Work of the National Presidential Boarding School on Establishing Linguistic Rights and Filling Ethno-Cultural Needs of Students
Research ArticleEthnic Culture No 2 (3)- Author:
- Lidiya G. Iksanova
- Work direction:
- Ethno-Cultural and Socio-Cultural Problems of Education
- Abstract:
- The article deals with the specifics of the educational institutions' activities on establishing language rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students on the example of the National presidential boarding school for gifted children. Active debates of the issue of learning native languages, reducing the hours for teaching national languages in the curriculum of secondary schools, downplaying spiritual and moral education and “giving up positions” to the process of digitalization, the search for solutions and new models of “national schools” determines the relevance of issue studied. It is noted that due to the fact that Russia is a multi-ethnic state and almost all schools are multilingual and multicultural as a result of the dynamic process of migration of parents, schools have to solve the problems of implementing educational programs independently. Also, it is emphasized that since the process of establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students of different nationalities, their relationship with each other entails conflicts and withdrawal to the world of social networks and adolescent groups, educational activities require a careful study. Therefore, the attention of researchers to the problem of establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students causes interest in the problem of managing this activity. The ai, of the article is to develop and justify organizational and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective management of educational institutions’ activity on establishing linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students. Research methods: study of the literature on the issue studied, the pedagogical experience of the author and teaching staff of schools, analysis of educational programs and curricula. Results. As a result of the research, we identified the main gaps in the existing system of management of educational activities on establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students, the lack of a flexible management model with an adaptive organizational structure of management and appropriate organizational and pedagogical conditions. An effective model for managing the school's activities on establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students is proposed in the article.

Connective tissue dysplasia: new horizons of the problem
Book ChapterConnective tissue dysplasia: new horizons of the problem- Author:
- Tat'iana S. Fadeeva
- Work direction:
- Авторская монография
- Abstract:
- The work raises questions of predicting the complications of pregnancy and childbirth and adverse conditions in the fetus in the presence of UCTD in the expectant mother, who also need to be studied, especially from the standpoint of mathematical modeling of the disease. It is also necessary to develop a common tactic for providing medical and social assistance and treatment and diagnostic services to pregnant women suffering from UCTD, which will make the outcome of childbirth more favorable and improve the subsequent prognosis for mother and newborn. In the literature there is practically no assessment of the course of pregnancy and the outcome of childbirth, depending on the severity of UCTD. Little is known about the role of a connective tissue metabolism marker - hydroxyproline, trace elements (magnesium) and vitamins (D3) in pregnant women suffering from UCTD, and the medical tactics regarding such patients are not clearly defined. Despite numerous successes in the study of the causes of complications during pregnancy and childbirth in women suffering from UCTD, a unified approach to their management during the prenatal stage has not yet been developed. Therefore, the search for possible predictors for the timely prediction of adverse pregnancy and childbirth outcome in such patients is becoming increasingly important. This will make it possible to develop an optimal organizational and methodological base and subsequently improve the prognosis for women and their offspring. Thus, in contrast to the existing standard approach, we have proposed a comprehensive management of patients suffering from UCTD, including the timely identification of patients from the risk group, clarification of their condition using such markers as magnesium and hydroxyproline, additional intake of magnesium and vitamin D preparations. Optimal plan managing the period of gestation, childbirth, and a pathogenetically reasoned set of treatment and preventive measures for women with UCTD, will not only improve the outcomes of pregnancy and childbirth, but also contribute to the health of the future generation. 1. UCTD affects the course of pregnancy, childbirth and the condition of the newborn. The degree of exposure is largely determined by the severity of the underlying disease. In severe UCTD, the prevalence of spontaneous miscarriage and preterm labor was significantly higher, and endometritis and severe anemia were more common in the postpartum period. Severe asphyxia on the Apgar scale at the 1st and 5th minutes, congenital heart defects, morphofunctional immaturity, conjugation jaundice and convulsive syndrome were more common in the fetus. 2. A low content of magnesium and hydroxyproline is associated with the occurrence of complications during childbirth and a decrease in the anthropometric characteristics of the newborn. Taking magnesium preparations reliably affects the concentration of this trace element and hydroxyproline in the blood of pregnant women suffering from UCTD. 3. Therapy with magnesium preparations is an effective tool in patients suffering from UCTD, as it helps to improve well-being during pregnancy, improves the course of the postpartum period and reduces the prevalence of chronic fetal hypoxia. 4. Vitamin D and magnesium supplements have a beneficial effect on pregnancy and the fetus, reducing the prevalence of pre-eclampsia and chronic intrauterine hypoxia of the fetus, reducing the incidence of morphofunctional immaturity and conjugation jaundice of the newborn. 5. The created computer program “STEP DST” can be applied in the clinical practice of obstetrician-gynecologists and health care organizers. The obtained individual forecast of the probability of development of complications of reproduction allows us to outline the optimal plan for managing the period of gestation, childbirth and the postpartum period, to prescribe a pathogenetically based set of therapeutic and preventive measures for women suffering from UCTD.

