    The article examines the methodology for discussing moral dilemmas in literature lessons in the 9th grade, using the material from A. S. Griboyedov’s comedy “Woe from Wit.” The developed model links the analysis of a classical text with the formation of a pro‑social orientation in the teenager’s personality and their readiness for social participation. A system of lesson‑by‑lesson work is proposed.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the peer-to-peer model as an innovative approach to bullying prevention in the educational environment. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research, the effectiveness of peer education in developing defending behavior, empathy, and transforming group norms among schoolchildren is substantiated. The mechanisms of peer-to-peer interventions' impact on the emotional and behavioral spheres of participants in the educational process are revealed. Various forms of the model implementation are analyzed – from peer education programs to mediation and social theater. The pedagogical conditions and limitations of implementing peer-to-peer approaches in school practice are substantiated, and promising directions for further research are identified.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the criminological analysis of the hooligan’s personality. It examines the socio‑demographic, moral‑psychological, and criminal‑legal characteristics of this category of offenders. Particular attention is paid to distinguishing between the motive and the goal of hooligan actions; the nature of “hooligan impulses” is analysed as a specific motivational complex. The author concludes that a hooligan’s motivation is usually polymotivated, and the goal of the act often merges with the action itself, which is aimed at demonstrative self‑affirmation through violating public order.

    Abstract:
    The article addresses the achievement of high didactic effectiveness through the synthesis of gamification and business simulations, as well as its integration into university curricula and corporate training systems as a modern means of shaping economic thinking in the digital age. In the context of digital transformation and interdisciplinary research, the traditional concept of “economic thinking,” grounded in the postulates of classical and neoclassical schools, has long been conveyed through conventional teaching methods. Under current economic conditions, these methods demonstrate their limitations and inadequacy in forming theoretical knowledge, complex skills, and the personal qualities required of an active participant in economic activity. The modern digital business environment demands that potential market participants possess competencies in analytics and management, as well as skills in the effective application of key ICT and digital tools. Furthermore, the ability to build effective communication and collaboration, along with a readiness to make decisions under uncertainty, is essential. This circumstance determines the relevance of the conducted research, the aim of which is to assess the potential and demonstrate the effectiveness of interactive methods based on game mechanics (gamification) and simulation modeling (business simulations) for developing the structural components of economic thinking in the university educational process. The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of theoretical approaches, a review of methodological foundations, and a description of practical cases involving the implementation of a model for integrating game mechanisms and modules into educational and corporate training systems. It is proven that interactive methods not only increase engagement but also structurally transform the cognitive models and beliefs of learners, fostering applied economic thinking. Empirical data from a pedagogical experiment conducted at the State University of Humanities and Technology (Faculty of Mathematics, Physics, and Economics, Management program) confirm a statistically significant increase in the studied components.

  • Psychological, Behavioral, and Socio‑Demographic Factors Associated with Students’ Trust in Artificial Intelligence in the Modern Educational Environment

    Abstract:
    The digital transformation of higher education is reshaping the established logic of educational interaction. Alongside the expansion of learning tools, issues of trust, responsibility, autonomy, and students' psychological readiness to use intelligent digital systems are becoming increasingly significant. The aim of this article is to elucidate the scientific problem of student trust in artificial intelligence (AI) by analyzing the factors that determine its manifestations in the modern educational environment. The empirical basis of the study comprises data from a comprehensive online survey involving 171 students from Russian universities, aged 17 to 36 years. A set of psychodiagnostic instruments was employed to collect empirical data, including the authors' digital experience questionnaire, the Digital Competence Index, the User Attitude towards AI Technologies Questionnaire, the Generalized Trust Scale, the Youth Trust in the Virtual Environment Questionnaire, the “Level and Types of Maladaptive Submissiveness in the Virtual Environment” Questionnaire, and the Cybervictimization Scale. It was established that student trust in AI is predominantly conditional in nature: the majority of respondents occupy an intermediate position between trust and distrust. Integrated digital competence does not emerge as a leading factor of trust in AI; more significant factors include the perception of risks and potential limitations of AI, trust in the digital environment, experience with digital tools, and the practice of verifying AI-generated responses. Gender does not play a pronounced differentiating role in students' attitudes toward AI.

