    This chapter presents the experience of using some modern educational technologies as a means of increasing students' motivation for learning. Motivation plays a decisive role, is the leading and system-forming link in the structure of a student's educational activity, acting as a stable factor in its success. The chapter also notes the special role assigned to independent work of students, which is one of the key ones in mastering the disciplines of the natural science cycle. Options for independent work of students are proposed, aimed at high practical orientation, helping to arouse great interest in students. The following educational technologies are considered: interactive, distance learning resources, problem-based learning, student-centered and modular learning, the use of which increases the quality of knowledge, skills and abilities received by the student. This has a decisive impact on the quality of student education as a whole, since all technologies complement each other and favor in-depth study of disciplines by university students. Prospects for the development of a modern individual educational trajectory at the university provides the basis for the professional and personal development of each student.

    The relevance of the topic is related to the fact that the amount of information accumulated by mankind in various fields of science is growing at a tremendous rate every year. There is a need to reduce the time for processing information content in the activities of organizations and companies when working with their development projects. The purpose of the chapter is to analyze the use of information technology in project management and develop a set of measures to improve activities in the administration of the Kuibyshev District Municipality of the Kaluga Region. The subject of the study is the impact of the introduction of new information technologies on project management in the administration of the Kuibyshev District Municipality of the Kaluga Region.     In the chapter discusses the methodology of teaching nanotechnology in engineering education, taking into account modern scientific achievements in the field of materials science. Particular attention is paid to the synthesis of nanosized complex carbides of the TiC-WC system by spark dispersive coating and its integration into the educational process. Didactic principles, approaches to teaching and development of training modules based on experimental studies are described. The results of the analysis of the properties of the synthesized materials, as well as their use in educational laboratory work, are presented. The prospects for using scientific research to improve the quality of training engineers are considered.

    The paper presents the findings of a study on communication effectiveness indicators and teacher burnout levels before and after coaching training. Within the scope of this research, the efficacy of communication, self-confidence, level of subjective control, and degree of burnout were assessed before and after coach technology training for educators. The data revealed a decrease in emotional exhaustion and an improvement in communication efficiency. This article underscores the potential of coaching training in enhancing the effectiveness of educational processes and promoting the well-being of educators.

    Abstract:
    In this article the author analyzes the activities of teachers of the Chuvash State Institute of Culture and Arts in developing students’ ethnocultural competence. The research material is the results of the author’s observation of the process of professional training of managers of social and cultural activities. The observation was carried out according to such criteria as knowledge of material and spiritual-moral values of the ethnic community, traditions and rituals, nutrition, music, sports, ways of life support, geography of settlement; skills of correct behavior in situations of interethnic communication in accordance with the cultural characteristics of the interlocutor, including the choice of relevant means of verbal and non-verbal communication; personal qualities expressed in interest in certain cultural manifestations, the desire to join them. The development of the content of activities for the formation of students' ethnocultural competence is based on scientific and methodological research in the field of technology for training future leaders of amateur choreographic groups for stage interpretation of folk dance, technology for the formation and development of students' ethnic self-awareness, linguacultural and ethnopsychological features of the Chuvash mentality, technology for introducing students to folk art culture. To achieve positive results, it is necessary to integrate educational, research, cultural and educational activities, interaction with subjects of sociocultural activities, and innovative activities.

    Abstract:
    This scientific research is devoted to the development of an innovative technology for the formation of adequate professional self-esteem among students of secondary vocational educational institutions (SPE) as a fundamental factor of successful professional socialization and career growth. The study is relevant in the context of the implementation of the federal project «Professionalism», aimed at the close integration of education and the real sector of the economy, which places increased demands on the level of training of specialists. The main hypothesis of the study is that the targeted impact on the formation of professional self-esteem of students at the early stages of their studies in vocational education and training significantly increases their adaptation to future professional activities and contributes to a more informed choice of a career path. The research analyzed the existing scientific approaches to the formation of professional self-esteem, as well as the concept of professional identity. The analysis revealed key factors that have a significant impact on the formation and functioning of professional self-esteem: parenting style in the family, previous professional experience (if any), the level of support from teachers and peers, success in educational activities, the presence of clear professional goals and plans. In addition, the influence of the student's personal qualities, such as self-motivation, stress tolerance, sociability and critical thinking, was determined.

    The article examines the dual aspects of the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) and neural networks on human psychological security. On the one hand, AI technologies can serve as a powerful tool for improving mental health by offering personalized solutions and support in crisis situations. On the other hand, their use is also associated with risks such as loss of privacy, manipulation of consciousness and dependence on technology. The influence of algorithms on the formation of public opinion and the emotional state of users is analyzed, as well as the ethical and legal aspects of the introduction of AI in areas related to mental health are considered. In conclusion, the need to develop comprehensive strategies aimed at minimizing risks and maximizing the resources provided by new technologies to ensure psychological security in modern society is emphasized.

