Концепция человеческого достоинства: позиции видения
Book ChapterModern Challenges of Education and Psychology of Personality Formation- Author:

- Abstract:
- Dignity is something that virtually all people want. It is the original expression of the human experience, gaining credibility through the convergent demands of people around the world. Nevertheless, the concept of human dignity is in unhelpful disarray. Dignity is variously viewed as an antecedent, consequence, value, principle, and experience from philosophical, legal, pragmatic, psychological, behavioral, and cultural perspectives. Which of these conceptions of human dignity is more relevant to global, common interests, both as a point of convergence and as a diagnostic of policy, pedagogical practice? The author's focus is on four broad themes: dignity as 1) a metaphysical grounding of human rights and responsibilities, 2) virtuous behavior, 3) perspectives of the «other», and 4) the subjective experience of the individual. It is recommended that dignity be viewed as a set of individually valued well-being, shaped by relationships with others, influenced by the physical world, and framed in terms of values. From this perspective, the idea of dignity corresponds to the priorities of both individualistic and communitarian cultures.

The export of capital to the outskirts of the Russian Empire is increasing and Kazakhstan is being drawn into the world market. These and many other processes lead to social changes in Kazakh society, including the Kazakh baity adapting to the new economy of that time and Kazakh merchants-entrepreneurs and the petty bourgeoisie appear. The Kazakh bourgeoisie was an opposition to the tsarist authorities. Bourgeois industrial relations represented only one of the socio-economic structures on the eve of the revolution. Research ArticleDevelopment of education Volume 5 No 4- Author:
- Svetlana G. Krasnova
- Work direction:
- Psychology in Education
- Abstract:
- Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of optimizing the psychological states of children through the formation of their interpersonal states with a teacher and peers. Relevance. Based on the analysis of literary sources, it was revealed that violations of relationships with teachers have a negative impact on the formation of interpersonal relationships of children in the group of preschool educational institutions and on mental states. This was the basis for the development and implementation of a comprehensive program to optimize the mental states and relationships of children in their relationship. Violations of relationships with teachers have a negative impact not only on mental states, but also on the formation of interpersonal relationships of children in the group of preschool educational institutions. This makes it necessary to develop a program of socio-psychological training for teachers and the need to work towards the harmonization of relations among peers. The purpose of the study is to determine the psychological and pedagogical conditions for optimizing mental states in the process of forming positive interpersonal relationships in a group of preschool educational institutions. Research methods. The article uses theoretical methods of research: analysis of domestic and foreign methodological sources, results of psychological and pedagogical research, study of the resources of educational portals of the Internet, generalization of materials of scientific and practical conferences, forums; practical methods: observation, interviewing, survey, questionnaire, mathematical and statistical methods of processing results (the criterion r is used – Pearson's linear correlation coefficient, etc.). Results and discussion. The author offers the results of a study of the relationship between interpersonal relationships with a teacher and peers with mental states, describes the author's program for optimizing the mental states of children in the pre-school group through the formation of interpersonal relationships. Diagnostic methods are proposed to determine the teacher's attitude to children, interpersonal relationships of children in the preschool group, the actor's method "Mishkin's family" in order to identify the mental states of children determined in relations with the teacher and peers. Conclusions. In our opinion, it is the complex of psychological impact on teachers, coupled with psychological and pedagogical impact on children, that will contribute to a significant increase in the level of interpersonal relationships of children in the immediate social environment and reduce the indicators of negative mental states.

- Abstract:
- Nowadays federal state educational standards (FSES) are aimed at one of the main trends in education – individualization. In modern pedagogical theory, individualization in the educational process is aimed at developing the potential of students, taking into account their individual characteristics and using various forms and methods of educational activities that improve the personal and interpersonal qualities of students. In addition, the new realities of life force a person to engage in his education throughout his life. Based on this, it is necessary to pay attention to a new approach that can make the educational system more efficient, the «flipped classroom», aimed at the ability to learn. The relevance of this work lies in the fact that the «flipped classroom» technology is actively spreading in teaching methods and needs to be improved. The theoretical significance of this study lies in the systematization of the material on the «flipped class» technology, the description of its essence, the study of the features and the search for differences between this technology and the traditional methodology.

- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to the study of the attitude of medical students to the educational process in the “remote” and “post-remote” periods. The topic of the article is extremely relevant in view of the fact that only recently yet another period of distance learning in universities has ended, due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation caused by the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. In addition, the study can also be considered relevant in view of the fact that the practical part of the educational process was relatively “weakly expressed” during the period of “distance learning” at a medical university, and now, during the period of “post-distance” learning, there is a need to catch up on the development of practical skills, which certainly should be carried out taking into account their need for mastering the curriculum and, in some cases, the wishes of students. The objects of the study were 300 students of a medical university: 100 2nd year students of the Faculty of Dentistry (Group 1), 100 3rd year students of the Faculty of Medicine (Group 2), 100 students of the 6th year of the Faculty of Medicine (Group 3). The study was based on an anonymous survey that touched upon the general questions of the attitude of future doctors to the practical and theoretical parts of the integrated learning process at the university. In addition, general satisfaction was studied with the practical and theoretical part during the period of classical, traditional education and during distance learning. An interesting component of this study was the study of student attendance at practical and theoretical classes, both during full-time education, and during periods of distance and post-distance learning. The data obtained are of interest to teachers of various departments of a medical university, as well as to head teachers of departments, since the data presented can help plan the educational process more effectively.

By 1794, 1.28% was already allocated for education in the country, and 9% was spent on the maintenance of the Empress's court. At the end of the XVIII century, there were about 550 different educational institutions in the Russian Empire, in which up to 62,000 students studied. - Ethnography, Ethnology and Anthropology
- Abstract:
- Modern art in Mongolia has been developing since the last century. The art appeared as a result of artists’ ideas, expression of national mentality and other factors. As some researches said: “Mite of the abstract paintings were established in Hun states, because when this times, all of the people to the paint-ed effect of their mind on the rock of cave” on their tractate book. That says that the abstract paintings was established at that time, but according to other sources it was developed in 1960. For example, in 1968 Mongolian young painters orga-nized an exhibition named: the first exhibition of young painters. Then, in 1980 modern and contemporary arts started developing. The purpose of the study is to analyze the development and classification of modern art in the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries, which are kept in art galleries. The study was con-ducted in the following steps: to study modern Mongolian art and to identify cur-rent trends in its evolution. The study classified 2,333 paintings. Consequently the next conclusions were drawn: abstractionism, post-impressionism, and im-pressionism were more developed in modern paintings created in 1990–2000. Modern paintings created in 2000–2009, on the other hand, were more developed in abstraction, fauvism, surrealism, and symbolism. This shows that modern Mongolian artists prefer abstract and symbolic paintings. Before 1990, there was a lot of realism, but since 1990, modernism has developed a lot and has become a major trend.

To the Question of Interaction of Chuvash and Azerbaijan Cultures: Ancientry and Modernity
Research ArticleEthnic Culture Volume 3 No 1- Author:

- Work direction:
- Special Theme of the Issue: Research of Chuvash Language and Culture of Chuvashia
- Abstract:
- In the development of modern ethnic cultures, there is a paradoxical situation: the more powerful the onset of comprehensive globalization, aimed at the destruction of national cultures, the more actively they develop. “To blame”, in our opinion, is the ethnocultural code, which rebelled against the dominance of the virus of the death of national cultures and thus led to the flourishing, boom of ethnic cultures. Convincing evidence of this is the deep fundamental processes of revival taking place in the Chuvash national culture. Thus, the unique Kokelev International Plein Air has rightfully become a synthesis of the picturesque national schools of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. The national TV and radio company “Chavash En” was established. Recreated “Chuvashkino”, designed to develop their national culture. There is a return from oblivion of the runic writing of the Chuvash people. A program for the development of the Chuvash language was adopted. And, as it were, the apotheosis of the renaissance of the Chuvash ethnic culture was the establishment of the Chuvash Embroidery Day on November 26 by the Decree of the Head of the Chuvash Republic. Globalization pressure is also causing an increase in interest in learning about other cultures. we tell about this phenomenon on the example of Chuvashia and Azerbaijan. In soviet times in Azerbaijan, few people knew that the Chuvash were a Turkic people. Tatarstan knew, Bashkortostan knew, and the Chuvash – the Turkic people – didn't [6]. The aim of our work is to study the interaction of Chuvash and Azerbaijani cultures in historical retrospect, as well as to draw the attention of scientists of Chuvashia, Russia and Azerbaijan to this problem, which is of great cognitive and scientific importance. The author comes to the conclusion that scientists-humanitarians of Chuvashia, Russia and Azerbaijan can and should combine their efforts to create a comprehensive study of the interaction of the cultures of the Chuvash and Azerbaijani nations in historical retrospect.
