    Abstract:
    В настоящее время студенты высших учебных заведений для написания курсовых и выпускных работ используют поисковые системы сети интернет. В условиях экспоненциального роста числа доступных источников информации, разного качества этих источников, во многих случаях студенческий поиск является малоэффективным и может приводить к длительному и проблемному использованию интернета, что, в свою очередь, может негативно влиять на когнитивные способности студентов и усвоение ими учебных программ. Для повышения эффективности студенческого поиска информации и сокращения затраченного на него времени с недавних пор стали применяться технологии формирования у студентов метакогнитивных стратегий поиска. Эти стратегии определяются совокупностью способов наблюдения, планирования, коррекции и саморегулирования познавательной деятельности пользователя в процессе поиска. Для формирования таких стратегий могут быть использованы, среди прочих инструментов, метакогнитивные инструкции. Такие инструкции представляют собой алгоритмы действий в процессе поиска, исполнителем которых является студент и показали свою эффективность для снижения проблемного использования Интернета.

  • Metacognitive scaffolding in teaching English for law students

    Abstract:
    Metacognitive support in foreign language classes for law students is considered as a potentially effective pedagogical technology that fosters students’ ability to self-manage their learning process. The aim of this study was to assess the impact of introducing metacognitive elements into English lessons for law students through a comparative analysis of students’ level of metacognitive awareness before and after the experimental period. The article presents the results of an empirical study involving 30 students, equally divided into two groups (control and experimental). Students’ metacognitive awareness was measured twice: at the beginning and the end of the experiment by an author-developed questionnaire consisting of 15 questions in three blocks. Statistical processing of the results was performed in Excel. For 14 weeks, students in the experimental group completed tasks aimed at developing planning, monitoring, and self-evaluation skills. The results of the experiment showed an increase in the level of metacognitive awareness of students in the experimental group by an average of 21,5%. The practical significance and novelty of the study is in the validation of metacognitive educational technologies in the class of Legal English. The practical tasks can be used to design educational programmes and teaching materials aimed at developing students’ skills in independent information work, critical thinking, and self-regulation.

    В статье рассматривается использование феминитивов в современном обществе. Выявляются проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются российские СМИ в процессе реализации идей гендерного равенства. Цель исследования состоит в выявлении основных тенденций в области современных коммуникаций, связанных с корректной репрезентацией женских социальных практик. В области методологии наиболее перспективным представляется подход гуманистического феминизма. Делается вывод, что использование феминитивов в современном языке отражает сложившуюся ситуацию в обществе и способствует устранению некоторых устаревших стереотипов.

В работе проанализированы современные научные данные о гиподинамии среди молодежи, выделены факторы, способствующие развитию гиподинамии у студентов, выполнен обзор медицинских, психологических и социальных последствий гиподинамии проанализированы ее последствия для здоровья и разработаны концептуальные подходы к решению проблемы – предложена теоретическая модель для снижения уровня гиподинамии.

    В статье проанализированы внутрипородные различия немецких овчарок, выявлены последствия современного шоу-разведения, такие как увеличение размеров и ухудшение рабочих качеств. Методы исследования включали измерения, бонитировку и оценку дрессировочных навыков, что подтвердило снижение работоспособности у собак шоу-направления. Сделаны выводы о необходимости корректировки селекции для сохранения баланса между экстерьером и функциональностью.

Сравнительный анализ эффективности традиционных и ИИ-ассистированных образовательных практик о внедрении ИИ в вузах. Появление двоякого эффекта: повышение доступности и адаптивности образования и возникновение новых вызовов, связанных с цифровой этикой, сохранением критического мышления и необходимостью переподготовки педагогических кадров.

    Abstract:
    The chapter reveals the main provisions of the psychological and pedagogical concept of the world-famous teacher Maria Montessori. The core of her method was feelings. Therefore, she criticized traditional educational practice for starting with ideas and intellect. «Often a scientist who has grasped an idea encounters great difficulties in doing the work we give him, because we have omitted from his education a factor of primary importance, namely, the cultivation of feelings." The mental development of a child occurs spontaneously. Education is not something that a teacher gives. It is a natural and spontaneous process carried out by the child himself. The essence of the Montessori method is what is now called innovative education – the creation of an environment in which children could learn and grow independently of adults, be free to do things on their own and learn at their own pace. In a Montessori classroom, the learning process is controlled not by the interpersonal relationship between a teacher and a child, but by didactic materials. Each element of this equipment was assessed on a pragmatic basis: does the child's competence grow from contact with the material. No tricks were used to attract the child's attention. The didactic materials were designed to be initially interesting and in such a way that the child could correct himself without the help of the teacher.

    The article examines the methodological foundations and effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral coaching. Particular attention is paid to the problem of protocols in cognitive-behavioral coaching. It is concluded that the model can serve as a prototype of the protocol. The result of the analysis of coaching models is presented. It is the integrative structural model of coaching, which was the basis for the "Coaching model Navigator" developing. The "Coaching model Navigator is a tool for constructing the structure of a coaching session for a specific request. It is concluded that there is a certain sequence of arrangement of structural elements of the coach's activity, and the differentiating structural elements for cognitive-behavioral coaching are the elements "Perception", "Presentation of an alternative view", "analysis of consequences", "full analysis of the target solution". A plan for the development of protocols in cognitive-behavioral coaching is proposed.

    The article presents the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral coaching model PRACTICE. To evaluate the effectiveness, a repeated measures design was used. Data processing was performed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion and the Wilcoxon criterion. Results: coaching sessions conducted according to the PRACTICE model lead to a positive shift in the level of personal effectiveness (z = 137.5, p = 0.023) and the level of self-organization of the coachee (z = 88, p = 0.025). The study is the first evaluation of the effectiveness of the PRACTICE cognitive-behavioral coaching model and creates a basis for further comparative studies in the field of coaching psychology.

    This article presents a generalized competency model for cognitive-behavioral coaches (GCM CBC) developed through the synthesis of existing coaching competency models, including international (ICF, EMCC, IAC, AC) and Russian-language frameworks (ARC, NFPMC), as well as the Beck Institute's Cognitive Therapy Rating Scale (CTRS), while accounting for the specific characteristics of the cognitive-behavioral approach in coaching. The development methodology employed semantic analysis and clustering of behavioral indicators, resulting in the identification of four key competency clusters manifested within coaching sessions: goal orientation, interpersonal interaction, interventions, and process, as well as two clusters manifested outside sessions. The developed model may serve as a foundation for standardizing professional training of cognitive-behavioral coaches, developing certification programs, and ensuring quality assurance in practice.
