    This article analyzes the functions of VHI, its role in the healthcare system, and key development challenges in the Russian Federation. The study identifies structural barriers: low purchasing power, lack of awareness, underdeveloped infrastructure, the lack of uniform standards for evaluating medical institutions, and regional disparities. It proposes ways to improve the VHI market through increased financial literacy, standardization of services, increased competition, and the development of evaluation methods for medical organizations.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the evolution of legal policy principles from static normative guidelines to a dynamic, value-targeted and strategically oriented system. The author analyzes the transition from the positivist paradigm to a modern understanding of principles as socially significant values and benchmarks of justice. Based on the works of domestic legal scholars, it is shown that the principles of legal policy are formed through the selection of values, are implemented in the legal process and require foresight and goal-setting. Particular attention is paid to the systematic nature, hierarchy and expediency of principles in conditions of legal uncertainty.

To identify the relationship between these concepts, a graphical visualization is proposed, demonstrating the distinctive feature (characteristic property) of ecosystem from other organizational forms of business and other constructs. The connection between the concepts of «system» and «ecosystem» is also established, confirming the rationale for introducing this term for this concept.

    The relevance of the study is due to the total trend towards digitalization in the Russian Federation, which covers a wide range of sectors of the national economy. The purpose of the study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems in the context of the total implementation of digital technologies and the need to ensure technological sovereignty. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is empirical (expert assessments, study of production experience) and theoretical (system analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision-making) methods. The chapter discusses the main reasons for the transition to a new stage in the development of industry and the economy of the Russian Federation. The main advantages of digital industrial ecosystems are formulated. The tools that ensure the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems are described and examples of their successful implementation are given. Based on the analysis of publications of domestic scientists, strategies for the further development of digital industrial ecosystems are proposed.

    In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, the concept of «smart homes» has evolved beyond mere appliance control. Automation systems like «KNX» offer new opportunities for enhancing comfort, safety, and efficiency in daily life. In an era where health, productivity, and energy conservation are of utmost importance, integrating «smart» technologies into sports programs and daily routines has become increasingly relevant. This research aims to explore the potential of automation systems in supporting athletes' training and recovery processes, potentially improving their functional performance and physical readiness. The purpose of the work is to analyze the impact of the Smart Home system on the physical condition of athletes during physical training. The research objectives included: studying automation systems and their theoretical foundations; analyzing popular digital protocols; evaluating the impact of Smart Home systems on household processes in indoor environments; identifying the level of awareness among students about the concept of an «intelligent home»; and determining the nature of the influence of automated electronic systems on the training process and recovery of athletes. The object of the study is the Smart Home automation systems and their application in everyday life. The subject of the study is the impact of automation systems on the optimization of the training process, recovery, health, and safety of athletes. The hypothesis was formulated: the use of Smart Home automation systems, such as KNX, will improve the training process, accelerate the recovery of athletes, reduce the risk of injuries, and increase the energy efficiency of sports facilities. The following methods were used in the research process: analysis of literary and Internet sources; sociological survey; programming and configuration based on «ETS» for «KNX»; analysis and generalization of the results obtained. The results obtained confirmed the possibility and expediency of introducing the electronic system «Smart House» in the process of physical and sports training. When preparing the chapter of the collective monograph, the results of the scientific and creative activity of the author of this work were used together with the graduate of the Krasnodar branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, A.E. Bondarenko, who carried out the completion and configuration of computer programs of the automated system «Smart House» [2].

    The chapter presents a detailed analysis of the methodological crisis of modern psychology, characterized by «horizontal fragmentation» and the loss of the integral subject of research. As a way out of the crisis, a paradigmatic shift is proposed: the transition from the study of individual mental functions to the study of consciousness as a multi-level phenomenon. superior to the conventional categories of «norm» and «pathology». Psyche is defined as a holographic system that includes biophysical, phenomenological and transpersonal levels.     The paper reveals the development potential of the republican resource platform of continuing professional education as a tool for effective functioning of the system of scientific and methodological support of teaching staff. The article presents the structure of the resource potential of the regional platform, defines its main characteristics and directions, develops proposals for the creation of the republican system of methodological support for teachers and changes in the structure, functional tasks in the field of continuing professional education and professional retraining. These measures are aimed at improving the potential of the regional system in implementing the state educational policy and solving socio-economic problems. The process of gradual change in the system of scientific and methodological support for teachers is presented, in which the basic part is in the competence of the regional institutional structure responsible for the implementation of programmes of additional professional education, and the variable part falls to universities and other entities that are part of the regional segment of the education system. The article formulates further prospects for the development of the proposed structure of scientific and methodological support for teachers, introduction of new educational programmes and technologies, as well as research and analysis of the effectiveness of the applied practices. As a result of the practice implementation, the main vectors of regional policy development in the sphere of additional professional education of teachers and human resources potential of the Chuvash Republic are proposed.

    Abstract:
    Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a rare connective tissue disorder characterized by vasculopathy, abnormal immune system activation with autoantibody production, and fibrosis development. This article reviews current therapeutic approaches for SSc, including the use of methotrexate, tofacitinib, and ziritaxestat. It discusses the role of interleukin-17 (IL-17) in disease pathogenesis and the potential of brodalumab, an IL-17 inhibitor, in reducing the modified Rodnan skin score (mRSS) and skin thickness. The study aims to systematically analyze the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, and dermatological changes associated with SSc. Conclusions: Investigating the role of autoantibodies and cytokines in the pathogenesis of systemic sclerosis reveals the molecular mechanisms underlying fibrosis and chronic inflammation. Understanding these processes enables the development of therapeutic strategies, including the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and blockade of autoantibodies.

    The chapter is dedicated to the problems of financial well-being of modern students. Using analytical and statistical methods, the monograph carried out a dynamic analysis of the higher education system in Kazakhstan, identified its main trends, indicating a high interest of the population in higher education, as well as the predominance of private universities in the structure of higher education institutions. The use of interviewing, questionnaire and expert survey methods made it possible to characterize the socio-demographic and psychographic profile of a modern Kazakhstani student, to identify the problems of his financial condition. The analytical method provided a review, systematization and generalization of the main financial support tools for students, including public, intra-university and private ones. The analysis has shown that any student has the right and opportunity to use one or another financial support tool if certain requirements are met, and the task of teachers is to help students determine the sources of strengthening their financial stability.

    The chapter proposes a method for analyzing economic systems based on the use of a model of simultaneous equations and machine learning. The architecture of a fully connected neural network capable of reflecting the structure of a discrete-time control system and allowing the identification of a system of simultaneous equations is considered. A method for training a neural network is proposed that allows estimating the coefficients of a set of simultaneous equations. A method for forecasting a multivariate time series based on the estimated structural parameters of the system using a perceptron is presented.

    Fundamental analysis, traditionally used to evaluate individual companies, needs to be rethought in the context of modern complex business ecosystems. The authors explore the transformation of fundamental analysis methods necessary for an adequate assessment of companies whose value and viability are closely linked to their position in the ecosystem, analyze the limitations of traditional approaches and propose an expanded methodology that takes into account network effects, interdependencies between ecosystem participants, as well as the impact of external factors such as regulation and technological change. The chapter aims to identify key indicators that are characteristic of the ecosystem approach and should be included in the traditional fundamental analysis. The aim of the work is to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of such an integrated approach to improve the accuracy and validity of assessing the value of companies in the context of ecosystem development. As a result, a new business valuation framework is proposed that provides a more complete and accurate view of the value of companies in today's ecosystem-based economy.
