  • Variable ways to support the adaptation of young people with disabilities to the workplace

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the problem of theoretical and practical understanding of the issue of designing variable trajectories to support adaptation in the workplace of young disabled people. The problem is solved through consideration of support trajectories and mechanisms for promoting employment of this category of citizens. An analysis of the main barriers to adaptation and issues of overcoming them was also carried out. The authors analyze and evaluate the success of adaptation to the workplace of young disabled people. For this purpose, a comparative study of graduates with disabilities and normotypical peers was conducted. It was revealed that adaptation of graduates with disabilities is a multicomponent neoplasm. This should be taken into account when strategically planning the content of mentors’ work, when building a system of employee motivation, as well as when implementing adaptation measures to reduce the anxiety and uncertainty of young professionals with disabilities.

    The article examines the problem of psychological well-being of students in modern educational conditions in the implementation of a mixed form of education. Attention is drawn to the fact that with blended learning, due to isolation from the study group and sometimes misunderstanding with teachers, information loads increase, lack of interpersonal relationships occurs, and different problems appear. Under such circumstances there is a feeling of anxiety, state of emotional stress, feeling of psychological distress. It is concluded that it is necessary to carefully study the components of psychological well-being in this category of students and to develop a support model.

    Abstract:
    В статье актуализируется проблема поиска педагогических технологий обучения студентов с инвалидностью и ограниченными возможностями здоровья. В качестве одной из возможных технологий работы с указанной категорией студентов представлена технология деятельностного метода обучения. Данная технология позволяет включить студентов в освоение дисциплин учебного плана и приобретение компетенций за счет придания личностной значимости образовательному процессу и активного включения студентов в него. Студенты с инвалидностью и ограниченными возможностями здоровья получают возможность обучаться в режиме самоопределения к деятельности и успешной самореализации. Технология деятельностного метода обучения, имея специфическое наполнение компонентов (принципов, средств, способов, этапов), создает условия для активного освоения студентами различных способов восприятия, обработки и представления информации.
