    Abstract:
    В статье обосновывается переход от узкотехнической подготовки будущего педагога к формированию его цифровой дидактической культуры, понимаемой как способность обоснованно применять цифровые технологии, исходя из педагогической целесообразности. Автор раскрывает ограниченность подходов, ориентированных только на освоение инструментария, и предлагает трехкомпонентную структуру культуры (ценностно-смысловой, дидактико-проектировочный, рефлексивно-этический). Ключевой тезис: сформированность культуры проявляется не в количестве освоенных сервисов, а в умении педагога принять профессиональное решение о необходимости или нецелесообразности использования цифрового инструмента в конкретной ситуации. Обосновывается необходимость дополнения традиционных методик подготовки практико-ориентированными и рефлексивными формами (кейсы, проектные семинары), моделирующими реальные профессиональные противоречия.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the role and significance of the career guidance system for students as a process of personnel provision for the regional economy and a factor in shaping its human resources potential. The experience of the Chuvash Republic is analyzed, current methods of organizing career guidance work with students are presented, and key components of a regional program in this area are proposed. The author puts forward a model of cooperation among various stakeholders in the career guidance process at the regional level, and systematizes the most effective methods of working with students. The results of interim monitoring of the implementation of the Unified Career Guidance Model in the 2025–2026 academic year are presented. It is concluded that it is necessary to build a career guidance system for students that covers the entire educational trajectory – from preschool to the workplace – with an emphasis on lifelong learning and vocational training. An important condition for the success of such a system is the active involvement of regional employer enterprises in the career choice process. This study emphasizes that the effectiveness of the career guidance system directly correlates with the region's supply of qualified personnel, which, in turn, serves as the foundation for sustainable economic development aimed at building a competitive and highly skilled talent pool.

    Abstract:
    The aim of this article is to examine the specific features of organizing students' independent work in a modern university, using Mari State University as a case study. The relevance of the research is justified by contemporary requirements for the structure of curricula and the forms of organizing educational activities in higher education. The paper presents practical materials on the organization of students' independent work within the framework of the discipline “Technologies of Interaction between Participants in Educational Relations”, which is included in the master's degree curriculum. The research materials comprised an analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and the results of the author's survey of students. The case study reveals the essence of the concept of “independent work” in the context of the requirements of regulatory frameworks governing the educational process and the current conditions for the implementation of educational programs. The author emphasizes the role of the teacher in organizing students' cognitive activities and substantiates the importance of monitoring and assessment on the part of the instructor. The article provides a fragment of the thematic planning of independent work, specifying the task formulations and the forms of reporting the results of students' independent mastery of the course material. Based on the research findings, the author draws the following conclusions: independent work is a component of the educational program within the academic discipline; students' learning motivation for independent work depends on the discipline module, instructor monitoring, and instructional support provided by the teacher.

  • A Typological Model of Bodily Identity and Its Personality Determinants among Adolescent Students

    The contemporary socio-cultural and digital environment places heightened demands on processes of self-presentation and social comparison, making the study of bodily identity in adolescence and its personal determinants (trust and alexithymia) essential to understanding the development of a coherent sense of self. The subject of the study is bodily identity as a fundamental level of self-awareness that develops during adolescence. This article presents the results of an empirical study of the age-related psychological characteristics of bodily identity and its personal determinants in adolescent students. In studying the components of bodily identity (gender identity, body satisfaction, bodily representation, psychological defenses, and attitudes toward health), the following methods were used: the “Gender Identity Inventory: (L. B. Shneider), the “Body Image Questionnaire” (O. A. Skugarevsky, S. V. Sivukha), the “Draw-A-Person Test” (K. Makhover), the “Methodology for Diagnosing the Structure and Strength of Psychological Defense Mechanisms” (L. Yu. Subbotina), and the “Health Attitude Index” (S. D. Deryabo). Data processing involved identifying types of bodily identity through K-means cluster analysis; multiple linear regression was used to determine the specific influence of personal determinants. The main finding is a typological model of bodily identity and its personal determinants in adolescence, comprising four types: disintegrated-conflict, compensatory-adaptive, diffuse-undifferentiated, and prematurely formed. Regression analysis showed that the greatest contribution to the model comes from difficulties in identifying feelings and externally oriented thinking, which are universally associated with regression and denial. The conclusion presents recommendations for the psychological and pedagogical support of students, taking into account the typological approach.

