    The article addresses the quality of student training amid a shortage of personnel in the information technology sector. It highlights issues related to the preparation of specialized professionals and proposes creating a center for collaboration between universities and industry. This center aims to integrate the educational process with real projects, enabling students to gain practical skills and knowledge essential for successful careers in IT. A phased training process is outlined, where foundational education occurs at the university level, while updated training takes place within companies and project activities. The effectiveness of this integration is analyzed through financial indicators and assessments of educational quality. The findings indicate that implementing this solution improves companies' financial performance by enhancing employee qualifications and reducing training costs for new specialists. Additionally, there is a noted positive trend in the evaluation of educational quality, reflecting an increase in graduates' preparedness.     The competent use of the human resources potential of any enterprise carries with it sufficiently high opportunities for further intensification of activities, which means, as a result, an increase in profits. This explains the relevance of the material, based on the fact that the human resource is exhausted, has many limitations and risks, and therefore needs new models and tools that correspond to the spirit of the time. A study of the activities of the Moscow hospitality complex On Sukharevka LLC is devoted to their search. With the help of systematic, integrated, situational and process approaches, a multifactorial analysis of the current state of affairs is carried out, and more promising algorithms for personnel policy in the hospitality system are being searched. The value of the conclusions drawn increases in a multiplicative progression, taking into account the importance of small business in the strategic development of the economic space of the Russian Federation.

    Abstract:
    Formation of human resources potential is an important task at the current stage of economic development of Russia. Digitalization of the economy gives rise to problems, including the risk of reduced employment stability (due to the fact that artificial intelligence replaces human resources and reduces the number of jobs) and the need to retrain specialists both within the region and their migration to areas with a shortage of labor resources. The difference between supply and demand in the labor market is explained by many factors. This may be a national problem – an excess of graduates in humanities and social sciences, which leads to a situation where candidates are forced to look for work unrelated to their education. Or these may be regional reasons. This problem can be reduced by the sphere of additional education, which allows retraining and developing the necessary competencies for applicants. Identification of the complex effect of the influence of various factors on the successful employment of citizens; is a time-consuming, complexly structured scientific task, for which it is proposed to use cognitive modeling. Based on the constructed model, scenarios for the development of labor resources are determined, taking into account regional peculiarities; assessment of the needs of the region in training and retraining of personnel. Their analysis and selection of the most promising scenarios from the standpoint of minimizing the costs of retraining citizens, as well as the constructed functional models of the procedure for selecting candidates among unemployed citizens for additional training (a model reflecting the current state of the research object and models reflecting possible scenarios for the development of the research object) can become the basis for developing a methodology for selecting candidates for additional training for a program that meets the needs of the citizen and the existing offers in the region.

    The empirical component of economic processes does not tolerate statics, which can only, perhaps, serve as a separate theoretical justification of some aspects in certain spheres of life. For reliable results, due to the fact that practice is the ultimate criterion of veracity of any new tool (model), it is necessary to proceed from the phenomena of dynamic order. It is the situational analysis with a minimum share of inaccuracy that allows to see the true advantages and disadvantages of the studied object, its risks and opportunities depending on the also changing realities of the environment. As the results of leading research institutes show, today the speed of updating information series (including the field of economics) is growing literally in geometric progression. If in the last century it took decades for the basic knowledge to become obsolete, now it becomes obsolete within a year. Without a doubt, this is due to the factors of informatisation, growth of human resources and artificial intelligence, computerisation and many other factors inherent in modern society. As the model of socio-public relations changes, and so does the very model of the relations of the economic order. And this phenomenon is especially grotesque in foreign economic activity. It is in its context that the author considers different periods of the automotive clusters' activity in the Kaluga region. A retrospective analysis is made. Appropriate assessments of each stage of development are given. The peculiarities of this sphere of life lie in the presence of many foreign investors, who played a favourable part in the establishment of a self-sufficient budget of the region. But any foreign investor, being oriented first of all on its own profit, at the same time is very much dependent on political aspects of the country of its original origin. And what was good for everyone yesterday, today turns into an "economic collapse" due to the replacement of economic priorities with political ambitions. The author proves that the political and economic model created by Western countries is a pseudo-model and has no long-term mutually beneficial prospects in foreign economic cooperation.

    In modern conditions of market economic activity, the process of integration and cooperative interaction often becomes crucial for the country to conduct an effective foreign economic policy. However, it is the very time that this trend has been subjected to numerous challenges and threats from the perspective of multiple packages of unjustified sanctions against the Russian Federation from a number of Western unfriendly states. As a result, along with threats and challenges, strengths and weaknesses of the process, new opportunities for optimizing the trade balance with foreign partners have appeared. The logistics flows of Russian trade have changed the vector of orientation from the western to the eastern sector. The algorithm of trade relations itself is changing. And one of the main parts in this restructuring mechanism is played by the apparatus of the Federal Customs Service (FCS), without whose thorough work success in this matter is simply impossible. In turn, the customs industry, in order to activate innovative management imperatives, urgently needs numerous initial assets and resources to fully ensure daily operations. This means that the role of the logistics support structure responsible for this area is immeasurably increasing. It is the activity of the latter that is the focus of the study. The author sees the improvement of the procurement model and its algorithm as a very effective opportunity. Based on the accumulated statistical information and scientific research, the forecast change in a number of procurement functions in various directions is analyzed. Specific conclusions and recommendations are given.

    Abstract:
    In the chapter the necessity and possibility of application of digital tools in the higher school for the organization of the educational process directed on formation of professional kinds of activity, connected with designing and carrying out of a modern physics lesson, is proved. Methodological basis of the study was the psychological and pedagogical theory of activity, the basic laws which are formulated by the well-known domestic psychologist P.Ya. Galperin. A system of digital educational resources aimed at the formation of abilities to design and conduct lessons in which students create concepts about a physical phenomenon, a physical object, a physical quantity, establish scientific facts and discover physical laws, as well as apply the acquired knowledge in specific situations was developed. The structure and the contents of electronic educational resources realized in electronic educational environment of higher educational institution in the course "Methods of teaching physics" are presented. They include information block, block of formed kinds of activity, block of educational-methodical materials, forum and control. The advantages of the educational process organization with the use of electronic educational resources are proved and the results of long-term pedagogical experiment in the implementation of the developed model of e-learning are presented.

    Abstract:
    The chapter designed a system of corporate resources to ensure the economic security of a typical business entity in order to find deviations from a given development vector and to identify associated threats, as well as their causes. When forming the results of working with primary sources, the following were used: graphical, coefficient, expert methods, as well as methods of analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, abstraction. The results of the study can be used in the development of knowledge in the field of economic security of economic entities.