  • The Interrelation of Ethnic Identity and Marital Structure in the Materials of the All‑Russian Population Censuses of 2010 and 2020

    Abstract:
    In the context of the multiethnic composition of the population of the Russian Federation, the study of factors determining matrimonial behavior acquires significant theoretical and applied relevance. The transformation of the family institution brings the question of the role of ethnic identity in the dynamics of marital structure to the fore. The aim of the study is to identify trends in changes in the marital structure of various national groups based on data from the All-Russian Population Censuses of 2010 and 2020. The empirical base of the study comprises the results of the All-Russian Population Censuses of 2010 and 2020. The study employs a comparative analysis of marital structure in age-sex and national terms. Special attention is paid by the authors to methodological issues of accounting and to the problem of the growing number of respondents who did not indicate their marital status. The study identifies specific features of the marital structure among representatives of Caucasian peoples, who retain a traditional model with a high official marriage rate and a low divorce rate. In older age cohorts, interethnic differences are leveled out, which indicates a convergence of marriage patterns. Ethnic identity acts as a context-dependent factor of the marital structure of the Russian population, influenced by the level of urbanization, mobility, and value shifts. The growing proportion of respondents with an indeterminate marital status creates methodological limitations that require adjustments to data collection instruments. Promising areas of research are related to taking into account regional specifics, as well as educational and migration factors, in order to verify the findings obtained.

The study, conducted on a sample of schoolchildren and students in the Ivanovo region, demonstrates a knowledge and skill deficit in presentation skills. The author substantiates the need for targeted training, including developing competencies in structuring material, correctly defining a topic for a presentation, and applying strategies to attract and retain audience attention.

    This article examines the potential of facilitation as a pedagogical practice within the framework of the Service-Learning approach. The paper analyzes both domestic and international perspectives on facilitation and explores its opportunities for organizing students’ group reflective practices. Particular attention is paid to the functions of the facilitator in guiding group discussions of students’ experiences and in creating conditions for their integration and interpretation. The article also considers the role of facilitation within the structure of Service-Learning and its connection with the reflective component of this approach.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена проблеме раннего выявления предрасположенности несовершеннолетних к социально-паразитарному поведению. Актуальность исследования обусловлена противоречием между объёмным девиантологическим знанием о феномене социально-паразитарного поведения и низкой результативностью профилактики данного вида девиантного поведения. Цель работы – выявить и охарактеризовать факторы и специфику социально-паразитарного поведения несовершеннолетних. В качестве методов использованы анализ психологической и педагогической литературы по проблеме исследования, сравнение и синтез научных знаний, а также эмпирические методы (анкетирование и психодиагностическое тестирование). В результате теоретического исследования были установлены ключевые средовые и персональные предикторы формирования социально-паразитарного поведения, а также обоснована необходимость в комплексно-диагностическом инструментарии и специфика социально-паразитарного поведения несовершеннолетних. Эмпирические данные позволили определить отношение несовершеннолетних к социально-паразитарному, нетрудовому образу жизни, а также уровень их инфантильности. В выводах представлены рекомендации о способах диагностики исследуемого феномена на основе выделенных предикторов и учёта специфических особенностей несовершеннолетних при проектировании профилактической программы.