    Abstract:
    Teaching Internet technologies to Multimedia Design students contributes to their success in the labour market, provided that the project method and other similar approaches are used in the learning process. The article analyses the experience of teaching modern Internet technologies to students of the Master's programme "Multimedia Design" at the Art and Graphic Faculty of the Pedagogical University. Research methods: analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature and pedagogical experiment. It was established that the problem of teaching students in creative training areas technical skills required for creating Internet products can be solved by using no-code technology and the individual project method. Using creating a website for a randomly selected customer and developing one's own art and pedagogical Internet project as the example, we analysed the application of the individual practice-oriented project method. The results allowed us to draw conclusions that creating digital products without writing code enables students to perform completed Internet projects using special services and platforms, and the method of individual practice-oriented project allows them to perform personally significant Internet projects and helps to increase motivation for learning and the formation of universal and professional competences. The results of the study can be used in teaching Internet technologies to creative students.

    The article considers the topical issue of using information technologies in the process of professional training of legal personnel in order to form the level of digital competencies necessary in modern conditions of digitalization of the economy. The approaches of various universities preparing legal personnel to the selection of disciplines that form digital competencies are analyzed. It is especially emphasized that the minimum volume of disciplines that form this type of competence in many universities does not allow training lawyers who have the necessary skills to solve professional problems using modern information technologies. The authors, using the example of the discipline "Criminalistics," proposed an approach to the formation of the required level of digital competencies through the use of information technologies in the process of studying the disciplines of direction and profile. The article substantiates the feasibility of using video materials in lecture classes; holding lectures and conferences accompanied by presentations; mandatory practical training with the help of educational software (computer business and educational games, simulator programs, virtual reality technologies) in the process of studying discipline disciplines and profile, as this contributes not only to more effective assimilation of educational material by students of legal specialties, but also to the formation of the level of digital competencies necessary in modern society.

    The study reveals the specifics of teaching basic art disciplines in the junior courses of the undergraduate direction of the Design 54.03.01. Modern conditions are presented that form the sphere of professional activity of future designers. It reflects the importance of introducing students to moral, ethical and aesthetic values. Attention is focused on creating an artistic image as the fundamental principles of compositional tasks. The fundamental significance of the Propaedeutics discipline is revealed. Didactic teaching principles in the context of design education are outlined. The author's set of propaedeutics exercises is disclosed, which have increasing complexity, coordination of interdisciplinary ties and the development of the emotional sphere of students. The logic of interaction and continuity of disciplines can be traced. Features of training using computer tools and the use of neural networks in training are disclosed.     The study focuses on the investigation of the process of forming the motivational aspect of the professional competency of cadets at a maritime university in a blended learning environment. Given the digitalization of higher education and the specific requirements of the maritime industry, there is a need to provide a solution in response to the demands of ship owners. Employers seek to employ motivated young professionals who are not only skilled in their field but also possess a drive for professional growth. The aim of professional training is to develop competencies, while the motivational element remains unaddressed. It is essential to develop techniques that facilitate the development of this aspect. Professiographic monitoring represents a relatively underexplored technique. The objective of this study is to devise and validate the feasibility of utilizing this approach within a maritime university context. The model for the development of the motivational aspect of professional competence has been created and tested. This model defines the role and components of professiographic monitoring. Its functions have been proposed and criteria for assessing the level of motivation in professional competence have been defined. The results of the study demonstrated positive trends in the development of motivation among cadets, indicating a positive impact on their professional competence.

  • The Metaverse as one of the foundations of future education

    The metaverse is a collective common space for interaction created as a result of the convergence of physical reality and virtual space, including augmented reality and the Internet. The potential of the metaverse in the field of education is of growing interest, and many researchers are exploring ways to improve the effectiveness of student learning, while reducing time and labor costs to ensure the educational process. However, the systemic and technological aspects of providing education through the metaverse remain insufficiently developed. To fill this gap, the paper presents the concept and architecture of the metaverse, combining artificial intelligence technologies, Web3 and blockchain technology to create a learning environment. The existing approaches to the creation of intelligent systems and gamification of learning, as well as some projects for the creation of a metaverse, are analyzed. The purpose of the proposed approach to creating a metaverse is to design a virtual learning space that begins with reflecting the physical world, storing user learning trajectories, knowledge trees in the blockchain, and providing a secure and open community. The main stages of the metaverse development are presented, including cloning, expansion and integration of physical and virtual components, as well as blockchain technologies. It is noted that by now the necessary prerequisites have developed in Russia for the realization of the metaverse as one of the foundations of future education.

    The role of secondary vocational education is relevant in modern Russia: more and more students are enrolled in colleges, new areas of training are emerging. The training is mainly applied in nature, because more than 60 percent of the study time is occupied by practical classes, which are conducted under the guidance of experienced mentors. Coaching as a technology is focused on the individual and can provide an opportunity at an early stage to determine the direction of development and make the right choice of profession. As a result, an employer can get a highly qualified and motivated employee.
