    Abstract:
    This article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at identifying the competitiveness profiles of young employees. Using a sample of 102 respondents (aged 18–35, working in consulting services), the author's Professional Competitiveness Questionnaire (PCQ) and cluster analysis (k-means) identified three consistent profiles: high (46.1% of the sample), situational (34.3%), and low (19.6%). The profiles differ in the degree of self-efficacy, proactive work behavior, and adaptive professional competence. Differentiated pedagogical support strategies are substantiated for each profile: from supportive mentoring and reflective practices (low profile) to facilitation and inclusion in the talent pool (high profile). The results can be used in designing personalized professional development programs in continuing professional education and HR practices.

Особое внимание уделяется англоязычной терминологии в данной сфере. Выявлены основные проблемы: кадровый дефицит, высокая нагрузка на специалистов, отсутствие единых стандартов. Представлены эффективные практики сопровождения, применяемые в российских и зарубежных школах. Делается вывод о необходимости системного подхода и важности владения современной терминологией.

    The article considers the transformation of the institute of mentoring in the modern system of higher education in Russia. In the context of the rapid transformation of the labor market, the classical model of knowledge transfer is giving way to the concept of joint construction of meanings, where mentoring becomes a key mechanism for ensuring the quality of education and socialization of graduates. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the role, functions and models of mentoring, as well as identifying the prospects for its development, taking into account the integration of digital technologies. A comparative analysis of various models has been carried out, their strengths and weaknesses have been identified. A transition to a comprehensive, systematic mentoring model is proposed, including regulatory support, digital infrastructure, and a motivation system.     The article discusses the changes in the functionality of a teacher's mentor in the context of digital transformation in education. The key functions of a mentor are highlighted, including the methodological integration of digital tools, psychological support in the face of digital stress, navigation in information overload, and the development of digital pedagogical thinking. New formats of mentorship are described, including the analysis of video lessons, support in messaging apps, and data-driven mentorship. Special attention is given to the risks, such as the dictates of "digital modernism" and the substitution of live communication, as well as the mentor's own zone of proximal development.

    The article provides an analysis of the development of mentoring technology as a tool for training and adapting personnel for the civil service of the Russian Federation. The authors examine the historical development of mentoring technology in Russia, from local practices in the internal affairs bodies of the Soviet period to the current state. The article also provides a description of the development of legal and methodological support for mentoring.     Abstract:
    This article examines the role of a coach-competent mentor in the professional development of helping professionals (coaches, psychologists, and consultants). It presents the mentoring model of the Federation of Professional Coaches and Mentors, which integrates expert, pedagogical, and coaching functions. Based on qualitative observations conducted as part of the "Mentor for a Coach: From Start to Paid Clients" support program, it analyzes how the application of coaching competencies influences the development of a novice expert's professional identity. It concludes that a coach-competent mentor facilitates the transition from a state of uncertainty and a demand for ready-made algorithms to a conscious identity and sustainability in practice.

    Abstract:
    The article presents a differentiated approach to developing leaders' readiness to integrate artificial intelligence into the management system. Drawing on the author's typology of five managerial mindset profiles in the context of AI readiness, an optimal development format is defined for each profile — coaching, mentoring, their combination, or the shaping of an organizational environment. Particular attention is given to the «Strategist of Power» profile, for which classical individual development formats are inapplicable. Cases from the author's consulting practice are presented. The connection between the typology and the two-circuit model of leadership potential diagnostics is demonstrated.

    The article addresses the current problem of the professional development of young teachers in the modern education system, characterized by rapid changes and high demands on teacher qualifications. The research aims to substantiate and test a set of effective technologies for implementing a mentoring model that promotes the successful adaptation and professional growth of young professionals. The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of existing approaches to mentoring, systematizes modern technologies used in educational practice, and defines criteria for the effectiveness of these technologies. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of mentoring programs implemented in various regions. The article contains conclusions about the effectiveness of the developed mentoring model and recommendations for its implementation in educational institutions, including the need for clear criteria for selecting mentors, improving their qualifications, and an individual approach to each young specialist. It is emphasized that mentoring should be considered as a process of mutual enrichment and professional growth, creating a favorable environment for the development of pedagogical culture and improving the quality of education.

    In the article, the authors actualize the modern problem of mentoring. Interest in mentoring in education has resurfaced in the last decade. Researchers pay attention to the historical aspects of mentoring. Considering the problem of the role of mentoring in the development of preschoolers, using the context of spiritual and moral education. Mentoring is a universal pedagogical technology. Her role is not only to transfer experience, knowledge and the formation of diverse skills, but also to influence moral and spiritual values through communication and mutual trust. Spiritual and moral development is a gradual expansion of the value-semantic sphere of a personality under the influence of the processes of upbringing and socialization. The authors briefly comment on the features of this process in pre-school conditions.