The Labours of Heracles in Russian Art, in the Writings of Chroniclers, Russian Scientists and Enlighteners (10th – 19th centuries)
Book ChapterEducation and science: current trends No 3- Author:
- Sergei S. Tiurin
- Work direction:
- Парадигмы современной науки
- Abstract:
- The article shows the image of Heracles – the greatest hero of ancient Greece – in early Russian art, as well as in the writings of chroniclers, scholars and enlighteners of the 10–19th centuries. It is established that throughout the history of Ancient Rus and then of Russia, Hercules was perceived with an exceptionally positive side, despite the pagan roots of his image. Condemnation occasionally was the fact of his deification by the Greeks and Romans. The image of Heracles was positively adopted by the Orthodox Church, which relied on the Byzantine doctrine, where Heracles was also viewed as a charitable fighter of monsters and a defender of people from evil. As a result or research it was revealed that Heracles had exceptional popularity in Russian art and literature, where he performed in a classical Hellenistic manner. He remained the standard of physical strength, human power and at the same time – a model of nobility, the ruler of the twelve great labours. The article contains materials from the author's monograph with the working title «Twelve of Labours of Heracles in ancient literature and numismatics».

THE TRIUNE NATURE OF NATURAL INTELLIGENCE
Book ChapterEducation and science: current trends No 2- Authors:
- Anna A. Nikishina, Iurii A. Novikov, Aleksandr P. Novikov
- Work direction:
- Парадигмы современной науки
- Abstract:
- The monograph for the first time formulated and described the spiral technology of research and modeling of natural intelligence with three-step turns. Currently, only the first two steps of the first round of spiral technology are widely known. The need for this technology is dictated by the inability to know the natural intelligence, dissecting it or scanning by any radiation. The technology allows us to switch to high-performance systematic work instead of discussions about the nature of artificial and natural intelligence, as well as instead of the dreamy expectation of mysterious heuristics to address issues raised in the creation of artificial intelligence. The basis of the theory in the creation of a new technology is the result of the search for a constructive character in the interpretation of the concept of natural intelligence, that is, the interpretation of the triune nature of natural intelligence. The primary purpose of research on the subject of the monograph, the authors adopted the formulation and description of the theoretical basis of solving the problems of knowledge representation in computer systems. The creation of a theoretical basis becomes possible only with the realization of the triune nature of natural intelligence. The theoretical basis corresponds to the natural science positions in the study and modeling of the epistemological model (objectively isolated part, the unity with the other two parts of the natural intelligence component). The theoretical basis is in demand for obtaining knowledge models in computer systems, allocation on a set of these models of classes, and thus, for the formation of technical requirements in the work on the creation of new shells of knowledge-based systems that implement knowledge models of new classes. In the works focused on achievement of the declared purpose, and in the monograph it is convincingly shown that the whole layer of already executed large-scale works on formation of classes of models of knowledge in computer systems was not based on natural science positions, and for this reason results of already performed works are not demanded at creation of new systems based on knowledge. A significant part of the monograph contains a description of the historical aspect of the works on the stated topic. The consideration of the historical aspect allowed us to see the subjective reasons why the simple to understand and use spiral technology with three-step turns (the theoretical basis for solving the problems of knowledge representation in computer systems) for so long from the moment of formation and recognition of the scientific direction «artificial intelligence» remained undetected and not described for use in research and modeling of natural intelligence in the creation of artificial intelligence. The description of the historical aspect shows the forced reorientation of works on the topic from purely practical (not provided with a theoretical basis) to purely theoretical (not accompanied by works on the modernization of a software product and its implementation in real production). It is also noted that the return to the rails of highly profitable practical work is possible and appropriate. And, accordingly, recommendations for reorientation of works on the topic on the rails of practical and highly profitable are given.

- Abstract:
- The constitutions of many States set out the obligation of the government to guarantee a well-functioning and reliable system of protection against industrial injuries. Whether the government provides workers ' compensation insurance directly, or when it is delegated to a third party (special authorities or insurance companies), the government is still responsible for the operation of the system. The latter is of particular importance, since the settlement of claims for workers ' compensation insurance is of a long-term nature. An effective system of protection against industrial injuries and occupational diseases should be considered not only as a type of insurance but as an absolute need of the productive sector and as one of the foundations of social peace and economic stability.
