  • “The song helps us to build and to live”: the role and functions of the ethnic song in Moscow Chuvash and Mari diasporic groups

    Abstract:
    The paper studies the role and functions of songs in an ethnic language in the life of representatives of the internal diaspora. The article is based on the results of sociolinguistic surveys conducted in Chuvash and Mari diasporas of the Moscow region in 2014–2017 and 2019–2021, respectively. The researcher employed the following sociolinguistic methods: direct observation, participant observation, structured interviews of respondents, documentary recording of responses, statistical data analysis. One of the blocks in the sociolinguistic questionnaire included such aspects as the language – in – culture and ethnic culture maintenance in the context of the vitality of ethnic language. Ethnic culture, along with the ethnic language, is one of the key markers of ethnic identity in both samples. As the results of the survey demonstrate, songs in Mari or Chuvash occupy a significant place in the respondents’ life. Several functions of the ethnic song were identified: adaptation to new living conditions; co-optation of new members (i. e., through cultural ethnic events); creative self-realization; language learning (i. e., ethnic songs used for educational purposes in language courses); initiation into language and culture for new speakers of Chuvash and Mari. The role of ethnic song in the revitalization of the language has been equally determined.

    This study examines the transformational impact of integrating geographic information systems (GIS) into cadastral mapping to address the inaccuracy, limited availability, and lack of adaptability of traditional systems. The study identified specific and measurable improvements after GIS integration, including a 25% increase in data accuracy, a 30% reduction in search time, and a 40% increase in collaboration capabilities. The results obtained allow us to consider GIS integration as a strategically sound and empirically proven activity that offers concrete solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency and interaction in the compilation of cadastral maps

    This article explores methods of econometric analysis of financial indicators. The most current and necessary approaches for studying the financial sector in 2023 are identified in this article. The article highlights three main classes of econometric models: time series models, single-equation regression models, and simultaneous equation systems. It is important to emphasize that the choice of method depends on specific goals and the characteristics of the available data. Factors such as data availability and quality, model complexity, research objectives, time frames, and the complexity of relationships all influence the selection of the most appropriate method. Ultimately, the article underscores the importance of carefully selecting a method, conducting an analysis of results, and making informed decisions for effective financial management and forecasting future changes.

    Взаимоотношения мигрантов с не-мигрантами, но представителями этнической группы мигрантов, т.е. с земляками, которые уже перестали пользоваться статусом мигранта в стране прибытия изучал Д. Мэсси. Функционирование этих отношений, по мнению ученого, приводит к образованию «социальной сети». Такой вид взаимоотношений между мигрантами и не-мигрантами способствует улучшению качества жизни мигрантов в стране прибытия благодаря уже освоившимся мигрантам и делает сам процесс миграции наименее затратным и болезненным. Еще одна характеристика миграции имеет негативный оттенок. Причина заключается в том, что мигрант в новой среде испытывает страх, боязнь, дискомфорт в общении.

Цель сетевого физического класса – формирование функциональной естественнонаучной грамотности школьников через их обучение проектно-исследовательской деятельности, способствует актуализации интереса к профессиям, связанным с моделированием, проектированием, конструированием и формирует профессионально-значимые компетенции для инженерно-технических направлений.

    В условиях современности прослеживаются кардинальные изменения в системе ценностных ориентиров общества, одним из которых выступает появление альтернативных форм совместной жизни граждан, среди которых «гражданский брак», «гостевой брак», «пробный брак» и иные формы. Авторы отмечают существующую трансформацию понятий семьи и брака, вызванную отторжением устоявшихся традиционных взглядов на эти институты, в частности, появлением в отдельных государствах однополых браков и искоренением антидискриминационной политики по признаку сексуальной ориентации. В статье поднимается вопрос о роли институтов брака и семьи в правовом обществе, взаимосвязи указанных категорий, а также о сочетании в них правового и социального.

    The chapter is devoted to the study of the features of the investigation of fraud in obtaining subsidies in the field of small and medium-sized businesses. The relevance of the research topic is confirmed by the statistical data presented by the authors and is due to the frequency of recent detection of the facts of illegal receipt by business entities of budget funds in the form of subsidies for small and medium-sized businesses. The authors analyzed judicial practice and identified typical methods of committing fraud when receiving subsidies, considered the problems of preliminary investigation of this type of crime and formulated measures to improve it.

    The author comes to the conclusion that the system of tasks contributes to the creation of educational situations that ensure a fruitful beginning, flow and completion of cognitive activity of students. Adequate training actions are clearly and clearly defined in the tasks, conditions for successful motivation of activity are created, complication of its operational side is envisaged, the process and results are adjusted, subsequent activities are predicted. Thus, the educational task of mathematical education – the formation of emotional intelligence of students is fulfilled by the presence of the cognitive side of this emotion, i.e. the joy of cognition, which ensures the systematic inclusion of the child in the process of independently building new knowledge and allowing.
