    Abstract:
    Преступления и правонарушения, связанные с привлечением несовершеннолетних к деструктивной деятельности в онлайн-пространстве, являются актуальной проблемой в современном мире. В связи со сложившейся эпидемиологической обстановкой в 2020 году риски кибербезопасности для несовершеннолетних вновь выросли. За последние годы проведены различные профилактические мероприятия со стороны правоохранительных органов и ряд исследований по проблеме кибербезопасности несовершеннолетних, результаты которых отражены в научных статьях. Проведено исследование проблемы по авторской методике на выборке из 30 человек: родители несовершеннолетних, преподаватели и сотрудники подразделений по делам несовершеннолетних территориальных органов МВД России. Результаты исследования подтвердили значимость и актуальность указанной проблемы, указали на меру ответственности государства и общества.

The result of testing by the Schubert’s method of diagnostics of the degree of readiness for risk and the scale of control over the action is shown.

    Abstract:
    Борьба с постройками, которые возводятся самовольно, включает в себя комплекс мер административного характера, в основе которых лежит федеральное законодательство, а также нормативно-правовые акты субъектов РФ. Однако результаты такой борьбы остаются часто неутешительными. К примеру, в Москве за 2018–2019 гг. было снесено 385 объектов. Активная борьба с самовольными постройками ведется и в Краснодаре. В рамках региональных программ, связанных с благоустройством окружающей территории, происходит демонтаж объектов, которые эксплуатируются в предпринимательских целях. В 2015 году Верховный суд признал, что региональная программа г. Москвы и о сносе самовольно возведенных построек является законной и не противоречит Конституции, тем самым был допущен внесудебный порядок сноса самовольно возведенных построек. Однако применение таких положений стало причиной многочисленных споров. Чтобы разобраться в правомерности внесудебного сноса, необходимо провести анализ законодательных положений, связанных с самовольно возведенными объектами недвижимости.

    In the era of globalization and the development of information technology, information is becoming increasingly important. Information reduces uncertainty, increases the amount of knowledge about objects, people and events, helps to understand, to learn something. To ensure international information security, the UN Convention on International Information Security and the Convention of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states were developed, which will be considered in this work. Theoretical models of the existence of these conventions in the future will also be proposed, their pros and cons will be identified.

Проблема обеспечения информационной безопасности детей становится актуальной в связи возрастанием численности несовершеннолетних пользователей. Поэтому одна из задач, стоящих перед дошкольной образовательной организацией, – это формирование навыков безопасного поведения воспитанников в информационно-телекоммуникационной сети Интернет. Методическая разработка образовательной ситуации по речевому развитию предназначена для дошкольников старшей группы, в которой вместе с главным героем мальчиком Смайликом в игровой форме, с использованием художественного слова, мультимедиа презентации и любимых мультфильмов, дети получают информацию о том, что Интернет таит в себе, скрытые за яркой картинкой, угрозы.

    Three main areas of media psychology are analyzed: media analysis, media education, and media therapy in the crisis conditions of the pandemic. Today, media psychology faces a number of completely new, unexplored problems and practice-oriented tasks in a radically changing media environment, including in conditions of social distancing. Thus, the author emphasizes the increased practical significance of using the psychotherapeutic potential of the media in order to reduce and minimize the negative effects not only of the mass media itself, but also of the consequences of crisis situations.

    Abstract:
    The paper presents the results of the research of the local educational environment` psychological safety for students of psychology of Irkutsk State University. Significant differences in psychological safety and security level between students of different years were found, for example, satisfaction of the local educational environment and educational safety of 3rd year students appeared to be a lot lower, which can be related to critical point in their primary professionalization. A substantial share of psychologically unsafe and insecure students was also detected. They obviously need a special psychological support.

It also describes the essential educational conditions contributing to the formation of positive motivation of the future speech pathologists during educational process at their university, substantiates the urgency of the problem of developing this type of motivation in the students.
