    Abstract:
    This article addresses improving the efficiency and objectivity of nominating university staff for awards amid HR digitalization. It highlights issues with fragmented data, manual processes, award sequencing, quotas, and restrictions. Existing HRIS solutions lack support for universities’ specific award policies. The paper proposes a specialized information system with centralized employee and award tracking, automated verification, quota management, and reporting. Implementing it would reduce errors, enhance transparency, and allow quick adaptation to regulatory changes. The work systematizes requirements for digital award policy support and offers a feasible concept for developing such systems.

    Abstract:
    The paper examines the problems associated with developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle among students in departmental educational organizations and employees of law enforcement and security agencies. Based on an analysis of scientific publications and recommendations in the field of public health, the contradiction between the requirements for professional performance and the limited recovery capabilities under intense academic and workloads is revealed. Special attention is paid to sleep disorders, insufficient daily physical activity, food management, psychological well‑being, and digital communication. A model of preventive work is proposed, taking into account the usual mode of activity, periods of increased workload, and subsequent recovery. The conditions for its implementation and indicators for subsequent empirical testing are identified.

Обосновывается переход от анализа итоговой отметки к анализу структуры ошибок, учебных действий и последовательностей работы с цифровыми ресурсами. Предлагается методическая модель диагностики, объединяющая предметные задания, данные LMS и процедуры аналитической интерпретации. Описан практический алгоритм, позволяющий связывать обнаруженные паттерны поведения с последующей коррекцией содержания и способов обучения.

    Abstract:
    В статье анализируется возможность включения инструментов искусственного интеллекта в образовательный процесс на уроках труда (технологии) в условиях сельской образовательной организации. Исходная позиция автора состоит в следующем: ИИ не подменяет и не вытесняет практическую деятельность учащихся, а служит средством её обогащения и информационного сопровождения. На материале опыта сельской школы, материально-техническая база которой сопоставима с городскими образовательными организациями, демонстрируются конкретные направления применения цифровых решений – подготовка к практической работе, наглядное представление технологических операций, формирование инженерного мышления, профессиональное самоопределение школьников. Отдельный акцент сделан на сохранении традиционной значимости трудового воспитания и приоритета практических навыков. Формулируется вывод: корректное использование ИИ в сельской школе расширяет образовательные возможности, не нанося ущерба становлению базовых трудовых умений.

    Abstract:
    В статье раскрывается роль интегрированного урока как педагогической инновации, позволяющей преодолеть фрагментарность школьных знаний и сформировать у учащихся системное мышление. Обоснована актуальность интеграции в условиях роста информационного потока и требований ФГОС к развитию метапредметных компетенций. Рассмотрены две основные модели интегрированного урока – регламентированная и сюжетная, – продемонстрированы их дидактические особенности и потенциал для активизации познавательной деятельности. На конкретных примерах показаны межпредметные связи математики с физикой, химией, географией и гуманитарными дисциплинами. Выделены ключевые условия эффективности интегрированных уроков: слаженное взаимодействие педагогов, продуманная система проблемных заданий, учёт возрастных особенностей учащихся. Подчёркнута целесообразность точечного применения данной формы обучения ввиду её высокой ресурсоёмкости.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлено описание социально-педагогического проекта, направленного на поддержку детей, оказавшихся в трудной жизненной ситуации и находящихся в «группе риска». Автор отмечает рост числа детей с отклонениями в поведении, нарушениями здоровья, проблемами в отношениях с родителями и сверстниками, что приводит к постановке на внутришкольный учёт и учёт в ПДН, а также к риску формирования устойчивых негативных качеств личности. В качестве решения предлагается создание на базе Центра детских инициатив команды из заместителя директора по воспитательной работе, классных руководителей, педагога-психолога, социального педагога, лидеров и активистов школьного ученического самоуправления, а также Медиацентра школы. Обосновывается актуальность идеи, связанная с ошибками семейного воспитания, социальными и психотравмирующими причинами отклоняющегося поведения.

