- Abstract:
- The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

- The authors note that the current stage of development of digital technologies and the global Internet has led to a profound transformation of the system of turnover and protection of intellectual property objects, increased access to digital content and easier copying have led to an increase in the number of copyright violations, including illegal reproduction, distribution and modification of works. The authors draw attention to the cross-border nature of the Internet, which creates additional difficulties in determining the applicable law and jurisdiction of competent authorities, and the anonymity of users and the lack of uniform international regulatory standards make it difficult to implement effective protection mechanisms. The authors of the article conclude that in these conditions, the improvement of national and international legislation aimed at achieving a balance between freedom of information circulation and ensuring reliable legal protection of intellectual rights in th

Features of self-regulation of older adolescent students with different levels of reflection
Research Article
Development of education Volume 8 No 2- Authors:
- Svetlana V. Veliyeva, Elena V. Zorina, Svetlana V. Yeshmeikina
- Work direction:
- Psychology in Education
- Abstract:
- The article examines the features of self-regulation of educational activity in senior adolescents depending on their level of reflexivity. At the first stage, reflexivity levels were determined in 257 students of grades 10–11 and 1–2-year medical college students using the reflexivity questionnaire by A.V. Karpov and V.V. Ponomareva and the differential reflexivity test by D.A. Leontiev and E.N. Osin. At the second stage, the features of self-regulation among adolescents with different levels of reflexivity were studied using the questionnaire "Style of Self-Regulation of Academic Activity – SSUD-M" by V.I. Morosanova. The results showed a predominance of the average level of reflexivity, a complete absence of a high level, and a significant proportion of adolescents with low reflexivity. Statistically significant differences in indicators of systemic reflection and introspection between groups with low and average reflexivity were revealed. Adolescents with an average reflexivity level demonstrated higher rates of planning, programming, evaluation of results, responsibility and independence in educational activities compared to peers with low reflexivity. The obtained data confirm the importance of reflection as a psychological mechanism contributing to successful self-regulation of educational activity and emphasize the need for targeted psychological and pedagogical work aimed at developing reflexive abilities of senior adolescents in the educational process.

Methods of sign language pedagogical examination as a means of studying and evaluating students' mental abilities
Book Chapter
Theoretical and practical aspects of pedagogy and psychology- Author:
- Sergey V. Zinin
- Work direction:
- Глава 9
- Abstract:
- The chapter presents the experience of qualitative assessment of students' mental abilities during the use of certain methods of sign language pedagogical examination of children with low results in educational activities. A clinical case is described in detail in the work of specialists of the territorial psychological, medical and pedagogical commission of the Nizhneudinsky district municipality, demonstrating the key symptoms of mental retardation due to the child's impairments in the third functional block of the brain – planning, programming, triggering, control and correction. The use of the basic principle of the pathopsychological experiment «qualitative analysis of the studied mental disorders», described by the founder of pathopsychology B. V. Zeigarnik, is demonstrated. A specific example reflects learning disabilities and the personal component of a student's thinking: criticality and self-regulation.

- Abstract:
- In recent years, we have seen the pace of development of artificial intelligence (AI) increase. AI-based tools are increasingly embedded in professional activities, and people need to adapt to these changes. We've been talking about information overload for decades, and now the environment is even more stressful. Difficulties in maintaining concentration for long periods of time, conscious action, self-organisation and self-regulation are already being experienced in adolescents. The text analyses how AI affects the pace of life, and the problems this causes. Tools for coping are offered, with a focus on coaching as a solution to current challenges. Limitations and opportunities are critically examined through cognitive psychology and research on other approaches. Alternative solutions that take into account the limitations of the tool and its impact on resilience are also mentioned. The article is aimed at a wide audience interested in the impact of AI on human adaptive capacity.

Peculiarities of the development of arbitrariness of mental cognitive processes in primary school children
Research Article
Development of education Volume 8 No 1- Authors:
- Svetlana A. Elantseva, Victoria A. Uslamina
- Work direction:
- Psychology in Education
- Abstract:
- The relevance of the study lies in understanding the development of cognitive and regulatory functions in primary school-age children, which is crucial for their adaptation to the modern socio-cultural context. Rapid changes in technology and education require the development of volitional processes such as attention, memory, planning, and self-organization, key for academic and social adaptation. The study was conducted with a sample of 60 children (ages 8-9) from the Municipal Autonomous Educational Institution Secondary School No. 31 in Ishim. Diagnostic techniques assessed various aspects of volitional functions: goal-setting, forecasting, planning, correction, flexibility, adaptability, and reflection. Methods used included "Template," "Running Goose," "Simple Instructions Test," "Circles," and others, with data analysis performed using the φ* criterion – Fisher’s angular transformation. Most children’s voluntary cognitive and regulatory functions are in an active process of formation, with their components developing unevenly. Prediction, adaptability, and mnemonic abilities develop faster and more efficiently than goal setting, planning, correction, flexibility of actions, reflection, and attentional abilities. The study confirms the need for psychological and pedagogical support to enhance volitional functions in younger schoolchildren, aiding their successful academic and social adaptation.

