- Abstract:
- Gamification in education is the integration of game elements and principles into the educational process. This approach uses different techniques such as scores, levels, points, achievements, and competitions to create a more interactive learning environment. However, the introduction of gamification is also associated with a number of disadvantages, which include the risk of reduced academic activity, difficulty in assessing knowledge, and the need to take into account students' individual preferences. In general, gamification is a promising area that can significantly enrich the learning process if it is used taking into account its advantages and disadvantages.

- Abstract:
- Research and practical examples demonstrate that game-based forms of learning are not only successfully introduced into the educational process, but can also bring noticeable results in the development of students’ communicative competencies. Game as a natural activity at this age can be the key to increasing interest in learning a foreign language and developing communication skills. Thus, the relevance of our research is determined by the need to search and test effective teaching methods that can maximize the potential of primary school students in the field of learning foreign languages. The development and implementation of game forms of learning, focused on the development of speaking skills, are becoming a response to modern educational challenges. The study contributes to the development of pedagogical science and methods of teaching foreign languages in the context of primary school education. It enriches the theoretical basis for the use of game forms of learning, highlighting their role in stimulating the development of speaking skills in primary schoolchildren.

- Abstract:
- The chapter examines the pedagogical influence of municipal space on children’s socialization. There are two points of view on the relationship between children and the municipal area. On the one hand, children need safety from destructive consequences of migration processes. On the other hand, children should be given the opportunity to move around the space of the municipality independently and safely in order to productively use communication opportunities offered by the municipality. This leads to the creation of an infrastructural environment in the municipal area that would not only bring pleasure to children, but would also have an educational effect on them. To illustrate this, municipal projects of the Belgian city of Ghent are presented.

- Abstract:
- Interaction between government agencies and business has been formed in the Russian Federation for no more than 30 years. Federal law No. 115-FL «On concession agreements», which was adopted in 2005, is at the origin of the development of relations in the field of public-private partnership. If we compare public-private partnership in Russia with foreign countries, it is less developed in our country. The list of projects that can be included in the concession scheme is determined by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on granting state guarantees to companies involved in the construction of public infrastructure facilities. In practice, modeling is often used when it is necessary to determine the features of the relationship between management bodies and economic entities in the framework of stimulating sustainable development of the region. One of its ways is to use the instrumental apparatus of game theory. The main advantage of game theory is the ability to use mathematical methods to confirm the importance of cooperation, the need to achieve a trusting relationship between partners, and reach compromises.

- Abstract:
- September 2020 was the 10th anniversary of the dual education system in Russia. Germany (German school) is considered to be the ancestor of dual education. Its elements can be found in the systems of professional education in many European and Asian countries [2]. Today the dual system of professional education has received worldwide recognition – it is the most widespread and recognized form of personnel training, which combines theoretical training (in our country – 40%, in Germany – 20–25%) in an educational institution and industrial training (75–80% at the enterprises). This model of training is used in specialized secondary and higher educational institutions, and is financed jointly with business, which is interested in qualified personnel, and the state. The new training system should "arm" the graduates with three main competences, behavioral and personal qualities: Decision-making skills (Soft Skills); professional qualities (Hard Skills), because unprofessionalism is ruining Russia; modern technologies (Digital Skills).

- Abstract:
- In this chapter, on the example of East Flanders (a region of Belgium), the pedagogical influence of urban public space on the socialization of children is considered. There are two points of view on the relationship between children and the urban area. It is possible to define relations from the point of view of the need to protect children from the dangers posed by the city, the signs of which are the spatial segregation of children into separate play spaces. Children should be able to move independently and safely around the urban public space in order to make full use of the communication opportunities offered by the city; this leads to the establishment of such criteria for the infrastructure of the city that would be favorable for children. At the same time, urban public space should be considered as a co-teacher. Three cases from the Belgian city of Gent are presented to illustrate this discussion.

Optimization of Mental States and Interpersonal Relationships of Children in Preschool
Research Article
Development of education Volume 5 No 4- Author:
- Svetlana G. Krasnova
- Work direction:
- Psychology in Education
- Abstract:
- Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of optimizing the psychological states of children through the formation of their interpersonal states with a teacher and peers. Relevance. Based on the analysis of literary sources, it was revealed that violations of relationships with teachers have a negative impact on the formation of interpersonal relationships of children in the group of preschool educational institutions and on mental states. This was the basis for the development and implementation of a comprehensive program to optimize the mental states and relationships of children in their relationship. Violations of relationships with teachers have a negative impact not only on mental states, but also on the formation of interpersonal relationships of children in the group of preschool educational institutions. This makes it necessary to develop a program of socio-psychological training for teachers and the need to work towards the harmonization of relations among peers. The purpose of the study is to determine the psychological and pedagogical conditions for optimizing mental states in the process of forming positive interpersonal relationships in a group of preschool educational institutions. Research methods. The article uses theoretical methods of research: analysis of domestic and foreign methodological sources, results of psychological and pedagogical research, study of the resources of educational portals of the Internet, generalization of materials of scientific and practical conferences, forums; practical methods: observation, interviewing, survey, questionnaire, mathematical and statistical methods of processing results (the criterion r is used – Pearson's linear correlation coefficient, etc.). Results and discussion. The author offers the results of a study of the relationship between interpersonal relationships with a teacher and peers with mental states, describes the author's program for optimizing the mental states of children in the pre-school group through the formation of interpersonal relationships. Diagnostic methods are proposed to determine the teacher's attitude to children, interpersonal relationships of children in the preschool group, the actor's method "Mishkin's family" in order to identify the mental states of children determined in relations with the teacher and peers. Conclusions. In our opinion, it is the complex of psychological impact on teachers, coupled with psychological and pedagogical impact on children, that will contribute to a significant increase in the level of interpersonal relationships of children in the immediate social environment and reduce the indicators of negative mental states.
