  • The Application of Pilates Exercises for Optimization of Functional State of Students’ Bodies

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the study of the possibility of applying Pilates exercises for optimization of the functional state of students’ bodies by performing the basic principles of technology and its implementation in students’ educational process. The characteristic of basic Pilates exercises is given. Among those exercises are: twisting, body-rocking, and strain of the spine bone. Methods of research. During the study the methods that allow us to assess the dynamics of the functional state of the body (determination of heart rate, blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), hypoxic samples «Stange and Genchi», the Rufier tese, the Kerdo index, Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, assessment of general state, activity and mood) were applied. The results presented indicate the effectiveness of the Pilates exercises implementation in the program on the subject «Physical Culture» for optimization the functional state and improvement of bodies of female students at the age of 17-20 years. It is concluded that this set of exercises increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, physical performance, as well as reduce the level of state and trait anxiety, and the activity of the sympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system.

  • The use of modular technology in the design of basic educational programs in accordance with the FES of HE 3 ++

    Abstract:
    The article shows the problems of developing educational programs and curricula in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education (FES of HE 3++). Federal Law №273 «On Education in the Russian Federation» states that the introduction of basic educational programs implies the use of structures for the design of educational activities, based on the principle of a modular understanding of the basic educational program. and curriculum design. The article proposed one of the options for the formation of such modules in the design of basic educational programs in accordance with the FES of HE 3 ++. With this approach to educational programs formation in various areas of training students of higher education institutions, problems can be solved in the development of basic educational programs of previous FES of HE++, the labor costs of the teaching staff in developing various educational and methodical documentation can be optimized, the requirements of employers for the effectiveness of training future professionals can be taken into account.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to study the issue of increasing the effectiveness of perception and assimilation of the acquired knowledge during the lecture with presentation support. In the beginning and the end of the semester, the perception of lectures with a volume of 28 and 8 slides was compared in an interview method, and lecture notes were also evaluated for the completeness of the content and reflection of the lecture material. At the beginning of the semester there were no significant differences in the perception of lectures, depending on their volume, but in the end, the efficiency of perception and the quality of lecture notes increased statistically significantly by an average of 24%. The conclusion is drawn - the design of the presentation, the preparedness of students for its perception, the number of students at the lecture affect the completeness of the lecture notes and the effectiveness of the perception of the received material.
