Differentiation of pedagogical support for young employees based on their competitiveness profiles

- This article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at identifying the competitiveness profiles of young employees. Using a sample of 102 respondents (aged 18–35, working in consulting services), the author's Professional Competitiveness Questionnaire (PCQ) and cluster analysis (k-means) identified three consistent profiles: high (46.1% of the sample), situational (34.3%), and low (19.6%). The profiles differ in the degree of self-efficacy, proactive work behavior, and adaptive professional competence. Differentiated pedagogical support strategies are substantiated for each profile: from supportive mentoring and reflective practices (low profile) to facilitation and inclusion in the talent pool (high profile). The results can be used in designing personalized professional development programs in continuing professional education and HR practices.

- The chapter notes that in modern conditions, small business, despite macroeconomic instability, remains a crucial element of the regional economy, creating jobs and entrepreneurial potential. Using the example of Kaluga-based Aton LLC – a leading construction fastener supplier with a 45% market share – the author demonstrates how a well-structured organizational and economic policy enables an enterprise not only to maintain stability during a crisis but also to build a long-term development strategy. The study examines marketing strategy (product range policy, brand management, pricing, sales), financial performance amid currency volatility and inflation, and the competitive environment. Key success factors (diversified product range, direct dealer supplies, quality service) and major risks (currency dependence, high buyer power of retail chains) are identified. The BCG matrix is used to determine promising and unprofitable brands. The research employed systemic, comprehensive, process-based, and situational types of analysis, as well as a multifactorial approach to assessing the enterprise's key positions. It is concluded that Aton LLC maintains its leading position with a stable financial standing.

- The chapter examines theoretical and applied aspects of the development of information and educational needs of students in the context of digital transformation of higher education. Based on the analysis of strategic documents and a review of Russian and foreign studies, key areas of digitalization are identified: creation of a digital educational environment, formation of “digital maturity”, distance learning, integration of online platforms (RESH, YaKlass, ReshuEGE). Contradictions are revealed between student interests and platform technical capabilities, between personal data protection and its security level, between innovative and traditional forms of education. External and internal drivers of digital transformation are identified, as well as technical, organizational, staffing and socio-cultural barriers. The development of students' educational needs should be based on systematic integrated projects, digital portfolios and methodological recommendations for mastering digital skills. Information culture is seen as an indicator of professional competence and successful socialization. It is concluded that digital transformation requires the restructuring of all university structures, the reorientation of the teacher to a moderator and mentor, as well as the formation of students' motives for continuous self-education.

A new type of specialist in demand in the labor market must meet the criteria that are formed in the context of national projects being implemented in the country – he is a creative professional who makes responsible decisions and creates a positive image not only of his profession, but also of the organization and the state as a whole. In the context of the transformation of the modern labor market, digital technologies are becoming the most important tool for training competitive university graduates. The chapter is devoted to the interpretation of the concept of «digital technologies in education», the disclosure of their essence and structural components. Digital technologies have advantages over traditional educational technologies: access to a variety of resources and tools, adaptability and personalized learning, as well as the development of digital skills needed in today's labor market. However, the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process is associated with a number of challenges, such as the need to ensure digital literacy among teachers and students, infrastructure development, and data protection. - The article examines the concept of continuing education in the context of modern socio-economic changes and technological development. The main focus is on the role of continuing education in training professionals who are able to adapt to rapidly changing labor market conditions and requirements. The impact of technological progress on society and the education system is analyzed, and the main functions of continuing education are highlighted: professional, social and personal. The work emphasizes the importance of developing students' independence, responsibility and determination in the process of continuous professional education. The necessity of updating the knowledge and skills of specialists in various fields is emphasized in order to maintain competitiveness. The article considers the role of learning foreign languages in professional training and their impact on the expansion of human opportunities in education, work and communication. Theoretical research methods were used to analyze the problem, including analysis of scientific publications and official documents, such as the Concept of Technological Development of Russia until 2030. As a result of the analysis, the key competencies necessary for successful professional, family and social life in the context of the transformation of the socio-economic sphere have been identified. Among them are computer skills and foreign languages, technological literacy, entrepreneurial skills and social skills. It was also noted that Nizhnevartovsk State University (NVSU) pays special attention to the study of English in the framework of the program "English for academic mobility". It is emphasized that academic mobility contributes to the expansion of educational horizons, the formation of intercultural competencies and the creation of employment potential for graduates.

- Formation of human resources potential is an important task at the current stage of economic development of Russia. Digitalization of the economy gives rise to problems, including the risk of reduced employment stability (due to the fact that artificial intelligence replaces human resources and reduces the number of jobs) and the need to retrain specialists both within the region and their migration to areas with a shortage of labor resources. The difference between supply and demand in the labor market is explained by many factors. This may be a national problem – an excess of graduates in humanities and social sciences, which leads to a situation where candidates are forced to look for work unrelated to their education. Or these may be regional reasons. This problem can be reduced by the sphere of additional education, which allows retraining and developing the necessary competencies for applicants. Identification of the complex effect of the influence of various factors on the successful employment of citizens; is a time-consuming, complexly structured scientific task, for which it is proposed to use cognitive modeling. Based on the constructed model, scenarios for the development of labor resources are determined, taking into account regional peculiarities; assessment of the needs of the region in training and retraining of personnel. Their analysis and selection of the most promising scenarios from the standpoint of minimizing the costs of retraining citizens, as well as the constructed functional models of the procedure for selecting candidates among unemployed citizens for additional training (a model reflecting the current state of the research object and models reflecting possible scenarios for the development of the research object) can become the basis for developing a methodology for selecting candidates for additional training for a program that meets the needs of the citizen and the existing offers in the region.

- The chapter examines algorithms for improving automated production management systems. The epistemological roots of various stages of the process are analyzed: automated control systems (ACS), automated production development systems (APS), computer-aided design (CAD) systems and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), as a developing technology involving bots that imitate human actions. The relevance of the problems raised lies in the lack of alternatives to innovative development for the domestic economy. This concept inherently includes a component of artificial intelligence associated with the implementation of automated control systems in production cycles.
