    Abstract:
    В статье представлены результаты разработанной модели, направленной на повышение уровня профессионально важных способностей, обучающихся 4-го курса на факультете «Физическая культура» ФГБОУ ВО «Кубанского государственного университета физической культуры, спорта и туризма». Методы педагогической диагностики проводились в рамках дисциплины «Основы педагогического мастерства». Разработанная модель включала в себя 10 семинарских (практических) занятий, основанных на психологических тренингах, метода проектов, проблемного изучения и игромоделирования. Полученные результаты можно рекомендовать к применению в высшей школе профессорско-преподавательскому составу при подготовке бакалавров сферы физической культуры и спорта.

    Цель исследования заключается в выявлении проблем спроса и предложения системы высшего профессионального образования. Автором дифференцированы направления и виды высшего образования; предложены этапы проведения обзорного анализа спроса и предложения; изучены факторы, оказывающие влияние на востребованность высшего профессионального образования. Проведено краткое исследование рынка высшего профессионального образования, включая элементы: предложения вузов; оценка деятельности вузов по различным направлениям подготовки; выявление тенденций и особенностей развития высшего профессионального образования; оценка перспектив развития. Автором изложены основные итоги исследования тенденций и особенностей в области спроса и в области предложения высшего профессионального образования, а также отмечено несоответствие потребности рынка труда и предложения высшего профессионального образования. В завершение указано на необходимость изменения принципов и стратегии организации системы вузов. Предметом исследования является рынок труда образовательных учреждений.     Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to evaluate the possibilities of self-development of professional competencies of a young (novice) teacher in the process of research activities in order to enrich the natural science subject-spatial environment. The article presents the opinions of scientists E.I. Petrenko, L.V. Ignatieva about the role and place of research activity of a young teacher – a former student who graduated from a higher educational institution or a trainee student who began teaching as a student, who knows many teaching methods, has studied various scientific disciplines in his field, or a teacher who has worked for up to 5 years. In their opinion, the competence of a graduate is manifested in the willingness (motivation and personal qualities) to apply knowledge, skills and experience for successful professional or other activities in the presence of problems and resources. The creation of methodological resources begins with a bachelor student at a university and is the result of research activity of a young teacher in school. Young teacher often experiences difficulties while choosing material for "Environmental Studies" with the purpose of junior schoolers achieving different results. Scientific novelty is the idea of creating innovative methodological projects which enrich subject-spatial environment of elementary school aimed at development of natural subjects and research skills of students that took "Environmental Studies' subject. The author managed to define methodological innovations presented as guidance manual which were created while writing a diploma then were approbated under the conditions of educational space of school. "Geographer's diary", "Society city" interactive game, researcher's handbook "Way to health", "Briefcase museum" call for analyzing of different topics of scientific topic, creation of which requires research competence of a teacher. The resources provided directed at enriching school's subject-spatial environment since work with the resources means usage of subject equipment. It was proved that having learned basic professional competence in university young teacher can develop them in school's educational space. Basic directions of activities on development of professional competences are: methodological work, innovative activity, project-research teacher's activity, Young specialist can approbate created methodological materials under actual conditions of school thus enriching audience's subject environment, providing individual educational requirements of all subject of educational process.

    The chapter is devoted to the formation of professional motivation of future teachers. The process of formation of professional motivation of a future teacher using the provided methods is also considered. The psychological and pedagogical features of motivating students-future teachers for professional growth are indicated, ways of improving the professionalism of future teachers, aimed at self-development and self-determination in the process of passing pedagogical practice, are revealed. The principles of pedagogical practice organization and factors influencing its effectiveness are revealed. The connection between the motivation of professional activity and the professional orientation of students and their personal trajectory of the development of professional skills and abilities is revealed. The relevance of the research is due to the state and social need to prepare a new generation that contributes to the development and prosperity of the state. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) proclaimed around the world, which are reflected in the sustainable development program adopted by the world leaders of 193 countries under the auspices of the United Nations, are aimed at promoting sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all. The orientation of the UN Member States in creating their programs and developing political strategies for the next years (until 2030) on 17 goals, one of the first of which is SDG4: ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all. The results of a ten-year study of students of the Faculty of Sociology and Management of Ryazan State University named after S.A. Yesenin are presented. Various methods were used to analyze the peculiarities of students' perception of their future professional activity in the context of considering it as professional creativity. The dependence of the conditional level of creative potential and motivation to solve previously unknown professional and creative tasks was determined, as well as barriers blocking the achievement of the goal were identified.