    В статье рассматриваются современные методы машинного обучения, применяемые для автоматического обнаружения экзопланет по кривым блеска космических телескопов Kepler и TESS. Описываются ограничения классического подхода, основанного на аппроксимации транзитов (BLS), и необходимость перехода к нейросетевым архитектурам. Приведены примеры успешного использования сверточных нейронных сетей (AstroNet, ExoNet) и автоэнкодеров для выделения слабых сигналов на фоне шумов. Показано, что применение глубокого обучения позволяет не только повысить полноту выборки, но и обнаруживать планеты, пропущенные традиционными алгоритмами. В заключении обсуждаются перспективы интеграции методов ИИ в конвейер обработки данных будущих космических миссий.

Приведены конкретные примеры заимствованных терминов, обозначающих новейшие строительные технологии, материалы и процессы. Рассмотрены преимущества и недостатки их использования в профессиональной коммуникации. Проанализирована целесообразность применения заимствований с позиции адаптации отрасли к международным стандартам, а также выявлены риски, связанные с непониманием терминологии и снижением качества профессионального общения.

    В статье представлен системный анализ теоретических оснований концепции В. Райха как первой попытки описать связь между психическими защитами и хроническими телесными паттернами. Рассматриваются ключевые конструкты его теории, а также их преемственность в современных школах телесно-ориентированной психотерапии. Показано, что, несмотря на нефальсифицируемость концепции оргонной энергии, клиническая наблюдательная база Райха находит косвенное подтверждение в современных экспериментальных данных. Делается вывод о необходимости разграничения нефальсифицируемой метафизической надстройки и эвристически ценного наблюдательного ядра его концепции.

Анализируются механизмы влияния танца на эмоциональную регуляцию, телесную чувствительность и способность к восстановлению внутреннего равновесия. Обосновывается целесообразность включения танцевально-двигательных практик в структуру кризисной психологической помощи с учетом динамики переживания кризиса. Предлагается этапный подход к использованию танца в работе со стрессовыми и травматическими переживаниями.

    The study is devoted to the problem of integrating bodily and emotional experience in the practice of providing psychological assistance in a difficult life situation. The relevance of the work is due to the growing psychological burden on the population and the need to restore the integrity of the community. The chapter identifies the mechanisms of integration at various levels of the organization of the psyche and body, describes the dynamics of the process as a rhythmic wave with phases of rapprochement and distance. An integrative methodological approach has been developed to capture the dynamics of integration. The results can be used in the practice of psychological assistance and specialist training.

    The internationalization of the educational sphere, the growth of international academic mobility, and the development of educational cooperation determine the identification of key guidelines in the system of training national personnel for foreign countries. The Russian Federation is among the top ten countries in the world for the export of education. Every year, an increasing number of foreign citizens are attracted to training in programs for the training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in the postgraduate programs of Russian universities, including pedagogical ones. The purpose of this study is to analyze the student body and the practices of training foreign citizens in the postgraduate program of a pedagogical university. The author analyzed the contingent of foreign postgraduate students at pedagogical universities in the Volga Federal District. The paper presents a system for training and supporting foreign postgraduate students, which allows them to more easily adapt to the new socio-cultural environment and master the educational and scientific components of the postgraduate program. The main problems of training foreign citizens in postgraduate programs are identified and areas of activity are proposed to improve the process of training foreign scientific and pedagogical personnel in the postgraduate programs of pedagogical universities.

    The training of undergraduates in the pedagogical field (students of the second stage of higher education) includes not only the development of competencies enshrined in the federal state educational standard of higher education, but also the formation or consolidation of skills such as the ability to cope with extreme professional situations, flexibility in difficult situations, mobilization of moral and volitional efforts to achieve their goals, etc. The ability to succeed in school despite social barriers and difficulties, i.e. academic resistance reaches its greatest relevance by the time of graduate studies. Cognitive activity contributes to the most complete assimilation of educational information and the formation of professional competencies. Information about the relationship between academic resistance and cognitive activity of undergraduate students is the subject of this paper. In the course of the work, the following methods were used – the full version of the Scale of individual academic Resistance (adaptation of R. S. Zvyagintsev) and a method for diagnosing the motivation of learning and emotional attitude to learning (A. D. Andreeva, A. M. Prikhozhan). The study revealed the relationship between academic resilience and cognitive activity, as well as the greater influence of cognitive activity components on academic resilience.