    The article examines the socio-psychological mechanisms of managing urban population behavior in the context of legal socialization and the development of responsible environmental attitudes. The research aims to analyze methods of positive reinforcement on public motivation that facilitate the transition of external regulatory requirements into conscious personal attitudes. Based on the results of applied field studies and public surveys, the factors determining readiness for pro-social actions are revealed. The study demonstrates the influence of clear visual messaging, social approval mechanisms, and urban environment accessibility on transforming group social norms.     Abstract:
    The chapter reveals the concepts of “behavioral safety” and the related concept of danger, provides classifications of dangers, and outlines the goals of teaching students about safe behavior. The authors analyze the Federal Working Program for the subject “World Around Us” and argue that the most effective approach is an integrative one, where knowledge and skills of safe behavior are not taught as a separate course, but are systematically integrated into various components of educational and upbringing activities. The main content of the study focuses on the methodological framework for developing these skills through classroom activities. In the lessons on the world around us (in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education), students study topics directly related to road safety, fire safety, and safety when interacting with strangers, among other things. The authors explore the use of visual aids, game technologies, and problem-solving exercises in the lessons on the world around us in primary school.

    Abstract:
    This study presents the results of a comparative analysis of the effects of acoustic stimuli on the psychophysiological state of domestic animals (dogs and cats). An experimental assessment was carried out of behavioral and physiological indicators — including rest/sleep duration, heart rate, and relaxation index — under the influence of various music genres and species‑specific compositions. The aim of the research was to test the hypothesis regarding the species‑specific nature of animal responses to music, depending on its acoustic parameters (tempo, frequency spectrum, and harmonic structure). The results revealed statistically significant differences in the reactions to classical music, rock music, and species‑specific compositions, which makes it possible to substantiate recommendations for creating an optimal acoustic environment for animals.

    Digitalization creates new opportunities for the formation of digital companies and platforms. Adaptation of antitrust legislation to the needs of the digital economy requires the development of legal instruments to counter anticompetitive behavior. The purpose of the paper is to summarize research and practice of developing effective legal remedies against abuse of a dominant position of digital platforms in light of their multifaceted nature. The research methods used are general scientific methods, analysis of global experience of antitrust regulation of digital platforms that abuse a dominant position. Changes in the contours of business models of digital platforms are identified, manifested in network effects, the use of collected data, pricing algorithms, artificial intelligence and leading to the establishment of market power and restriction of competition in the market through manipulation, discrimination against competitors, suppliers and consumers. Trends in the application of legal remedies for competition in digital markets by antitrust authorities are considered: emphasis on preliminary behavioral conditions at an early stage of cases; a combination of behavioral and structural conditions to achieve the maximum effect on competition; The study takes into account economic and legal analysis of platform abuse in the marketplace. The importance of incorporating restorative measures to protect competition into legal remedies that may require structural interventions in digital platforms is noted. The results of the study can be used in the practice of antitrust regulation of digital markets.

    The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of training as a way of developing conflict-free behavior in senior teenagers. The article presents the results of an empirical study conducted on the basis of MBOU Gymnasium No. 79 in Ulyanovsk, which included diagnostics of the level of conflict, aggressiveness and adaptability, as well as the testing of the author's training program "Conflict changing for conflict-free interaction". The effectiveness of the program has been proven, as evidenced by significant positive changes in the experimental group compared to the control group.

    Abstract. The article analyzes the motivational component as a significant condition for the effectiveness of the PECS alternative communication system in correcting unwanted behavior in children with autism spectrum disorders and severe multiple developmental disorders. The relevance of the study is due to the need to increase the effectiveness of correctional work with non-verbal students, for whom aggression, auto-aggression and other forms of maladaptive behavior often perform the function of expressing needs. The purpose of the study is to justify the significance of the child's individual motivational profile in the course of PECS training. The methodological basis was made up of a content analysis of domestic and foreign studies, a comparative analysis of PECS application protocols, as well as modeling a motivational-adaptive reinforcement selection algorithm.     Abstract:
    The article examines the importance of differentiated selection of coaching methods depending on the leading deficit of the client’s request. Based on two anonymized cases from individual coaching practice, different types of client tasks are analyzed: professional self-determination and entrepreneurial procrastination. In the first case, the client was in a situation of professional uncertainty and needed to clarify personal orientations, criteria for searching for a new job, and the image of the future professional self. In the second case, the client already had several areas of activity and understood which ideas were of interest, but faced fatigue, procrastination, self-devaluation, and difficulty bringing actions to completion. Based on the analysis, the article proposes an author’s concept of differentiated structuring of a coaching session. According to this concept, the coach first determines what exactly needs to be structured and only then selects the appropriate techniques.

