Автор показывает дискуссионный характер проблематики цифровой трансформации образования, показывая полярность точек зрения относительно данного феномена, делая вывод, что реализация различных сценариев цифровой трансформации образования должна осуществляться при тщательном анализе негативных последствий и рисков с учетом национально-образовательных традиций и ценностной основы российской гуманной педагогики.

    В статье приведены моменты из занятий, примеры работ по 3D-моделированию, 3D-печати и прототипированию для учащихся школы. Современным школьникам сейчас актуальна и очень интересна технология 3D-печати и объемное моделирование, поэтому они с удовольствием осваивают данные компетенции, умения, навыки в рамках дополнительных занятий по предметам «Технологии» в школах и дополнительных центрах, таких как ДНК им. С.А. Абрукова г. Чебоксары. Учащиеся быстро привыкают к традиционным методам обучения, и даже проекты не всегда пробуждают их интерес, поэтому данный опыт занятий по 3D-моделированию, печати и 3D-прототипированию для учащихся школ будет актуален.

    Abstract:
    The study focuses on the fact that during the period of digital transformation, modern models of digital competencies have emerged, which serve as the basis for the formation of new standards in the field of education, for the expansion of the teaching professions of the future, for the transition to new learning technologies (mapping, scribing) and the development of professional competencies of students, one of which is information competence. The following issues («prospects of digital transformation in education», «types of models of digital competencies», «information competence as an existential skill and long-term metaability», «mapping as a process of translation of meaning-making», «specific characteristics of cards», «technology of scribing in education») which rise in modern research and affect the improvement of the educational process in the digital educational environment of the university are subject to discussion. Attention is drawn to the description of the pedagogical experience of using mapping and scribing for the development of information competence of university students. The examples of maps created by students and undergraduates of the direction of training «Pedagogical education» and contributing to the formation of their deep and error-free digital educational footprint are given. The influence of mapping and scribing on increasing motivation to learn and the emergence of new student startups in the field of education is investigated. The leading research methods are: analysis of digital competence models for the relevance of the process of developing information competence of university students; analysis and selection of modern technologies in the period of digital transformation in education; generalization of conceptual provisions on information competence and its role for human development; generalization of the pedagogical experience of using mapping and scribing for the development of information competence of university students. Promising areas of research are: the formation of a collection of maps for use in professional activities, for their cognitive analysis; development of the direction of video scribing for distance and additional education of students; identification of the advantages and disadvantages of mapping and scribing and their effectiveness in the development of students' information competence. The research materials are of practical value for students, undergraduates, university teachers and teachers of other educational institutions who are looking for new technologies in organizing the learning process.

    The subject of the research are digital technologies used in higher education abroad and in Russia. The global expansion of information and communication technologies is leading to a digital transformation of the world space. Currently, the processes of digitalization affect all areas of economic activity, including education. When organizing the educational process, modern technological platforms are used to implement the flow of knowledge through synchronous and asynchronous communication. Assessment of the level of digitalization of educational organizations should be focused on the analysis of the effectiveness of interaction between all participants in the educational process. Research and teaching staff involved in the educational process should have competencies in the field of information and communication technologies and be guides and motivators of learning, able to help navigate the huge flows of information. Therefore, important tasks for each University are: training, retraining and training of specialists in specialized competencies in the field of digitalization, monitoring the needs of the modern production market and implementing educational programs that ensure the Russian education to a qualitatively new level.

    Статья посвящена рассмотрению цифровой трансформации банковского сектора, которая является неотъемлемой частью развития цифровой экономики. Авторы подчеркивают, что основой цифровой трансформации кредитных организаций является финансовая стратегия, учитывающая специфику деятельности и возможности конкретных организаций. В статье рассмотрены современные подходы к цифровой трансформации банковского сектора, выделены основные цифровые технологии, развитие которых является в настоящее время приоритетным для российских банков. Авторы выяснили, какие технологии сегодня находятся в приоритете у кредитных организаций, и выделили текущие проблемы, этим обусловленные, дав некоторые рекомендации для их решения. Статья будет интересна исследователям процессов цифровизации в финансах и банковской деятельности.

    В статье рассмотрены изменения, происходящие в системах образования в современных условиях. Сегодня цифровая трансформация является основной силой, меняющей отрасли экономики и влияющей на работу корпораций и учреждений. Поскольку работа и обучение начали объединяться, теперь между ними существует только тонкая грань. Цифровая трансформация обучения расширила возможности организаций в плане развития, предоставляя точно в срок необходимые решения для обучения. Обучение развивается более стремительно, становится более измеримым и целенаправленным. Одновременно с этим изменения в рабочих парадигмах делают трудовую деятельность более спонтанной, виртуальной и одновременно гиперсвязанной. Решения о том, когда, как и где люди учатся и работают, больше не могут быть ограничены определенным временем или местом – цифровая трансформация корпоративного обучения стала критическим фактором успеха для корпораций [1]. Бинарная коммуникативная компетенция, основанная на родном и иностранном языках, представляется нам краеугольным камнем межкультурной компетенции, формирование которой является сегодня прерогативой профессионального развития во всех передовых странах мира и ведущих компаниях. При этом необходимо понимать, что формирование бинарной коммуникативной и межкультурной компетенций должно опираться на системный подход, позволяющий рассматривать все интегральные компоненты и характеристики профессиональной личности как системы для достижения целей её развития и совершенствования.

    Изучена семенная продуктивность у двух морфологических форм Taraxacum officinale s. l., произрастающих в условиях техногенной трансформации среды. Для исследуемых форм одуванчика характерна противоположная реакция на данный фактор: у dahlstedtii техногенная трансформация среды независимо от периода наблюдения приводит к снижению реальной семенной продуктивности, у f. pectinatiforme – к повышению на техногенно нарушенных территориях за счет увеличения количества генеративных побегов.

    The study focuses on ongoing global processes in the field of education, described in a number of national projects, programs, standards, and recommendations. Subject to discussion are the issues (“Digital transformation as an object of research”, “Education in the world of digital technologies”, “Digital didactics”), which are raised in current research and affect the improvement of methodological systems in the university. Attention is drawn to the methodological system for the development of information-related competence of university students, its components and implementation conditions in the era of digital transformation. The approaches to its improvement are investigated. The leading research methods are: analysis of the fundamental provisions of national projects, programs, standards, and recommendations on the relevance of the process of developing information-related competence of university students; analysis of current research in the area of digital transformation in education; integration of the conceptual propositions of contemporary Russian scientists concerning the improvement of methodological systems at the university; integration of pedagogical experience in researching the process of developing information-related competence in future teacher students. The research materials are of practical value for master’s students, graduate students, university professors and teachers of other educational institutions conducting research in this field.
