    Abstract:
    In the development of modern ethnic cultures, there is a paradoxical situation: the more powerful the onset of comprehensive globalization, aimed at the destruction of national cultures, the more actively they develop. “To blame”, in our opinion, is the ethnocultural code, which rebelled against the dominance of the virus of the death of national cultures and thus led to the flourishing, boom of ethnic cultures. Convincing evidence of this is the deep fundamental processes of revival taking place in the Chuvash national culture. Thus, the unique Kokelev International Plein Air has rightfully become a synthesis of the picturesque national schools of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. The national TV and radio company “Chavash En” was established. Recreated “Chuvashkino”, designed to develop their national culture. There is a return from oblivion of the runic writing of the Chuvash people. A program for the development of the Chuvash language was adopted. And, as it were, the apotheosis of the renaissance of the Chuvash ethnic culture was the establishment of the Chuvash Embroidery Day on November 26 by the Decree of the Head of the Chuvash Republic. Globalization pressure is also causing an increase in interest in learning about other cultures. we tell about this phenomenon on the example of Chuvashia and Azerbaijan. In soviet times in Azerbaijan, few people knew that the Chuvash were a Turkic people. Tatarstan knew, Bashkortostan knew, and the Chuvash – the Turkic people – didn't [6]. The aim of our work is to study the interaction of Chuvash and Azerbaijani cultures in historical retrospect, as well as to draw the attention of scientists of Chuvashia, Russia and Azerbaijan to this problem, which is of great cognitive and scientific importance. The author comes to the conclusion that scientists-humanitarians of Chuvashia, Russia and Azerbaijan can and should combine their efforts to create a comprehensive study of the interaction of the cultures of the Chuvash and Azerbaijani nations in historical retrospect.

Данная статья посвящена проблемам формирования коммуникативных компетенций казахского языка у студентов высшей школы. Авторы делятся практическими предложениями, основанными на собственной практике, для совершенствования навыков письменной речи у студентов, изучающих казахский язык (уровень В2).

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена достижению метапредметных результатов через использование технологии РКМЧП на уроках литературы. Автор подчеркивает, что достижение метапредметных результатов – это основа успешной учебной и внеучебной деятельности учащихся. В данной работе представлен практический опыт по использованию некоторых приёмов педагогической технологии «Развитие критического мышления через чтение и письмо» на примере рассказа М. Шолохова «Судьба человека». Автор приходит к выводу, что варьируя данные стратегии и приёмы, учитель может планировать учебный процесс с учётом развития учебной мотивации учащихся, индивидуальных особенностей, степени их обученности по предмету, создавая оптимальные условия для достижения метапредметных результатов.

Автор приходит к выводу, что современная образовательная технология «Развития критического мышления через чтение и письмо» основывается на нестандартном мышлении и с ее помощью учитель приобщает к духовному опыту человечества и формирует умения и навыки учеников.

    Abstract:
    This paper analyzes from the point of view of a negative transfer of the native language the misuses of parts of speech by Chinese students in a letter in English; the authors also find out the main causes of misunderstandings. Based on the research and analysis two preliminary proposals are made in order to help Chinese people avoid such kinds of errors. The authors point out that both teachers and students should pay enough attention to this kind of mistake and apply correct and effective methods to teach and learn the English language.

    Abstract:
    The article is concerned with the problem of academic writing skills’ development in postgraduate students of nonlinguistic technical universities in the process of professionally-oriented language teaching. Results of the research work conducted by the university graduates are traditionally presented in specialized scientific journals, which requirement is to provide every publication with the annotation written in English. As practice shows, most of the students experience various difficulties in writing annotations in English. We identified mistakes that are most frequently committed by undergraduate students and developed a modified teaching technology aimed at their elimination and development of academic writing skills. The elaborated modified teaching technology consists of 6 steps and is employed in the process of professionally-oriented foreign language teaching.
