    В статье рассматривается использование феминитивов в современном обществе. Выявляются проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются российские СМИ в процессе реализации идей гендерного равенства. Цель исследования состоит в выявлении основных тенденций в области современных коммуникаций, связанных с корректной репрезентацией женских социальных практик. В области методологии наиболее перспективным представляется подход гуманистического феминизма. Делается вывод, что использование феминитивов в современном языке отражает сложившуюся ситуацию в обществе и способствует устранению некоторых устаревших стереотипов.

    Гиподинамия у студентов вызвана сочетанием образовательных, технологических и социальных факторов, что приводит к негативным последствиям для здоровья и успеваемости. В работе проанализированы современные научные данные о гиподинамии среди молодежи, выделены факторы, способствующие развитию гиподинамии у студентов, выполнен обзор медицинских, психологических и социальных последствий гиподинамии проанализированы ее последствия для здоровья и разработаны концептуальные подходы к решению проблемы – предложена теоретическая модель для снижения уровня гиподинамии.

    В статье проанализированы внутрипородные различия немецких овчарок, выявлены последствия современного шоу-разведения, такие как увеличение размеров и ухудшение рабочих качеств. Методы исследования включали измерения, бонитировку и оценку дрессировочных навыков, что подтвердило снижение работоспособности у собак шоу-направления. Сделаны выводы о необходимости корректировки селекции для сохранения баланса между экстерьером и функциональностью.

На основе анализа современных ИИ-решений (GigaChat, ChatGPT, адаптивных платформ) раскрываются направления трансформации: персонализация обучения через алгоритмы машинного анализа данных, автоматизация рутинных преподавательских задач, развитие систем интерактивной обратной связи. Сравнительный анализ эффективности традиционных и ИИ-ассистированных образовательных практик о внедрении ИИ в вузах. Появление двоякого эффекта: повышение доступности и адаптивности образования и возникновение новых вызовов, связанных с цифровой этикой, сохранением критического мышления и необходимостью переподготовки педагогических кадров.

    Abstract:
    The chapter reveals the main provisions of the psychological and pedagogical concept of the world-famous teacher Maria Montessori. The core of her method was feelings. Therefore, she criticized traditional educational practice for starting with ideas and intellect. «Often a scientist who has grasped an idea encounters great difficulties in doing the work we give him, because we have omitted from his education a factor of primary importance, namely, the cultivation of feelings." The mental development of a child occurs spontaneously. Education is not something that a teacher gives. It is a natural and spontaneous process carried out by the child himself. The essence of the Montessori method is what is now called innovative education – the creation of an environment in which children could learn and grow independently of adults, be free to do things on their own and learn at their own pace. In a Montessori classroom, the learning process is controlled not by the interpersonal relationship between a teacher and a child, but by didactic materials. Each element of this equipment was assessed on a pragmatic basis: does the child's competence grow from contact with the material. No tricks were used to attract the child's attention. The didactic materials were designed to be initially interesting and in such a way that the child could correct himself without the help of the teacher.

Особое внимание было уделено определению места когнитивных потребностей в профессиональной сфере.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the methodological foundations and effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral coaching. Particular attention is paid to the problem of protocols in cognitive-behavioral coaching. It is concluded that the model can serve as a prototype of the protocol. The result of the analysis of coaching models is presented. It is the integrative structural model of coaching, which was the basis for the "Coaching model Navigator" developing. The "Coaching model Navigator is a tool for constructing the structure of a coaching session for a specific request. It is concluded that there is a certain sequence of arrangement of structural elements of the coach's activity, and the differentiating structural elements for cognitive-behavioral coaching are the elements "Perception", "Presentation of an alternative view", "analysis of consequences", "full analysis of the target solution". A plan for the development of protocols in cognitive-behavioral coaching is proposed.

  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of the Russian-language version of the PRACTICE cognitive-behavioural coaching model

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral coaching model PRACTICE. To evaluate the effectiveness, a repeated measures design was used. Data processing was performed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion and the Wilcoxon criterion. Results: coaching sessions conducted according to the PRACTICE model lead to a positive shift in the level of personal effectiveness (z = 137.5, p = 0.023) and the level of self-organization of the coachee (z = 88, p = 0.025). The study is the first evaluation of the effectiveness of the PRACTICE cognitive-behavioral coaching model and creates a basis for further comparative studies in the field of coaching psychology.

    Abstract:
    This article presents a generalized competency model for cognitive-behavioral coaches (GCM CBC) developed through the synthesis of existing coaching competency models, including international (ICF, EMCC, IAC, AC) and Russian-language frameworks (ARC, NFPMC), as well as the Beck Institute's Cognitive Therapy Rating Scale (CTRS), while accounting for the specific characteristics of the cognitive-behavioral approach in coaching. The development methodology employed semantic analysis and clustering of behavioral indicators, resulting in the identification of four key competency clusters manifested within coaching sessions: goal orientation, interpersonal interaction, interventions, and process, as well as two clusters manifested outside sessions. The developed model may serve as a foundation for standardizing professional training of cognitive-behavioral coaches, developing certification programs, and ensuring quality assurance in practice.

    In recent years, we have seen the pace of development of artificial intelligence (AI) increase. AI-based tools are increasingly embedded in professional activities, and people need to adapt to these changes. We've been talking about information overload for decades, and now the environment is even more stressful. Difficulties in maintaining concentration for long periods of time, conscious action, self-organisation and self-regulation are already being experienced in adolescents. The text analyses how AI affects the pace of life, and the problems this causes. Tools for coping are offered, with a focus on coaching as a solution to current challenges. Limitations and opportunities are critically examined through cognitive psychology and research on other approaches. Alternative solutions that take into account the limitations of the tool and its impact on resilience are also mentioned. The article is aimed at a wide audience interested in the impact of AI on human adaptive capacity.

    Статья представляет собой практико-ориентированное исследование, в рамках которого в 2024 году на базе НИУ «Высшая школа экономики» была разработана и апробирована программа коучингового сопровождения организационных изменений. В программе приняли участие 26 человек. Основной ее целью стало создание системы поддержки руководителей компании и ее сотрудников. Логика работы, основанной на когнитивно-поведенческом и evidence-based подходах, включала проведение предварительной диагностики, реализацию коучинговых интервенций в трёх форматах (индивидуальный, командный, групповой), а также повторную оценку ключевых показателей эффективности. В статье также приводится теоретическое обоснование выбора основных показателей для оценки эффективности результатов работы, приведена структура диагностической батареи методик, дано краткое описание структуры проведенных сессий, приведены результаты оценки эффективности и даны рекомендации об улучшении программы.