The relationship between emotional intelligence and negative mental states of students
Research Article
Development of education Volume 8 No 1- Authors:
- Irina A. Solovyova, Svetlana A. Solovyova, Natalia Y. Evsyukova
- Work direction:
- Psychology in Education
- Abstract:
- The period of study at a higher education institution is accompanied by significant cognitive and emotional stresses associated with academic requirements, social adaptation and professional self-determination. These factors create prerequisites for the occurrence of stressful situations and the intensification of negative mental states such as anxiety, frustration, aggressiveness and rigidity. Under conditions of chronic stress, these conditions can develop into maladaptive behaviors, reducing academic motivation and worsening students' overall mental health. The article examines the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence, previously differentiated on the basis of the analysis into three groups (high, medium and low levels), and the severity of negative mental states, including situational and personal anxiety, frustration, aggressiveness and rigidity, which made it possible to identify the features of their mutual influence in the student sample. The data allow us to conclude that the level of emotional intelligence has a moderating effect on the intensity of experiencing negative mental states among students, where a high level of emotional intelligence contributes to a decrease in the severity of all negative states studied, while a low level of emotional intelligence is associated with their intensification. It is concluded that it is necessary to include emotional intelligence development programs in the educational process in order to increase the psychological stability of students and their adaptation to learning conditions.

Self-regulation of personal behavior in situations of normative uncertainty

Pedagogy and Psychology as Sciences for the Formation of the Potential of Modern Society- Authors:
- Aleksandr D. Pokhilko, Oleg A. Kazachenko
- Work direction:
- Глава 8
- Abstract:
- The chapter analyzes the concept of self-regulation, which is often found in various literature and has a large number of interpretations. In particular, psychological self-regulation of consciousness and the corresponding behavior of an individual in conditions of uncertainty is of particular interest. The existence of a person, his material well-being, health and even the life of a person depend on how he can cope with uncertainty and instability. The methodological principle for considering this problem is the principle of dialectical determinism. The result of considering the topic is the identification of its own approach to the study of self-regulation of personality behavior, which allows normalizing its mental state in conditions of uncertainty. The problems of studying self-regulation of personality behavior in the authors are closely related to social problems, and this connection can be designated as «normative determination». Depending on the type of personality, it will react differently to a situation of uncertainty in the absence of clear socio-cultural norms. Moreover, a person can nihilistically reject norms. A scheme of a categorical model for studying the behavior of an individual in a situation of normative uncertainty is proposed.

- Abstract:
- The purpose of the study is a historical analysis of the formation and development of Russian legislation governing the provision of medical services. The main regulatory legal acts regulating the healthcare sector throughout its history, from the time of Kievan Rus to the present, are presented. During the study, three key periods of development of legislation in the field of medicine were identified: pre-revolutionary, Soviet and post-Soviet. An analysis of sources and modern publications showed that this problem has worried the rulers of the Russian state since ancient times and has not lost its relevance in our time. For a long time, medical activity existed in isolation from law. Over time, society and the state as a whole began to understand the seriousness of the adverse consequences of medical activity. In conclusion, the authors conclude that with the development of law in the modern world, there is every reason to recognize the existence of medical law and create a single set of laws that will regulate relations between medical organizations, their employees and patients.

- Abstract:
- The study is devoted to the analysis of the relationship between the motives of learning, measured by two methods based on different theoretical approaches, with the main regulatory processes (planning, modeling, programming, evaluation of results) and regulatory and personal properties (flexibility, independence), as well as with students' self-reports on academic performance. The study used the following methods: «Diagnostics of students' learning motivation» (Badmaeva, 2004), «Scales of academic motivation» (Gordeeva, Sychev, Osin, 2014), «Style of self-regulation of behavior – SSP-98» (Morosanova, 2000) and self-report of students on their academic performance over the past semesters. The study was conducted using an online survey in a Google form on a sample of 82 university students aged 18–29 years. Correlation analysis (according to Spearman) and factor analysis (with Varimax rotation) were used in data processing. The results of the study: multiple significant correlations of learning motives, measured by two different methods «Diagnostics of student learning motivation» and «Scales of academic motivation», with scales of the SSP-98 methodology were obtained; significant positive correlations of learning motives with self-report on academic performance allow us to analyze the types of students' activities that include learning activities, that requires the use of already developed educational technologies and the development of new ones in the educational process at the university.
