    В статье рассмотрено предпочтение студентов-строителей в трудоустройстве. Проведено два опроса, отображающие предпочтения студентов младших и старших курсов, а также сравнение между ними. Установлено, что студенты в приоритете имеют учебу, но при этом многие во время учебы трудоустроены и преимущественно по профилю строительной подготовки. Студенты положительно относятся к дополнительному обучению, но на это может не хватать ни времени, ни сил из-за недостаточной финансовой поддержки во время учебы.

    В статье предпринята попытка самого общего и весьма поверхностного изучения условий труда рабочих в 1914 г. на одном из наиболее вредных и опасных для здоровья хромпиковом производстве, возникшем и развивавшемся на «ушковских» заводах в Елабужском уезде Вятской губернии с середины XIX столетия. Кратко обозначены объёмы производства данного химического продукта и отмечено его вредное влияние на здоровье человека. Перечислены требования действовавшего законодательства, предъявлявшиеся к санитарно-гигиеническим условиям труда на хромпиковых производствах, и сделаны выводы.

    The article addresses the quality of student training amid a shortage of personnel in the information technology sector. It highlights issues related to the preparation of specialized professionals and proposes creating a center for collaboration between universities and industry. This center aims to integrate the educational process with real projects, enabling students to gain practical skills and knowledge essential for successful careers in IT. A phased training process is outlined, where foundational education occurs at the university level, while updated training takes place within companies and project activities. The effectiveness of this integration is analyzed through financial indicators and assessments of educational quality. The findings indicate that implementing this solution improves companies' financial performance by enhancing employee qualifications and reducing training costs for new specialists. Additionally, there is a noted positive trend in the evaluation of educational quality, reflecting an increase in graduates' preparedness. Future development prospects include expanding partnerships with other companies and universities, introducing new educational programs and technologies, and conducting regular research to analyze integration effectiveness.

    The article deals with the peculiarities of puns and word play and difficulties of their translation in "Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland" by Lewis Carroll. The authors analyze and compare the ways and means of interpreting puns in three different translations into Russian performed by V.V. Nabokov, A.A. Tscherbakov and N.M. Demurova and in the German one by Lieselotte Remané in order to determine the optimum alternatives of translation from the original.

    Abstract:
    Formation of human resources potential is an important task at the current stage of economic development of Russia. Digitalization of the economy gives rise to problems, including the risk of reduced employment stability (due to the fact that artificial intelligence replaces human resources and reduces the number of jobs) and the need to retrain specialists both within the region and their migration to areas with a shortage of labor resources. The difference between supply and demand in the labor market is explained by many factors. This may be a national problem – an excess of graduates in humanities and social sciences, which leads to a situation where candidates are forced to look for work unrelated to their education. Or these may be regional reasons. This problem can be reduced by the sphere of additional education, which allows retraining and developing the necessary competencies for applicants. Identification of the complex effect of the influence of various factors on the successful employment of citizens; is a time-consuming, complexly structured scientific task, for which it is proposed to use cognitive modeling. Based on the constructed model, scenarios for the development of labor resources are determined, taking into account regional peculiarities; assessment of the needs of the region in training and retraining of personnel. Their analysis and selection of the most promising scenarios from the standpoint of minimizing the costs of retraining citizens, as well as the constructed functional models of the procedure for selecting candidates among unemployed citizens for additional training (a model reflecting the current state of the research object and models reflecting possible scenarios for the development of the research object) can become the basis for developing a methodology for selecting candidates for additional training for a program that meets the needs of the citizen and the existing offers in the region.

    The chapter is devoted to the preservation of the Dolgan language in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), in particular through teaching in general education institutions. Based on the study of the sociolinguistic situation in the areas of compact residence of the Dolgan people, the analysis of the socio-cultural and linguistic factors in the functioning of their native language, the difficulties of organizing the teaching of the Dolgan language in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) were identified. The author also describes in chronological order the content of interregional activities to revive the Dolgan language, suggests possible ways to solve the issues of organizing the educational process for studying the native (Dolgan) language in general education institutions.

The presented and described measures can be applied by the management of universities of all types of higher education, including transnational and cross-border institutions, in determining the goals, objectives, methodologies and expected results of the process of attracting employers, which will contribute to the development of new educational programs and updating existing programs in accordance with the needs of the labor market.

    The gap between qualification of university graduates and real market demands, which has been observed over the last decades, reveals the challenge of deploying project-based educational technologies in higher education. The chapter is aimed at analyzing findings of applying a project-based approach in higher education in Russia. The study was carried out over the period of 3 years involving interviews of freshmen. The research discloses the major benefits and possible hurdles engaged in the process of introducing project-based technology in Russian higher education. The most significant positive results noted by the respondents, were the acquisition of team work experience and development of communication skills. Among the problems associated with the implementation of project tasks, the greatest challenge is presented by the task of building communications with outside organizations. A conclusion was drawn that the key obstacles for first-year students are linked to secondary school education. This can be explained by the current dominating role of traditional teaching methods at schools discouraging the development of practical skills. The study has shown that gaps in school education can be largely solved already in the first year within the framework of project-based learning. The above given evidence makes it possible to conclude that it is necessary to introduce various forms of project-oriented activities into the school curricula. Findings of the empirical research carried out in the study have major implications for teachers in higher educational establishments who are involved into guiding project-based activities of first year students.

Воспитатель отвечает за создание позитивной атмосферы в группе, поддержку детей и создание безопасных условий для занятий. Он должен быть знаком с программой занятий, иметь представление о физических возможностях детей и уметь оказать помощь в нужный момент.