    Abstract:
    Задержка речевого развития – одно из самых распространённых нервно-психических расстройств раннего возраста, характеризующееся замедленным формированием всей речевой системы. Нейропсихологический подход к изучению детей с речевыми нарушениями, развиваемый в работах Л.С. Цветковой, Н.К. Корсаковой, Ю.В. Микадзе, И.Ф. Марковской и других исследователей, предполагает качественный анализ состояния ВПФ, направленный на выявление дефицитарных и сохранных звеньев психической деятельности и определение ведущего фактора, лежащего в основе нарушения. Именно качественный нейропсихологический анализ, в отличие от чисто количественного тестирования, позволяет преодолеть эти ограничения. Задержка речевого развития у детей 2–3 лет представляет собой системное нарушение, в структуре которого речевой дефект является ведущим, но не единственным. Наряду с недоразвитием речевой функции отмечаются трудности в овладении психическими функциями, для которых ранний возраст является сензитивным сроком развития: двигательной сферы (общая, мелкая и артикуляционная моторика) и восприятия различных модальностей (слуховой, зрительный, тактильный гнозис).

    The article is devoted to studying the practical significance of competitive exercises in the “power extreme” sport within the system of physical training for employees of Russia’s law enforcement and security agencies. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to find effective means and methods for developing professionally important physical qualities in employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Federal Penitentiary Service, and military personnel.     Abstract:
    The article presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of didactic difficulties faced by students in psychology and pedagogy classes. The relevance of the study is determined by the need for early diagnosis and prevention of learning barriers among schoolchildren who have made a conscious choice of a teaching profession at the pre university stage. Based on a theoretical review and empirical data (questionnaires, pedagogical observation, analysis of learning products), a multicomponent structure of difficulties experienced by high school students has been identified. It has been established that these difficulties are systemic in nature and are обусловлены by three key factors: cognitive, metasubject, and psychological. It has been proven that the existing teaching format in specialized classes is often focused on the reproductive acquisition of knowledge, which contradicts the requirements for a future teacher as a subject of creative and research activities.

    Abstract:
    The article compares Western and domestic theories of teacher interaction. The relevance is due to the lack of a unified terminology (collective, team, cooperation, learning community, joint professional learning). The methodology includes comparative analysis, systematization, generalization, and historical‑pedagogical reconstruction. It is shown that foreign approaches emphasize process‑psychological aspects (interaction, distributed leadership, team roles, psychological safety), while domestic approaches focus on collective‑educational properties, the management environment, and humanism. A shift from a structural to a qualitative understanding has been identified. The following problems have been identified: de‑privatization of activities, trust as social capital, decentralized management, and the informatization of communication. The need for a comprehensive theory of the development of interprofessional relations in the modern school has been substantiated.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the theoretical and methodological foundations for creating a psychologically safe educational environment to ensure effective cooperation among teachers of specialized classes. The necessity of psychological safety is proven as a mechanism for transforming formal communication into real cooperation with its attributes: unity of goals, mutual dependence, and collective responsibility. The risks of formal interaction are identified: pressure and the “privatization” of experience. Based on the materials of current foreign and Russian theories, the formation of safety conditions is examined. The specific features of the psychological and pedagogical context are considered separately: the function of career guidance and identification through the interaction of teachers. The vectors for building a safe educational space are presented: the formation of a reflective culture, the deprivatization of activities, and differentiated leadership.

    Abstract:
    The chapter substantiates the use of the projective technique «The Man in the Rain» (E.S. Romanova, T.I. Sytko) for the diagnosis and correction of the emotional state of children from families of participants in the Special Military Operation (SMO) within the framework of psychological and pedagogical support. The relevance is driven by the difficult life situation of these children: prolonged separation from a parent, anxiety for his life, and the risk of chronic stress and double deprivation. The limited effectiveness of verbal methods and the value of drawing tests, which make it possible to bypass defense mechanisms, are noted. The procedure of the technique and the specifics of its interpretation for the target group are described (the absence of means of protection, dark clouds, a diminished figure, avoidant strategies, additional supports, and a change in the character's gender). Based on practical experience with children aged 10–14, five typical response patterns are identified: «resourceful adaptation», «defensive isolation», «defenselessness and depression», «aggressive confrontation», and «fantasy compensation». The corrective potential of the technique is revealed: therapeutic conversation, serial drawing, modified versions, integration with art therapy, and work with the family. A five-stage program of corrective work is proposed (diagnostic, stabilizing, corrective, consolidating, and supporting stages). Limitations and prospects for further research are outlined.

