    Abstract:
    The preservation and strengthening of traditional values is the main vector of Russia's future development as a civilizational state. This paper examines the specifics of teaching the course, and reveals the experience of implementing the academic discipline «Fundamentals of Russian Statehood» in 2023–2025 academic years. The author focuses on the evolution of the interpretation of the term «values» and its understanding in modern social sciences and humanities. Attention is drawn to the importance of the education system in shaping the traditional values of Russian students. In this paper, methodological recommendations and discussion problems that emerged during the teaching of the training course are formulated. It is concluded that the key direction of the future development of Russia as a state-civilization is the organization of a system of targeted education and upbringing, especially among Russian students. Higher education as a social institution instills in the younger generation traditional values and ideals that are translated into professional activities and preserve the continuity of generations.

    Метаэвристические алгоритмы, инспирированные природой, являясь одним из направлений в искусственном интеллекте и машинном обучении, в последние десятилетия стали мощным инструментом оптимизации, широко используются при распознавании образов и компьютерном зрении, технической и медицинской диагностике, прогнозировании, биоинформатике, фильтрации спама, анализе фондового рынка, в поисковых системах, в аффективных вычислениях, компьютерных играх. В учебном пособии рассматривается современное состояние, проблемы и области применения метаэвристик. Представлены алгоритмы дифференциально-векторного движения: дифференциальной эволюции, синуса-косинуса, эгоистичного стада животных, летучих мышей, империалистической конкуренции, роя саранчи, гравитационного поиска, светлячковый, бабочки монарха, червей, COVID-19, бактериальный, межнейронного взаимодействия, оптимизации группового обучения. Пособие адресовано бакалаврам и магистрам направлений «Информатика и вычислительная техника», «Информационные системы и технологии», «Программная инженерия», «Прикладная информатика», а также аспирантам специальности «Искусственный интеллект и машинное обучение».

    В статье проведено сравнение применимости эконометрических методов и методов машинного обучения для решения задач финансово-экономического анализа и прогнозирования, выделены преимущества и недостатки обоих классов методов, поставлена проблематика интерпретируемости моделей машинного обучения, которая является ограничением на пути их широкого применения в финансово-аналитическом инструментарии, и рассмотрены существующие решения в этой области. По итогам исследования сделан вывод о необходимости использования сразу нескольких методов интерпретации машинного обучения с целью перекрестной валидации результатов.

Все это послужило толчком к подаче учебного материала с помощью введения в учебный процесс цифровых технологий. Данная статья рассматривает возможности экспериментального внедрения информационно-коммуникационных технологий в преподавании художественной дисциплины «Рисунок» в дистанционном режиме.

    Abstract:
    Целью работы является анализ организации управления экономикой государства во взаимосвязи с образованием в рамках интенсивно развивающейся цифровой экономики и формирование соответствующих цифровых навыков. Показано, что в совокупности цифровые технологии включают математическое, программное и информационное обеспечения, а также включают технологии сбора, хранения (база данных), обработки, поиска, передачи и представления, данных большого объема в электронном виде. Автор подчеркивает, что для решения представленных проблем требуются специалисты соответствующих цифровых навыков, и соответствующих цифровых образовательных технологий. Такие образовательные цифровые технологии представлены автором в форме учебника «Теория управления и практика принятия управленческих решений». Автор также отмечает, что задачи цифровой экономики, определенные одной тематикой, сформированы в виде контрольных работ, которые охватывают три уровня принятия решений: фирма рынок, регион, и выдаются студенту постепенно по мере повышению трудности решаемых задач.

  • Revisiting a Proof of the Sine Theorem

    Abstract:
    The author of the article outlines, that in school geometry course, the sine theorem and the cosine theorem are well known. In this course, they are proved by the authors of the textbook in a way different from the one that is presented in the article. The article considers the author's method of proving the sine theorem unknown in the literature sources and based on the vector-coordinate method; two more theorems are also proved, one of which concerns the calculation of the inscribed angle in the circle, and the other concerns the calculation of viewing angles of the chord of the circle; one task is proposed by the author for independent work, in which the object of research is the chord of a circle. Research results. A proof of the sine theorem, presented by the author on the basis of his technique, undoubtedly quicken public interest. The material can serve as a basis for organizing educational and research activities of students in mathematics. It is concluded that educational and research activities of students in mathematics can be effectively organized when: establishing the essential properties of concepts; identifying the relationship of this concept with other concepts; searching for other methods of proving theorems; formulating the inverse theorem and establishing its truth; classification of mathematical objects and relations between them; solving mathematical problems in various ways and methods; drawing up new tasks that result from already solved ones; providing examples and counterexamples that illustrate a particular fact, etc.
