    Abstract: Based on the sociological and pedagogical interpretation of the concept of "family", several functions of the family are embedded, the technological aspects of which are significantly influenced by digital technologies. The results of a survey of parents on the use of modern information technologies and digital devices by themselves and their children are presented. The conclusion is made. about trends and directions of digital transformation of family education technologies. Recommendations for the preservation of family values are offered.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the issue of introducing virtual laboratories and simulations into the educational process of higher education institutions, in particular, in teaching information technology and computer science. The author does not agree with the approach in which virtual environments are positioned as a direct replacement for traditional physical practices. Instead, the need for a transition to a complementary or hybrid model is justified, where virtual and physical laboratories are used together, reinforcing each other's advantages. The paper analyzes the unique advantages of each format: tactile experience and working with physical limitations in real laboratories, as well as the safety, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of virtual simulators. It describes a two-stage hybrid learning model that combines theoretical modeling in a virtual environment with subsequent practice on real equipment.     Abstract:
    The relevance of the study is due to the total trend towards digitalization in the Russian Federation, which covers a wide range of sectors of the national economy. The purpose of the study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems in the context of the total implementation of digital technologies and the need to ensure technological sovereignty. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is empirical (expert assessments, study of production experience) and theoretical (system analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision-making) methods. The chapter discusses the main reasons for the transition to a new stage in the development of industry and the economy of the Russian Federation. The main advantages of digital industrial ecosystems are formulated. The tools that ensure the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems are described and examples of their successful implementation are given. Based on the analysis of publications of domestic scientists, strategies for the further development of digital industrial ecosystems are proposed.

    This paper examines the problem of digital inequality among the elderly and the potential of distance learning technologies to address it. Digital inequality is viewed as a multi-layered phenomenon manifested in differences in access, skills, and benefits from digital technologies. Specific barriers to the adoption of information and communication technologies (ICT) by older adults are analyzed. The study substantiates the effectiveness of distance learning for the older generation. It examines methodological features of teaching based on the principles of andragogy and gerogogy: reliance on life experience, practice-oriented approach, and the use of simple interfaces and step-by-step instructions. Practical recommendations are formulated for the implementation of distance learning technologies at the federal, regional, and local levels with the participation of educational organizations, technology companies, and civil society.

    This chapter presents the results of the study in English, which were previously published in Russian, for a wider range of readers, teachers and researchers. The work is devoted to the study of pedagogical technology of professiographic monitoring of the process of formation of the motivational component of professional competence. For experimental work, the study was conducted with the introduction of professiographic monitoring in the educational process of vocational training of naval university cadets in a blended learning environment. Professiographic monitoring is a little-studied technology; the result of the work is the definition of its functions, criteria for assessing the level of the motivational component of professional competence.

    Abstract:
    The chapter considers the problem of forming a multipolar information space and the need to regulate international information security. It analyzes international legal acts regulating information resources. The main attention is paid to the documents adopted by the UN General Assembly and the Council of Europe, which are aimed at combating the criminal use of information technologies and forming a culture of cybersecurity. It is noted that the international community recognizes the importance of information security, but there is a problem of a common understanding of key issues, which complicates the global regulation of this area. In this regard, it is proposed to develop a new universal document at the global level under the auspices of the UN and to unify international legislation in the field of ensuring information security and to develop new regulatory legal acts that can adequately respond to the challenges of the digital age.

In the course of the pedagogical experiment, effective means of developing strength endurance in girls aged 14-15 were identified, they are: circular training, consisting of 7 exercises for different muscle groups, 3 sets, sequentially after each other, each exercise is performed over a certain period of time – 30 seconds

It is proved that the use of online platforms helps to increase motivation, engagement and effectiveness of teaching the phonetic side of speech.     The purpose of the study was to evaluate the content of the «goals – objectives – methods – means» of state programs of the subjects of the Russian Federation related to the transport accessibility of territories, in accordance with the requirements of the program-oriented approach. To identify the problem area, the state programs of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District in the areas of development of the transport complex, transport system or transport infrastructure for compliance with the requirements of the main goal were taken. The SMART methodology was used to assess the compliance of government programs with the requirements of a program-oriented approach to management. The results of the SMART criteria assessment showed that the state programs adopted at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District related to the transport accessibility of territories do not fully meet the criteria presented and have a number of disadvantages.

    This chapter presents the experience of using some modern educational technologies as a means of increasing students' motivation for learning. Motivation plays a decisive role, is the leading and system-forming link in the structure of a student's educational activity, acting as a stable factor in its success. The chapter also notes the special role assigned to independent work of students, which is one of the key ones in mastering the disciplines of the natural science cycle. Options for independent work of students are proposed, aimed at high practical orientation, helping to arouse great interest in students. The following educational technologies are considered: interactive, distance learning resources, problem-based learning, student-centered and modular learning, the use of which increases the quality of knowledge, skills and abilities received by the student.     The paper presents the findings of a study on communication effectiveness indicators and teacher burnout levels before and after coaching training. Within the scope of this research, the efficacy of communication, self-confidence, level of subjective control, and degree of burnout were assessed before and after coach technology training for educators. The data revealed a decrease in emotional exhaustion and an improvement in communication efficiency. This article underscores the potential of coaching training in enhancing the effectiveness of educational processes and promoting the well-being of educators.

    Abstract:
    In this article the author analyzes the activities of teachers of the Chuvash State Institute of Culture and Arts in developing students’ ethnocultural competence. The research material is the results of the author’s observation of the process of professional training of managers of social and cultural activities. The observation was carried out according to such criteria as knowledge of material and spiritual-moral values of the ethnic community, traditions and rituals, nutrition, music, sports, ways of life support, geography of settlement; skills of correct behavior in situations of interethnic communication in accordance with the cultural characteristics of the interlocutor, including the choice of relevant means of verbal and non-verbal communication; personal qualities expressed in interest in certain cultural manifestations, the desire to join them. The development of the content of activities for the formation of students' ethnocultural competence is based on scientific and methodological research in the field of technology for training future leaders of amateur choreographic groups for stage interpretation of folk dance, technology for the formation and development of students' ethnic self-awareness, linguacultural and ethnopsychological features of the Chuvash mentality, technology for introducing students to folk art culture. To achieve positive results, it is necessary to integrate educational, research, cultural and educational activities, interaction with subjects of sociocultural activities, and innovative activities.

    This scientific research is devoted to the development of an innovative technology for the formation of adequate professional self-esteem among students of secondary vocational educational institutions (SPE) as a fundamental factor of successful professional socialization and career growth. The study is relevant in the context of the implementation of the federal project «Professionalism», aimed at the close integration of education and the real sector of the economy, which places increased demands on the level of training of specialists. The main hypothesis of the study is that the targeted impact on the formation of professional self-esteem of students at the early stages of their studies in vocational education and training significantly increases their adaptation to future professional activities and contributes to a more informed choice of a career path. The research analyzed the existing scientific approaches to the formation of professional self-esteem, as well as the concept of professional identity. The analysis revealed key factors that have a significant impact on the formation and functioning of professional self-esteem: parenting style in the family, previous professional experience (if any), the level of support from teachers and peers, success in educational activities, the presence of clear professional goals and plans. In addition, the influence of the student's personal qualities, such as self-motivation, stress tolerance, sociability and critical thinking, was determined.