    Усиление инновационной составляющей в российской экономике приводит к сокращению использования малоквалифицированной рабочей силы, а на рынке труда растет спрос на работников, умеющих работать с высокими технологиями и готовых создавать инновационные продукты. В качестве методологической основы в статье использованы такие методы, как анализ, синтез, индукция, сравнение, обобщение. В статье сделан вывод о том, что инновационный процесс состоит из пяти основных этапов: теоретического этапа, этапа поиска областей для практического применения полученных знаний, опытно-конструкторского этапа, экспериментального этапа, промышленного этапа. Итогом инновационных процессов выступает создание работниками служебных результатов интеллектуальной деятельности и внедрение их в массовое производство.

    В статье рассматривается феномен «социальной лени» как один из психологических рисков групповой учебной деятельности. Анализируется противоречие между внешней организацией совместной работы и реальным индивидуальным вкладом участников, которое может формировать иллюзию сотрудничества. Раскрываются основные психологические механизмы «социальной лени»: диффузия ответственности, снижение идентифицируемости индивидуального вклада, ожидание активности других участников, недостаточная значимость задания и снижение субъективной связи между усилием и результатом. Особое внимание уделяется проявлениям феномена в образовательной среде и условиям, при которых групповая работа перестает выполнять развивающую функцию. Предлагаются педагогические способы профилактики «социальной лени»: индивидуализация ответственности, распределение взаимодополняющих ролей, сочетание групповой и индивидуальной оценки, организация взаимного контроля и рефлексии.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines priority directions for the development of the Russian economy under conditions of deep structural transformation caused by sanctions pressure, fragmentation of global markets, and technological restrictions. The methodological basis of the study is formed by systemic and institutional approaches, which allow economic policy to be considered as an integral system of interrelated decisions; the empirical basis includes official strategic planning documents, data from federal executive bodies, and analytical materials from expert organizations. Central attention is paid to technological sovereignty as a system-forming priority, mechanisms for financing national technological leadership projects, spatial development and the formation of the country's supporting framework, as well as human capital development and labour productivity growth. The dynamics of non-resource non-energy exports, investment activity, digitalization of financial infrastructure, including the launch of the digital ruble, and the results of the federal project «Labor Productivity» are analyzed. Conclusions are formulated regarding the systemic nature of economic policy and the persistence of structural imbalances in exports and the investment sphere. Promising directions for further research related to assessing the effectiveness of implemented measures under conditions of continuing external uncertainty are also outlined.

    В статье анализируется влияние цифровизации (видеоаналитики, СИЗ, «умных касок», электронных допусков) на формирование культуры безопасности. Цифровые решения рассматриваются не как инструменты слежки, а как система спасения жизней через своевременное предупреждение об опасности, что смещает мотивацию работников со страха наказания на внутреннюю убеждённость – персонал начинает воспринимать технологии как заботу, а не надзор. На примерах внедрения показано, как эти инструменты меняют мотивацию работников, формируя внутреннюю ответственность. Обосновывается роль цифровизации как драйвера концепции Vision Zero и предлагаются рекомендации по внедрению с учётом восприятия персоналом.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается влияние технологий синтеза данных в физически точных виртуальных средах и методов доменной адаптации на структуру издержек инновационных проектов и рынок цифрового труда. Показано, что конвейер «симуляция + рандомизация + состязательная адаптация» обеспечивает сбалансированную точность 87,1% на реальных видеопотоках без ручной разметки, снижая барьеры входа для малого инновационного бизнеса и трансформируя профессии цифровой экономики.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается влияние цифровой экономики на современный рынок труда и трансформацию профессий. Анализируются последствия внедрения искусственного интеллекта, автоматизации, цифровых платформ и дистанционных технологий. Особое внимание уделяется изменению содержания трудовой деятельности и требований к профессиональным компетенциям. Обосновывается положение о том, что цифровизация приводит не только к сокращению отдельных трудовых функций, но и к появлению новых профессий и форм занятости. Делается вывод о необходимости развития цифровых компетенций и непрерывного профессионального образования.