  • P.F. Lesgaft's Concept of Physical Education as a Basis for the Psychology of Corporeality and the Formation of the "Self-Concept"

    This article presents a theoretical analysis of P.F. Lesgaft's concept of physical education as a basis for the psychology of corporeality and the formation of the "self-concept". The appeal to his concept is motivated by the potential of his scientific legacy. The purpose is to identify and theoretically substantiate the potential of Lesgaft's concept as a methodological basis for modern psychology of corporeality. The objectives are to analyze approaches to "corporeality" and the "physical I" in light of modern research. The primary research method was an analysis of Lesgaft's scientific legacy and works by contemporary scholars. His ideas form a holistic anthropological model, in which the physical "I" serves as the central element of the "self-concept." The analysis demonstrates a direct correspondence between his views and the modern interpretation of corporeality: his description of the relationship between thought, action, and character structurally corresponds to the three-component model of the "physical self," including cognitive, affective, and behavioral components. Lesgaft revealed the substantive content of the stages of corporeality development – from the stage of psychosomatic identity through the acquisition of conscious control to age-related regression. This dynamic model demonstrates corporeality as an evolving process inextricably linked to personality development.

Автор подробно описывает повседневную жизнь крестьянского хозяйства, семейные традиции, сельскохозяйственные работы, народные обычаи и социальные отношения в период перехода от традиционного уклада к изменениям послереформенного времени. Материал содержит уникальные свидетельства о материальной культуре (жильё, утварь, одежда), трудовых процессах и общинном устройстве чувашского села, дополняя архивные данные личным опытом очевидца.

    В статье рассматривается понятие «телесность» и ее структура, «образ тела». Выделены факторы, влияющие на формирование телесности и специфические перцептивные компоненты – «спортивные чувства». Проведённый анализ зарубежных и российских исследований позволил выявить ряд проблем, связанных с восприятием тела спортсменами: неудовлетворенность им, высокие риски развития расстройства пищевого поведения, установление «эталонных» форм и давления на спортсменов за несоответствие им. Также были предложены пути повышения позитивного отношения к телу: проявление сострадания как эмоционального компонента, создание психологически комфортной среды преимущественно тренерами через привлечение внимания атлетов на достоинства их физической формы.

    This chapter conducts an interdisciplinary analysis of the genesis of constitutional anxiety rooted in the prenatal and perinatal experience of an individual. The phenomenon is considered through the prism of psychology, neuroscience, phenomenology, anatomy, neurophysiology, as well as esoteric and religious teachings, which allows us to form a holistic view of the mechanisms of the formation of the «unconscious body template». It is an incorporated emotional-hormonal complex of the mother, perceived by the fetus as its own basic reality. The paper postulates the need for the process of conscious disidentification with these prepersonal patterns as a key condition for the destructuring of pathological anxiety. Within the framework of the phenomenological approach, the process during which the conscious part of the psyche acquires the ability to observe and separate from unconscious bodily sensations, which leads to the cessation of the transmission of anxiety and the transition to a meta-position of understanding what is happening, is described in detail. Typical mistakes of psychotherapeutic practice that prevent effective work with this level of anxiety are analyzed. In conclusion, a specific step-by-step algorithm for psychotherapeutic work with clients is proposed, aimed at achieving a state of disidentification and gaining regulatory control over bodily and emotional states.

    Abstract:
    Развитию эмоционального интеллекта в системе подготовки специалистов сегодня отводится особая роль, поскольку именно от него во многом зависит эффективность межличностной коммуникации, принятия решений, реагирования на внешние вызовы. Изучение фразеологизмов определенных тематических групп на практических занятиях по иностранному языку позволяет создать благоприятные условия для того, чтобы студенты научились осознавать, определять и называть эмоции. С этой целью мы разработали, апробировали и используем в работе ряд упражнений с устойчивыми словесными комплексами. Изучение фразеологизмов повышает интерес к родному и изучаемому языку, настраивает на поиск сходств и уникальности менталитета разных национальностей, помогает осознать, что язык каждого народа является вкладом в общемировую культуру, как минимум потому, что помогает людям лучше понять себя, свои мысли, эмоции, чувства, а также поведение других людей.
