    Abstract:
    Большой вклад в развитие страны лежит на легитимности власти. Невозможно достичь полной поддержки населения, однако необходимо к этому стремиться, так как в случае падения доверия произойдет кризис легитимности. Важность контроля над общественным настроением граждан заключается в том, что их недовольство может привести к снижению способности политических институтов пользоваться властными полномочиями или же перейдет в крайние формы. В этой связи необходимо провести анализ индекса легитимности государства, который фиксирует такой критерий, как количество актов гражданского неповиновения, где показатель России превысил среднее значение и продемонстрировал низкий уровень доверия правительству. Опросы мнений респондентов показали, что к наиболее высоким вероятностям наступления событий россияне относят страх роста неравенства и несправедливости, страх подорожания или дефицита продуктов. Вышеперечисленные данные дают понять, что граждане на данный момент удовлетворены действующими органами власти не в полной мере, однако несмотря на это существующий политический режим можно назвать стабильным – нынешняя политическая система функционирует без резких изменений.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study was to identify the problematic area of activity of state authorities to counter terrorism among the population in the Primorsky Territory. As a result of the study, it was found that the ongoing preventive measures to counter terrorism among the population of the region are not able to reduce the number of registered crimes of a terrorist nature. Based on the results obtained, it is recommended that the state program of Primorsky Krai «Safe Land» include measures related to monitoring the situation, identifying and eliminating factors that contribute to the emergence and spread of the ideology of terrorism.

    Abstract:
    In team sports, a significant role belongs to the team characteristics of the personality of athletes. In recent years, cheerleading has grown as one of the most popular extreme sports. The purpose of the study was to study the psychological characteristics of the personality of cheerleading athletes, aimed at team building and reducing injuries. To achieve this goal, V.K. Gerbachevsky’s “Level of claims”, C.D. Spielberger and Y.L. Khanin’s “Personal and situational anxiety”. V.V. Boyko’s “Communicative tolerance” methods were chosen. Based on the results of the analysis, a psychological model of a correctional program developed and implemented, aimed at team building and reducing the anxiety of athletes. Athletes of 15–16 years of cheerleading of the first (n = 15), including the introduction of the model of the program and the second composition (n = 15), who were engaged in the usual program, examined. It conducted the studies in natural conditions during cheerleading training. The program included psychological training and teamwork on complex acrobatic elements for 60 days. The received data processed using the methods of mathematical statistics with the calculation of M±m ±(. The significance of differences was determined by Student’s t-test for parametric data. It performed the correlation analysis using the Pearson correlation coefficient (r) and the coefficient of determination (R2). The study results showed that, in order to form a team and reduce injuries in it, team sports should consider age patterns and developmental features. When developing models of correctional programs, one should focus in the training process not only on developing the skills of joint movements of athletes, but pay special attention to the formation of such team characteristics as trust, responsibility, mutual understanding, mutual respect, tolerance. Particular attention should pay to the relationship between the team and the coach, who responsibility for team ethics and a comfortable environment in the team of athletes.

В статье делается акцент на необходимости различать истинную гомосексуальность от ее транзиторной формы, являющейся формой выражения протестной подростковой позиции. В статье доказывается, что у лиц с истинной гомосексуальной ориентацией определяется пограничный уровень развития личности. В работе указаны принципы сопровождения девушек с гомосексуальной ориентацией: 1) учет особенностей проявления женской гомосексуальности; 2) решение психологических проблем, характерных для личности пограничного уровня развития.

    Abstract:
    The introduction describes the features of thinking, perception and analyzing observation of children with ONR, which make it difficult to correctly analyze and evaluate visual information. The research methodology is the task «Nelepies» in the version presented by R.S. Nemov. The results of the study provide generalized quantitative results for individual absurdities. Qualitative analysis captures the correct answers and reveals the mechanisms of children's erroneous answers. Qualitative characteristics of the analysis carried out by normally developing children and children with OHP (III level) aged 5 years when considering this image are presented: options for explaining inconsistencies (whether everything is drawn correctly) and options for clarifying answers (how it should actually be). For each option for explaining and clarifying discrepancies, generalized quantitative data and a quantitative difference between the results of normally developing children and children with OHP (III level) are given. All variants of explanations and clarifications are illustrated by the children's answers and presented in accordance with the quantitative difference between the indicators of children with normal speech development and GR (III level). At the same time, variants with a quantitative predominance in the norm, variants with a quantitative predominance in OHP (level III) and variants that are noted only in OHP (level III) are indicated. In conclusion, a sequence of established options for explanations and clarifications is presented in terms of the degree of quantitative difference between the indicators of normally developing children and children with OHP (level III) from a larger difference to a smaller one.
