    Abstract:
    The article presents research on the history of the creation of monuments to the fallen soldiers of the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945 in the Spassky district. Reliable information has been disclosed on how the creation, opening of monuments to fallen soldiers and their further condition took place. The important role of the memory of the people in the patriotic education of young people through memorials is indicated.

    This article provides a comprehensive examination of the heroic deeds of the Soviet people during the Great Patriotic War commemorated in the monuments, obelisks, and memorial complexes across the territory of the Soviet Union in the post-war period. The author conducts a thorough analysis of the historical sources pertaining to the monuments, obelisks, and memorial complexes located in the Tsivilsky municipal District of the Chuvash Republic, which were constructed in tribute to the deceased soldiers, and provides their detailed description.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the consideration of the commemorative function of monuments to home front workers, widows and children of the Great Patriotic War, erected in the Republic of Tatarstan at the beginning of the XXI century. Based on the analysis of the images and symbols of these memorial structures, the conclusion is made about the importance of this type of commemorative practices as a tool for preserving historical memory.

    Abstract:
    Ставятся и рассматриваются проблемные вопросы цветовой альбомной публикации уникальных древнерусских росписей в Успенском соборе Княгинина монастыря во Владимире, впервые представляемых широкому читателю. Вместе с тем констатируется крайне аварийное состояние живописи в храме и, как следствие этого, отсутствие в ее цветовом воспроизведении оригинального вида. На обсуждение выносится также вопрос об отношении к публикации росписей в сложившейся ситуации автора книги, ее издателей и самого монастыря как основного хранителя памятника. Резюмируется, что традиционно сложившиеся этические и эстетические нормы общественной презентации художественного памятника оказались несовместимыми с ее высокими просветительскими целями.

  • Personalization and Anonymization of the Place of Death of a Person in an Accident (Using the Example of Federal Highways a 151, P 178, P 241)

    Abstract:
    The tradition of marking the places of death in road accidents is now widespread on all continents and in most countries, including Russia. Roadside monuments, which are installed at the same time, are of two types: some correspond to monuments in cemeteries, others do not. Sometimes it is enough for loved ones only to mark the place of death itself. Then a monument is erected, completely or partially devoid of information about the deceased. This phenomenon is called anonymization of the place of death. But for many, it is not the place itself that is important, but the memory of the deceased person. In this case, the monument contains the most detailed information about the deceased, so personalization and individualization are created. It can be embodied with the help of the design features of the monument, photographs or images of the deceased, personal information, epitaphs and objects that are placed on or near the monuments. The article presents data on the uniqueness of personalization and anonymization, obtained as a result of a survey of routes A 151, P 241, P178. It was out that ompletely anonymous memorial signs make up 19% of all sings on the highway P 241, reach – 33% on the highway A 151 and 50% on the highway P 178. It can be assumed that a higher degree of anonymization on the A 151 and P 178 highway is due to special types of memorial signs (a flowerpot on the P 178 highway, a gazebo and a fence without a sign on the A 151 highway), as well as a large number of old metal signs that have lost photos, plates with information about the deceased. There are no clear boundaries between anonymization and personalization, there is a large number of transitional phenomena that can be simultaneously defined as both partial personalization and partial anonymization.

    В статье рассматривается вопрос о целесообразности в ходе реставрационного восстановления исторически достоверного облика памятника удаления с него так называемых «новоделов», то есть более поздних пристроек, и обосновываются возможные пути их сохранения для дальнейшего использования. Устанавливаются также негативные последствия «новоделов» для целостности отдельных архитектурных форм и деталей, возможность восстановления которых определяется сложными методами фрагментарной реставрации объекта, познание которых необходимо закладывать в системе вузовской подготовки реставраторов.

    Сохранение объектов культурного наследия имперской России изначально оказалось в центре внимания советского правительства. Принятые им постановления заложили основу для музейного строительства, как в центре, так и на местах. Положениями Музейного отдела при Наркомпросе РСФСР все памятники искусства и старины были включены в состав культурного фонда страны. Перед провинциальными музеями была поставлена задача обеспечивать государственный учет, инспекцию и охрану культурных и исторических ценностей. Ее реализации на территории Иваново-Вознесенской губернии и посвящена статья. Автором выясняются условия и обстоятельства становления органов государственного управления охраной историко-культурного наследия. Выделены и охарактеризованы действия представителей музейных ведомств и местных властей по охране художественных ценностей, оставшихся в усадьбах.

    The theoretical, methodological and legal problems of the «intangible cultural heritage» as a social phenomenon is considered as well as the foundations of state policy in relation to monuments of cultural and historical heritage are defined. It is noted that the essence of this phenomenon – the preservation of the intangible cultural heritage - should be considered in two aspects: in a narrow and broad sense of this phenomenon. In a narrow sense, the essential characteristic of the institution in question refers to cultural, ethnic, personal identity. In a broad sense, the essence of this social phenomenon implies a number of aspects: ontological, epistemological, functional, philosophical, normative (regulatory), programmed, instrumental (methodical). A well-thought-out socio-cultural policy aimed at reviving and preserving the cultural heritage should be harmoniously implemented at the federal, regional, local (municipal) levels.
