Использование метрик качества позволяет банкам измерять и отслеживать уровень удовлетворенности клиентов, а также выявлять области для улучшения. В статье рассматривается влияние метрик качества на клиентский опыт в банковском секторе. Исследуются перспективы внедрения инновационных подходов, включая использование больших данных, искусственного интеллекта и цифровых технологий для более эффективного измерения и управления клиентским опытом. В заключении предлагаются рекомендации для банков по совершенствованию систем метрик качества и повышению удовлетворенности клиентов.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the Western project of globalization, characterizes a number of social engineering technologies used for its implementation. Special attention is paid to such aspects of globalization as the reduction of the world's population, the atomization of society, the women's issue and gender role identification of the younger generations. The question is raised about which groups of the population are supposed to ensure a gradual reduction in the population. It is shown that the poorest segments of the population and women of the biological sex are in the most vulnerable position. The article analyzes social engineering technologies aimed at reducing the population and atomizing society, such as the propaganda of the LGBT+ movement and biological sex change among young people from different countries, including Russia, the technology of introducing the «Child free» subculture, the «MeToo» movement, as well as the formation of egocentric and hedonistic attitudes among the younger generation by mass media and show business. The necessity of creating domestic technologies of education and upbringing, which make it possible to neutralize the negative impact of technologies of the liberal-globalist project on Russian children and youth, is substantiated.

Thus, the relevance of our research is determined by the need to search and test effective teaching methods that can maximize the potential of primary school students in the field of learning foreign languages. The development and implementation of game forms of learning, focused on the development of speaking skills, are becoming a response to modern educational challenges. The study contributes to the development of pedagogical science and methods of teaching foreign languages ​​in the context of primary school education.     The study focuses on the investigation of the process of forming the motivational aspect of the professional competency of cadets at a maritime university in a blended learning environment. Given the digitalization of higher education and the specific requirements of the maritime industry, there is a need to provide a solution in response to the demands of ship owners. Employers seek to employ motivated young professionals who are not only skilled in their field but also possess a drive for professional growth. The aim of professional training is to develop competencies, while the motivational element remains unaddressed. It is essential to develop techniques that facilitate the development of this aspect. Professiographic monitoring represents a relatively underexplored technique. The objective of this study is to devise and validate the feasibility of utilizing this approach within a maritime university context. The model for the development of the motivational aspect of professional competence has been created and tested. This model defines the role and components of professiographic monitoring. Its functions have been proposed and criteria for assessing the level of motivation in professional competence have been defined. The results of the study demonstrated positive trends in the development of motivation among cadets, indicating a positive impact on their professional competence.

    The article provides a retrospective analysis of various approaches to the adaptation of students in an interactive educational environment. The characteristics of each of the analyzed approaches highlight the specifics of students' adaptation to the conditions of an interactive learning environment. The purpose of the article is to analyze the theory and practice of students' adaptation to an interactive educational environment. A comparative analysis of various scientific approaches to the adaptation of students to the educational process has allowed us to define pedagogical processes as synergetic systems in which unstable, unexpected and unpredictable situations are constantly created that require an adequate operational response from students. Consideration of pedagogical processes as synergetic systems leads to the need to use interactive educational technologies in the educational process. In an interactive educational environment, adaptation does not manifest itself in a traditional academic form, but takes the form of preadaptation, which requires students to quickly search, build and regulate their attitude and behavior, adequately changing the conditions of the educational environment. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of the development of interactive learning technologies in the study, meaning-creating educational technologies have been experimentally developed and substantiated, allowing creating conditions in the educational process for the openness of thoughts, ideas and meanings of students and the phenomena studied and knowledge about them. The educational technologies proposed in the article are a new direction in the development of an interactive educational environment, and their use in educational practice can significantly increase the adaptability of students to the educational environment.

    The article explores the prospects of using virtual reality (VR) technologies in the process of extracurricular education for school children studying the Chinese language. The potential of VR to create an interactive language environment that enhances motivation, improves retention, and deepens understanding of the material is analyzed. The study includes an experiment demonstrating the effectiveness of VR technologies compared to traditional teaching methods. The experiment's results show that the use of virtual reality significantly improves the acquisition of the Chinese language among schoolchildren and contributes to the development of individualized learning approaches.

Преобладающими принципами образовательной деятельности высшей школы становятся качество, доступность, эффективность, конкурентоспособность, которые могут трансформировать или уничтожить ценности, сложившиеся в академической среде. В статье представлены и анализируются традиционные ценности университетские этики в контексте внедрения цифровых технологий в образовательный процесс современного университета. Делается вывод о том, что университету как драйверу социального развития необходимо сохранять баланс между традициями и инновациями в условиях цифровых реалий.
