Development of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Author:
- Andrei V. Minakov
- Work direction:
- Глава 3
- Abstract:
- For the vast majority of businesses, uninterrupted access to borrowed financial resources is a crucial prerequisite not only for stable operations but also for continued growth. However, in modern Russia, business lending faces a complex set of serious challenges. One of the most pressing issues is the high cost of borrowed funds, which significantly increases the financial burden on businesses. Furthermore, lending institutions impose strict requirements on potential borrowers: mandatory collateral, transparent financial reporting, and a proven track record of successful business management. The situation is further complicated by the country's overall economic instability and unpredictable exchange rate fluctuations, which together create additional pressure on business lending. This study examines the development of business lending in Russia from 2021 to September 2025. The results indicate a decline in loan volumes in 2024–2025 and an increase in interest rates. However, existing prospects, such as lower interest rates, the development of alternative financing sources, government support, and the digitalization of financial services, could significantly improve the situation.

Current issues of pedagogy and psychology- Author:
- Galina V. Egorova
- Work direction:
- Глава 3
- Abstract:
- The chapter is devoted to the application of problem-based learning technologies in the study of natural science disciplines. The problem-based approach contributes not only to the acquisition of knowledge, but also to the formation of necessary skills such as critical thinking, teamwork, and high adaptability to changing conditions. It is known that in the process of solving a problem, students can not only find answers to the questions posed, but also analyze the situation, put forward hypotheses, check various options and draw conclusions. This develops analytical abilities and activates cognitive processes, which are the basis for further education and professional activity. The chapter discusses some aspects of the formation of a biological conceptual framework. It is noted that problem-based learning is based on the development of critical thinking among teachers. Interactive methods are widely used in problem-based learning. In addition, the approach in which assignments are linked to real-life situations or scientific activities helps students see the practical application of the knowledge they receive, which contributes to their deeper understanding and memorization. Creating conditions for polylogue, discussions and dialogues within the classroom improves communication skills and develops creative thinking.

Using analytical and statistical methods, the monograph carried out a dynamic analysis of the higher education system in Kazakhstan, identified its main trends, indicating a high interest of the population in higher education, as well as the predominance of private universities in the structure of higher education institutions. The use of interviewing, questionnaire and expert survey methods made it possible to characterize the socio-demographic and psychographic profile of a modern Kazakhstani student, to identify the problems of his financial condition. The analytical method provided a review, systematization and generalization of the main financial support tools for students, including public, intra-university and private ones. The analysis has shown that any student has the right and opportunity to use one or another financial support tool if certain requirements are met, and the task of teachers is to help students determine the sources of strengthening their financial stability.

Vectors of socio-economic development in Russia. Modern challenges and opportunities- Author:
- Sergei L. Danilchenko
- Work direction:
- Глава 1
- Abstract:
- Economic development inevitably leads to a significant increase in inequality in the distribution of income and national wealth. Worryingly, inequality is growing year after year. Official data on inequality are underestimated, as the share of income hidden from taxation is at least twice as much as that shown in official statistics. The sharp increase in inequality was largely due to the transition to neoliberal policies that encouraged the monopolization of production to the detriment of wage labor positions and, to some extent, the participation of nation States in the global globalization of the economy. High income inequality will slow down any national modernization and generate further stratification of citizens. The proportion of excessive inequality between 10–20 percent of the rich and 80 percent of the poor and poor in the modern world is constantly growing.

Modern Challenges of Education and Psychology of Personality Formation- Author:
- Aleksandr A. Kiselev
- Work direction:
- Глава 3
- Abstract:
- Higher education is the most important factor in the country's economic development, meeting its needs for professionals trained in universities who are capable of implementing the strategy of technological leadership and making the national economy effective and competitive in the context of political and economic sanctions against Russia. Much attention is paid today by higher education authorities to organizing educational work in universities and involving students in various «activities», which is often done in universities even by removing students from classes. However, due to political and economic sanctions against Russia, the national economy is experiencing a major shortage of professional personnel, which can and should be replenished by university graduates. As a result, higher education authorities and Russian universities should currently pay special attention to the development of higher education as professional education. Unfortunately, administrative and economic methods prevail in matters of the content and organization of higher education in universities, reducing the effectiveness of the development of higher education, namely as professional education. This is due to the fact that the management of universities is forced to pay more attention to financial issues in order to optimize and reduce costs, receive (earn) money through grant activities, implement business contracts, change staffing by increasing the intensity of teachers' work, etc. The study of the situation with Russian higher education, including the method of included observation, allows us to identify problems in the field of training modern professionals in domestic universities. At the same time, the «new model» of Russian higher education, which is planned to be implemented in universities by higher education authorities in the near future, from the standpoint of its possible effectiveness raises many doubts that it will ensure the predictive development of higher education as professional education and will allow meeting the needs of the national economy in the professionals it needs. As a result, the issue of solving all the problems identified in the work, both in higher education itself and with higher education itself, becomes relevant. Based on the analysis, including the conclusions of experts and specialists in the field of higher education development, the needs of organizations for university graduates, a number of measures are proposed that allow, to a certain extent, to solve the existing problems in the area under consideration.

Development of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Authors:
- Dmitrii V. Sudakov, Oleg V. Sudakov, Olga I. Gordeeva
- Work direction:
- Глава 10
- Abstract:
- The chapter is devoted to the study of some socio-economic problems of medical care. This topic is quite relevant due to the fact that currently in our country, optimization and modernization processes have been taking place over the past years in the medical environment and the environment of medical education, the ultimate goal of these processes being achieving a significant quality of medical care to patients. The objects of the study were 200 patients of the Voronezh City Emergency Hospital and Voronezh Regional Clinical Hospital No. 1. All of them were divided into 2 groups depending on gender: 84 men were included in group 1, 114 women in group 2. What was special about this study was the inclusion of only patients with chronic pathology suffering from it for at least 5 years. This moment was used for the patients to give a proper assessment of the changes taking place in the country. The basis of the study was a questionnaire specially developed by the authors, which includes both general questions about the patients' gender, age and the disease they were diagnosed with, as well as special ones concerning awareness of the optimization and modernization processes in medicine in recent years. At the same time, an interesting peculiarity of the study was an attempt to identify the main problems not only of a medical, but also of a socio-economic nature that arise when providing medical care to patients, as well as determining the main vectors of medicine development in general.

Problems of organizing the training of Russian university students as professionals when introducing a new model of higher education
Book Chapter
Modern issues of pedagogy and psychology: theoretical and methodological approaches and practical research results- Author:
- Aleksandr A. Kiselev
- Work direction:
- Глава 1
- Abstract:
- Despite the numerous problems in higher education in preparing professionals in demand in the national economy, currently existing approaches to solving them make them impossible to be successfully resolved. This is confirmed by the fact that there is still no scientifically designed governmental strategy for the development of higher education and a scientifically grounded model of the transition to a new system of higher education when moving away from the Bologna System, understandable to both higher education specialists and the entire Russian society. The analysis of the situation with the training of university graduates as future professionals suggests that all the activities carried out by higher education authorities do not allow providing the national economy with the necessary professionals in the changing conditions of the global economy and new challenges from the United States and Western countries. In these conditions, domestic organizations are experiencing an acute ‘personnel shortage’ for young and creative professionals, despite the increase in financial resources for the development of higher education from the government. There is a need for a radical change in approaches to the development of a governmental strategy for teaching students in domestic universities, since the designated new model does not imply a radical development of higher education as higher professional education.
