object of the study is the Smart Home automation systems and their application in everyday life. The subject of the study is the impact of automation systems on the optimization of the training process, recovery, health, and safety of athletes. The hypothesis was formulated: the use of Smart Home automation systems, such as KNX, will improve the training process, accelerate the recovery of athletes, reduce the risk of injuries, and increase the energy efficiency of sports facilities. The following methods were used in the research process: analysis of literary and Internet sources; sociological survey; programming and configuration based on «ETS» for «KNX»; analysis and generalization of the results obtained. The results obtained confirmed the possibility and expediency of introducing the electronic system «Smart House» in the process of physical and sports training. When preparing the chapter of the collective monograph, the results of the scientific and creative activity of the author of this work were used together with the graduate of the Krasnodar branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, A.E. Bondarenko, who carried out the completion and configuration of computer programs of the automated system «Smart House» [2].

- Abstract:
- The chapter presents a detailed analysis of the methodological crisis of modern psychology, characterized by «horizontal fragmentation» and the loss of the integral subject of research. As a way out of the crisis, a paradigmatic shift is proposed: the transition from the study of individual mental functions to the study of consciousness as a multi-level phenomenon. superior to the conventional categories of «norm» and «pathology». Psyche is defined as a holographic system that includes biophysical, phenomenological and transpersonal levels. To provide methodological support for the new paradigm, a synthesis of Husserl's phenomenology, quantum theories of consciousness, and contemporary practices is proposed.
