  • Development of professional abilities depending on age stages

    Abstract:
    The problem of the development of the abilities of the subject of activity is of actual importance, which is determined by the following paradox: despite the widespread use of the concept of abilities, the question of their essence and mechanisms of development remains open. A proven methodological approach is the systemogenesis of activity and abilities, developed by V.D. Shadrikov. Taking this theory as a basis, we assumed that Age stages can act as determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals. Psychological analysis of the professional activity of a railway driver made it possible to identify a specific structure of professional abilities: general ability to coordinate body movements, the ability of sensorimotor reaction of the hand and eyes, the ability of stability and switching attention, the ability of technical thinking. Instrumental methods for diagnosing these abilities were used, but the examination procedure was carried out after the subjects' trip to a specialized, a simulator complex that simulates various modes of train control. Experimental studies have shown that the development of professional abilities of qualified specialists is consistent with the pattern of uneven development of mental functions. It has been established that the earlier the age stages of a professional, the faster the speed of reaction, processing of information at the level of abilities is implemented more successfully. It is proved that, depending on the age stages of the subject, various structures of professional abilities are formed under the influence of regulatory requirements of activity. The later the age stage of the professional, the more holistic, with a higher degree of integration the structure is formed professional abilities. The dynamics of the development of the structure of professional abilities is characterized by the fact that abilities acquire operational features, narrow technical specialization, an optimal and sufficient measure, which contributes to an increase in the integration of abilities depending on the age of the subject of activity. A high degree of integration of abilities, inherent in the late age stages of professional development, is manifested in the successful result of activity, the development of skill and creativity. It is proved that age stages are determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals.

  • Representation of culinary and gastronomic code of modern culture in demotivators: linguistic and cultural aspect

    Abstract:
    Culinary and gastronomic code of modern culture, represented in a polymodal text, namely in demotivators, is of particular interest from the point of view of axiological perspective. The relevance of this topic is connected with the study of the creolized text and the ways of explication of modern values in the verbal and visual components of the demotivator. The material for the study is demotivators of culinary and gastronomic topics that are freely available on the Internet. A distinctive feature is a verbal / non-verbal indication, firstly, of the cultural component of the region; secondly, of the way of representing professional activity or any distinctive character trait. The main method is a comprehensive analysis of a demotivator. “Tradition – innovation” dichotomy is realized in demotivators. If the verbal component of the demotivator contains an indication of a foreign dish, then the visual component includes typical, traditional dishes for a particular culture. Conversely, traditional names of dishes or food products receive an “innovative” interpretation. Professional activity is a distinctive feature in the design of the dish, the method of cooking and the contents. There is an appeal not only to the background knowledge about the stereotypes of the professional sphere and nutrition practices, but also to the general cultural background.

  • Trends and prospects for the development of retail trade in Russia

    Abstract:
    The paper considers current trends in the development of retail trade in Russia and in the food and non-food segment, taking into account current problems and challenges, current trends in digitalization and the development of large networks, as well as e-commerce. The purpose of the study is to determine the prospects for further development of retail trade in Russia. Research methods: monographic analysis and synthesis, economic analysis (vertical, horizontal, coefficient), comparison and synthesis. Based on the results, a conclusion was made about the growing role of large trade networks in retail trade in Russia, although their share is not the same in all regions, about the consolidation of these networks and the creation of oligopolistic competition by them. It was also concluded that the share of Internet commerce in retail is growing, especially in the non-food segment, and the importance of large online marketplaces in retail trade in modern conditions is growing.

Понятие сострадания или сочувствия, на котором основывалась концепция морали середины XIX века, явилось ключевым для английских романистов последней трети XIX века при создании новых литературных образов.

    Abstract:
    The article presents and argues the author's opinion regarding the degree of demand for and expediency of using digital tools and services of the educational platform (EP) «Urait» in the educational process of a higher school in the course of teaching academic disciplines, the content of which is highly dynamic. A classic example of such an academic discipline is «Financial accounting». The introductory part of the article contains a general description of the named academic discipline and a description of the specifics of its teaching. The main content of the article is devoted to the description of the author's experience in using the main digital components of the EP «Urait», such as a flexible course constructor, an interactive assessment system and an online bank of the EP «Urait», as well as free templates for work programs. The final part of the article presents the author's vision regarding the need for a future expansion of the existing functionality of the EP «Urait» and expectations from the emergence of new functions of this platform.

    У слепых детей дошкольного возраста обнаруживается низкий уровень развития осязательной чувствительности и моторики пальцев и кистей рук, дети не овладевают в полной мере приемами осязательных действий. Это приводит к возникновению стойких затруднений в овладении навыками письма и чтения, а также речевой и мыслительной деятельности. Изменения, происходящие в системе специального образования, обусловили необходимость обновления методической базы, обеспечивающей организацию и реализацию деятельности, направленной на формирование компенсаторных способов действий слепых воспитанников. В статье проанализированы работы и исследования современных педагогов по вопросу актуальности и эффективности применения многофункционального пособия «Бизидом» в процессе воспитания и обучения. Представлены примерные адаптированные задания в контексте развития мелкой моторики, которые применимы при работе с Бизидомом и могут быть реализованы в рамках коррекционно-развивающих направлений по развитию осязания и мелкой моторики, социально-бытовой и пространственной ориентировки. В результате обосновано, что многофункциональное пособие «Бизидом» является продуктивным средством для развития мелкой моторики слепых дошкольников.

    Tax revenues to the budget are a significant part of the income of any state. A decrease in tax revenues can lead to a budget deficit and to a decrease in funding for various government activities and programs. The special military operation was not initially designed for a long time, and therefore its financing and execution resources were limited. In the process of its implementation, it turned out, as expected, Western countries perceived it sharply negatively and began to impose sanctions against Russia, which limited budget revenues, as well as the possibility of financing this operation. Therefore, there is such a problem: on the one hand, to continue the operation, funds are needed that can be received by tax revenues, and on the other hand, the very conduct of such an operation significantly reduces the possibility of tax revenues due to sanctions of Western countries.

    Проблема экономического роста российских регионов является составной частью государственной политики и зависит от ряда факторов. В современных условиях стабильное социально-экономическое и динамичное региональное развитие в долгосрочной перспективе зависит от потенциала, сложившихся факторов и правильно выбранного направления развития. Обеспечение устойчивого экономического развития регионов предполагает необходимость создания и поддержания интеграции факторов влияния на их финансовый потенциал. В статье представлена интегративная концептуальная основа управления финансовым потенциалом устойчивого развития российских регионов. Автором предлагается концепция обеспечения экономической устойчивости на базе управления финансовым потенциалом регионов как особого управленческого и организационного механизма, позволяющего интегрировать существующие факторы с процессами создания экономической и финансовой ценности регионов и поддержания его экологической и социальной ответственности перед обществом.
