    Abstract:
    This study used heart rate variability to examine the physical and emotional health of employees in prisons and schools. High-stress jobs in prisons may lead to health problems in employees, as shown by heart rate variability studies. Educational professionals are at risk of developing stress-related problems and unhealthy coping mechanisms. The greatest contribution to the disturbance of heart rate regulation revealed based on LF and VLF indices, which show a disturbance of the physical and emotional state. To reduce stress, everyone needs a regulated work schedule, rest, and access to medical and psychological support. Based on the information obtained, a correctional model developed aimed at preventing emotional burnout, maladaptation, and desynchronosis among employees of penitentiary institutions and educational organizations.

    The relevance of the research topic lies in the need for continuous improvement of the management system of state-owned enterprises based on the analysis of estimated performance indicators and identification of existing problems. The object of the study is the state unitary enterprise of the subjects of the Russian Federation of the Kaluga Region Kaluga MTS (hereinafter abbreviated as MTS). SE KO «Kaluga MTS»). The subject of the research is the management system of the Kaluga MTS State Enterprise. The theoretical basis of the research was domestic and foreign scientific periodicals, textbooks, and materials from scientific and practical conferences and monographs. The information base was the official website of the enterprise, its financial statements and reports of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kaluga region. During the preparation of the material, such methods as computational-analytical, structural-logical, monographic, as well as methods of analysis and synthesis were used.

    The chapter considers the theory of ratio decidendi as a method of interpreting the law and decision-making in common law countries, borrowed by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation to develop legal positions set out in its Decisions. The author, considering numerous Decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, including in the field of pension protection of the population, concludes that this theory cannot be applied in the Russian legal system in the sense in which it is understood in common law countries. Quotations from the works of foreign specialists are made in the author's translation.

    This chapter examines the relationship between the predominant type of temperament of high school students and the choice of their educational profile and their professional preferences. Using the methods of E. P. Ilyin and Ya. Strelyau, the characteristics of the nervous system and the predominant type of temperament of eleventh-grade students of the Murmansk Polytechnic Lyceum of three different educational profiles are determined. The results of diagnostics and conclusions of the study are described.

    Increasing the human potential of teaching staff takes one of their leading places in identifying urgent tasks to improve the quality of general education as the main vector of development of state educational policy. The interrelation and interdependence of the processes of increasing the human potential of teachers and the quality of educational results of students are beyond doubt determines the relevance of the presented research. The purpose of this article is to identify the main directions of state policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human potential of teaching staff in the Russian Federation. The main materials for the study were federal and regional regulatory documents reflecting the main directions of state policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human resources of teaching staff in the Russian Federation, and the main research method in the presented work was the analysis of these documents. In addition, the study was also based on an analysis of the regional practice of implementing the main directions of state policy in the field of education on the example of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. As a result of the study, the main vectors of the state educational policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human potential of teaching staff in the Russian Federation were identified.

The issues of supply theory are touched upon, the essence and experience of applying the supply-side economics model are considered. The differences between the classical model of the supply economy and the emerging model of the national supply economy are determined. The conditions of the contour of the new supply-side economy model corresponding to technological and economic transformations in the country are systematized.
