    Abstract:
    На окультуренной темно-серой лесной почве при использовании биологических факторов возможно получение урожайности овса на уровне 2,71 т, ячменя – 3,02 т/га даже без применения удобрений. Использование органических и минеральных удобрений увеличило сбор фуражных культур в среднем за 2016–2018 гг. на 1,27–1,44 т/га по отношению к контролю. Содержание клетчатки, жира значительно выше в овсе по отношению к ячменю. На минеральном фоне питания выявлена четкая тенденция повышения биохимических показателей в зерне ячменя по отношению к органоминеральному, а у овса – обратная закономерность.

The author analyses the following causes of the inconsistency of the results of current and final control: forgetting of a certain part of the material studied at the beginning of the module, the specificity of the final control, lack of motivation among the students.

    Abstract:
    The tasks of increasing the motivation and cognitive activity of students in the process of studying the natural sciences are considered in the article. Improving traditional and introducing non-standard pedagogical technologies, improving the efficiency and quality of education in preparing students are analyzed by the author. It is shown that with the help of interdisciplinary connections, the tasks of developing natural science and practice, developing the ability of future specialists to adapt to rapidly changing production conditions are solved. The main direction of collective creativity in conducting lectures and practical exercises is interpersonal integration. It is shown that the laboratory practicum is a stimulus for the development of an integrative style of thinking.

На основании причин выбора вуза первокурсниками, выделены критерии привлекательности высших учебных заведений для абитуриентов, что позволило скорректировать созданный имидж Иркутского филиала МГТУ ГА среди обучающихся, представить образовательную организацию в выгодном ракурсе среди иных высших учебных заведений.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the issues of the quality requirements of the content of scientific articles of students of economic universities, represented for participation in scientific conferences, subject to a high percentage of the uniqueness of the text. The idea of this article is to get an answer to the most important question: what can a student write today, only mastering the basics of the profession, studying various courses provided by the curriculum, forming their professional competence, on any chosen topic of research, observing the established standard of uniqueness. On the example of articles on the problems of taxation, accounting, auditing, the impossibility of ensuring the semantic content of the text without the use of a large number of legal sources, and, therefore, the inadmissibility of the installation by universities of any percent of uniqueness, acting as a criterion for the quality of the article. The main task of higher education, according to the author, is to teach the student to determine the topic of interest, highlight unresolved problems in the context of this topic, find and group available in the economic literature approaches to its solution, to analyze existing proposals and recommendations for compliance with current tax, accounting and audit legislation, taking into account the specifics of the object of study.

    The main tools and conditions for the effective implementation of evaluation tools for assessing the education quality of technical universities (faculties) graduates are defined in this paper. The author reveals the main approaches to the notion of the quality of education and its evaluation, defines the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" of graduates of universities. Analytical expressions are proposed for calculating the coefficient of student`s preparation level based on the semester results and the quality of education during the training period, including the indicator of the quality of training, assessment of practices and final qualification papers, and the scores of the labor potential.

    Disadvantageous features of the education system reform implementation in Russia, worsening the quality of education of university graduates are identified in this article. The author suggests measures to modernize (improve) the education system. On the basis of research`s results made by domestic and foreign scientists, the difference between the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" is revealed in the framework of the competence approach widely applied in the system of higher education. The researcher concluded that the result of quality education of students is their ability to work independently, to work in a competitive environment, the success and relevance on the labor market, as well as adaptability to rapidly changing social and economic conditions, effectively using the education received.