    The article analyzes evidence-based research on the potential of cognitive-behavioral coaching (CBC) for preventing professional burnout among leaders of educational organizations. Drawing on meta-analyses and empirical studies from 2017–2025, the author identifies key burnout factors for educational administrators, describes CBC mechanisms and techniques, and presents data on the high effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral interventions. The possibility of transferring results obtained from related samples to the educational sphere is discussed. Strategies for implementing CBC in the system of support for educational leaders are proposed. It is noted that the number of direct studies for this professional group is still limited, indicating the need for further controlled research. The materials are intended for psychologists, coaches, heads of educational organizations, and HR specialists.

    The paper presents the findings on the effectiveness of digital technologies for consumer behavior analysis as a foundation for managerial decision-making in marketing and PR. Using the case of DUNAMIS LLC (brand "Aminosil"), the author analyzes the current state of analytical tools and identifies systemic issues: data fragmentation, absence of a dedicated marketing unit, and low level of automation. A digital transformation program is proposed, including the implementation of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), end-to-end analytics systems, and organizational structure optimization. The study proves that transitioning from intuitive management to predictive models allows for a significant increase in ROMI by 25–30% and a reduction in customer acquisition cost (CAC) by 15–20%.

    Abstract:
    The chapter addresses the problem of conflictological competence of teachers in general education institutions within the context of a modern educational environment characterized by a high level of conflict potential and complex subject interactions. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the effectiveness of conflict management in schools and to develop professionally significant qualities of teachers that ensure constructive conflict resolution. The aim of the chapter is to analyze the characteristics of conflictological competence of teachers with different lengths of teaching experience and to identify ways of its development. The results of the study reveal qualitative differences in the structure and styles of conflict behavior among novice, experienced, and long-serving teachers, and demonstrate the influence of teaching experience on the formation of social-psychological, operational, and behavioral components of conflictological competence. The necessity of a differentiated approach to its development, taking into account the stages of professional formation of teachers, is substantiated, and key directions for enhancing conflictological competence in general education are identified.

    Abstract:
    This article examines the impact of decreased sensitivity to stimuli of the serotonin-dopamine system on human mental state and behavior. It also reveals the neurobiological mechanisms of decreased receptor sensitivity and their connection with impaired emotional regulation, motivational-volitional functioning, and social functioning. The study demonstrates that a weakened response of serotonin and dopamine receptors contributes to the development of depressive states, emotional instability, anxiety, apathy, decreased motivation, and a tendency to seek intense stimuli and engage in addictive behavior. The main psychotherapeutic, pharmacological, and neurophysiological approaches to correcting this condition are described.     Abstract:
    The article examines the dynamics of distribution and new mechanisms of formation of Internet-addictive behavior among Russian adolescents aged 13–17 in 2024–2025. Based on the generalization of 46 modern Russian and foreign studies and content analysis of 200 anonymous posts of adolescents in social networks (VKontakte, Telegram, TikTok) for October–November 2025, the leading triggers of addiction (short vertical videos, online games, constant messenger notifications), subclinical and clinical signs, as well as risk factors are identified. A set of psychological and pedagogical measures of primary and secondary prevention adapted for school psychologists, class teachers and parents is proposed.

    Abstract:
    This article explores various aspects of psychological and pedagogical support for adolescents registered with juvenile affairs departments. It also discusses the nature and causes of deviant behavior in adolescents. The «Program for Psychological and Pedagogical Support for Students at Risk (Registered with Juvenile Affairs Departments and on Intraschool Registers)» by E. V. Kostyukovich is reviewed and analyzed. Based on the analysis, recommendations were developed for educational psychologists working with deviant behavior in general education schools.