    The article addresses the quality of student training amid a shortage of personnel in the information technology sector. It highlights issues related to the preparation of specialized professionals and proposes creating a center for collaboration between universities and industry. This center aims to integrate the educational process with real projects, enabling students to gain practical skills and knowledge essential for successful careers in IT. A phased training process is outlined, where foundational education occurs at the university level, while updated training takes place within companies and project activities. The effectiveness of this integration is analyzed through financial indicators and assessments of educational quality. The findings indicate that implementing this solution improves companies' financial performance by enhancing employee qualifications and reducing training costs for new specialists. Additionally, there is a noted positive trend in the evaluation of educational quality, reflecting an increase in graduates' preparedness. Future development prospects include expanding partnerships with other companies and universities, introducing new educational programs and technologies, and conducting regular research to analyze integration effectiveness.

В статье рассмотрены основные принципы наставничества в логопедических группах, а также его роль в индивидуальном развитии каждого ребенка. Обсуждены практические аспекты работы наставника: от выбора подходящих методик до создания эффективных коммуникативных стратегий. Познакомившись с этой темой ближе, можно получить ценные знания о том, как помочь детям преодолевать трудности в речевом развитии через коллективную работу и процесс наставничества.

    Abstract:
    The chapter discusses the issue of mentoring in a medical school. This topic is very relevant due to the fact that the process of forming a new doctor as a specialist is not only one of the priority tasks of the social sphere and medicine in particular, but also an important task for the state as a whole. Since ancient times, the deepest knowledge and experience have been passed on from mentor to student – future physician. Recently, in addition to pedagogical mentoring, student mentoring has begun to emerge in the world. However, the continuation of the existence of mentoring and its development is impossible without identifying possible difficulties and problems, which was the goal of the presented work. The subjects of the study were 150 people – students and teachers of VSMU named after. N.N. Burdenko. Group 1 included 50 1st year students of the Faculty of Medicine; group 2 – 50 6th year students of the Faculty of Medicine; Group 3 – 50 university teachers from various departments. After processing and assessing the gender and age composition, the subjects were asked to evaluate various aspects related to mentoring, in particular – the level of awareness of mentoring, both pedagogical and student; determine the need for mentoring of both types in general and assess their impact on the educational process and on the choice of further specialty. The final part of the study was an analysis of various problems associated with both pedagogical and student mentoring. The data obtained allow to take a fresh look at mentoring in general and at existing problems, and to think about possible ways to solve them. This article may be of some interest to higher education teachers and medical university teachers involved in mentoring, as well as participating in the formation of student mentoring.

    The chapter reveals the potential of mentoring as a «personalized support strategy» based on the maximum actualization of the creative potential of teachers and students. The experience of organizing mentoring within the framework of the «teacher-teacher» model is described, and the main stages of the work are characterized. Mentoring in the «student-pupil» form is also considered. Using specific examples from our own practice, it is proven that this form can be most holistically implemented in the course of joint design and research activities of mentors and mentees.

    The chapter is devoted to the problem of theoretical and practical understanding of the issue of designing variable trajectories to support adaptation in the workplace of young disabled people. The problem is solved through consideration of support trajectories and mechanisms for promoting employment of this category of citizens. An analysis of the main barriers to adaptation and issues of overcoming them was also carried out. The authors analyze and evaluate the success of adaptation to the workplace of young disabled people. For this purpose, a comparative study of graduates with disabilities and normotypical peers was conducted. It was revealed that adaptation of graduates with disabilities is a multicomponent neoplasm. This should be taken into account when strategically planning the content of mentors’ work, when building a system of employee motivation, as well as when implementing adaptation measures to reduce the anxiety and uncertainty of young professionals with disabilities.

    The main problems of introducing mentoring at hospitality and tourism enterprises in the context of digital transformations are discussed in the chapter. The authors substantiate the relevance of the research, analyzes the prerequisites of digital transformations in the tourism industry, conducts a theoretical study of the content of mentoring using the following methods: abstract-logical and content analysis, classification, generalization, monographic method and method of system analysis. The data obtained made it possible to develop a structural and logical model for the introduction of mentoring at hospitality and tourism enterprises in the context of digital transformations.

    Introduction. The strategy for the development of international education 20.30 stimulates the study of the issues in the implementation of digital education around the world. The article discusses current applied and practical issues of digital education that educational management specialists came across. Materials and Methods. The authors research management of digital education through mentoring, mentoring pedagogy and mentoring innovations in traditional learning environments and during the time of crisis. The study presents an applied comparative analysis of the questions of targeted intensities, digital footprint, the SELFIE portal usage features, objectives and technologies for training digital mentors. Results. The research findings show an underutilisation of informal education ideas and technologies in the in the process of training digital mentors. The predominance and stable efficiency in the use of informal education takes place at leading European universities. From the standpoint of a humanistic view, exactly informal education is able to balance and regulate the need for knowledge of technologies of an innovative digital economy and its own individual resource for preserving itself, basic life values, and form digital education informal mentors. Discussion and Conclusion. Why does the mentor of a targeted digital educational intensive have a psychological advantage? Can everyone become a mentor in network communication for the rest, and what are the digital education mentor’s competencies? What contribution can everyone make to the training of the others? The discussion these issues in the context of management strategies for the development of international education, and the implementation of the European plan for the quality of digital education will be useful to for heads of educational organizations, departments of continuing professional education and academic mobility of educators.

On the example of real situations, negative moments in the work of both teacher-mentor and the staff and administration of educational institutions were identified.