    Globalization of economy, rapidly developing new technologies and enormous information flows dictate new requirements for the organization of a higher education process in the field of engineering. Taking into account the situation on the world labour market, new educational standards are being developed for training engineering personnel to gain the required professional competencies. A special place is occupied by a foreign language professional communicative competence. The purpose of the article is to consider a foreign language training of future engineers at a technical university in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education of a new generation. It is of great importance to form a basic level of foreign language professional competence among students of technical specialties for effective intercultural professional communication. The article touches upon universal foreign language competencies according to the requirements of the program for the specialty «Aircraft and helicopter design». The peculiarities of a two-stage organization of the foreign language educational process is also discussed. It is argued that the effectiveness of teaching is inextricably linked with the formation of motivation among students and depends on understanding the connection of their future profession with the practical application of a foreign language. The use of a personality-oriented approach helps to develop a number of necessary qualities and make future graduates competitive on the world labour market according to the requirements of modern employers. The conclusion regarding the modernization of the foreign language training with all positive and negative aspects arising in the process of teaching a foreign language at a technical university is made.

    The article deals with the problem of professional training of future teachers in the conditions of digitalization of education. Particular attention is paid to changes in the structure and process of education due to the rapid development of new technologies, as well as the active informatization and digitalization of society. The authors emphasize the possibilities of digital educational consulting as one of the young areas, through which it is possible to minimize risks and create conditions for pedagogical support of both future teachers and young professionals. The aim of this study is to identify the significance of information and educational consulting in the professional training of future teachers. Materials and methods of research: theoretical methods (analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature on the topic of research) were used in the research. Results of the study and discussion: the activities of educational institutions of higher education for adaptability to new conditions and enterprises of various actions regarding the training of competitive and adapted to the new realities of graduates of teacher training areas were analyzed; various sources were analyzed to identify the essence and semantic characteristics of the concept of «digital competence»; the essence and role of digital educational consulting in professional training were outlined Conclusions: the most advantageous way to solve the problems associated with the preparation of future teachers in the digital transformation of education is the use of a new direction in the field of consulting – «digital educational consulting», which provides skilled support for the subjects of the educational process based on the use of digital resources and digital technologies.

  • Role-Play as the Mode of Development of Foreign Language Presentation Skills

    The purpose of the article is to consider role-playing in the process of foreign language training at technical universities. The introduced form of the educational process contributes to the formation of foreign language presentation skills in a professional field of a future engineer. A foreign language competence confirms a high competency of a specialist. Role-playing business situations in an educational process are carried out on the basis of an integrated approach where knowledge from the professional field is transferred to the game with the help of a foreign language. Methods of creating typical situations at work in the classroom contribute to the formation of a favorable environment for the development of business qualities and foreign language skills in a professional sphere. In the course of the research a three-stage structure of role-playing, its content in relation to the stated conditions are described. Difficulties that arise during the game and possible methods to overcome them are listed. It is concluded that role-playing related to the professional activities of future engineers motivate them to learn a foreign language and bring the learning process closer to real professional communication. The practical experience gained in the classroom will be a valuable experience for making a successful career in the field of engineering.

    The article is devoted to the problems of professional training of future teachers of fine arts. The purpose of the work is to consider the role and significance of the study by students of the Faculty of Arts and Design of traditional religious rites and holidays of the peoples of the Far North, the Khanty and Mansi. The material for the study was the traditional rites of the peoples of the Khanty and Mansi. Based on the method of theoretical analysis, the pedagogical potential of the traditional rites of the Khanty and Mansi peoples was revealed and the pedagogical conditions for the process of professional training of students – future teachers of fine arts were substantiated. The article describes in detail the traditions associated with hunting, fishing; the most common folk holidays associated with the bear, elk, crow day; national rites – wedding, funeral, rite of birth of a child. Comprehension and understanding of the world are reflected in oral folk art, legends, legends, myths, folklore. The future teacher of fine arts needs to know the traditional way of life of the indigenous people of Ugra, so that in his pedagogical work he can convey artistic and creative experience to schoolchildren. In conclusion, a description of the main pedagogical conditions for preparing students – future teachers of fine arts for professional activities, taking into account national traditions and the ethno-cultural specifics of the region, is given.

    Abstract:
    В статье анализируются проблемы профессионального самоопределения выпускников организаций для детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, реализуемые направления деятельности по профориентации в них. Автором отмечена важность насыщения этих программ индивидуальными и групповыми мероприятиями по профессиональному самоопределению.
