    Abstract:
    The study of problems associated with the dynamics and fluctuations of the economic environment requires the continuous development of the project, which is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that has identified many unresolved problems, especially in light of crises. The choice of other business processes for outsourcing is an important problem, the solution of which depends on the efficiency of the development of industrial enterprises. They require continuous development and improvement of the system for organizing the activities of the enterprise, the development of new, progressive management forms and methods that can reduce and reduce the impact of negative factors on its development indicators. This is especially true for industrial enterprises. The problems of low competitiveness of industrial enterprises, limited resources for their effective performance, low level of human resources require changes in economic activity using effective management methods, high efficiency of business processes and increased competitiveness of business entities, which should become the basis for the formation of new models of economic activity of industrial enterprises on The basis of the composite model is the selection of the optimal outsourcing, which provides an increase in the efficiency of the production process of the industrial enterprise.

    Currently, in the conditions of market relations, organizations have significantly increased the number of counterparties – product suppliers and buyers, that is, debtors and creditors, due to a number of objective and subjective factors, the procedure for accounting and reporting receivables and payables has become more complicated. In order to properly build relationships with customers, it is necessary to constantly monitor the current state of mutual settlements and monitor trends in their changes in the medium and long term. At the same time, control should be differentiated in relation to different groups of customers, distribution channels, regions and forms of contractual relations. Accounts receivable and accounts payable are a natural phenomenon for the system of settlements between enterprises existing in Russia. In the structure of receivables and payables, the largest share (up to 90%) is occupied by obligations to suppliers and claims to buyers, therefore, these indicators directly affect the solvency and financial stability of organizations. The problems of reliability and timeliness of accounting, reporting and analytical information on settlement transactions with partners in commodity transactions, which affect the effectiveness of tactical and strategic management, are becoming especially relevant.

  • Socio-Psychological Features of Preschool Children with Unpopular Sociometric Statuses

    The article presents the results of the study of some socio-psychological characteristics of preschool children with unpopular sociometric statuses. The sociometric structure of a small social group is the result of its development and has a significant impact both on the functioning of the group itself and on the socio-psychological development of its members. On the one hand, personality traits along with other factors of psychical development and socialization contribute to or hinder the acquisition of favorable sociometric statuses. On the other hand, the possession of a certain sociometric status has an impact on the development of socio-psychological characteristics of the individual. Children with unpopular statuses are situated at the zone risk. The aim of the work was to study the socio-psychological characteristics of children with unpopular sociometric statuses. The study was conducted in preschool educational institutions of Petrozavodsk, Prionezhsky and Medvezhyegorsky districts of the Republic of Karelia. We used some methods to test the hypothesis. These are the «Secret» method, «Observation of children's communication», the Rosenzweig test, the «Monitoring aggressive behavior of children» method. The results of the study. The study found that neglected and ignored children have got by aggression and anxiety; demonstration of aggression and anxiety in children with unpopular sociometric statuses are determined by the strength of the need for communication (initiative). These qualities are inherent in children who have a high need for communication. In rejected and isolated children with low need for communication, these qualities are not expressed. Anxiety differs in situations of interaction with peers or adults. The results of the study determine new tasks and the direction of correctional and developmental work with unpopular children.

    Abstract:
    The study is devoted to analyzing the reports of childhood experiences with the supernatural. The source base is formed from the results of Internet survey conducted by the author. The author carried out a typologization of the sample from the survey data and proposed an interpretation that correlates the survey responds both with traditional folklore imagery and the psychological reasons underlying the event described by the respondent. The author comes to the conclusion that a kind of hypertext in the picture of such cases represented by the respondents is formed, which includes both references to traditional folklore and borrowings from mass culture. At the same time, in a number of cases the author raises the question that a psychological interpretation of the above descriptions as cases of mixing sleep and reality or phantom memories is possible.

  • Literary Arrangement of Folklore Plots into the Language of Fiction: The Poem by G. Tukay «SU Anasy» through the Prism of the Folklore and Mythological Basis of the Work

    The article is the first attempt to determine the peculiarities of the perception of folklore and mythological plots, with the image of Su Anasy in the center, by Tatar fiction. The relevance and significance of the present research is determined by the lacunarity of this scientific topic in the modern Turkology research. The investigation reflected in this article is based on the use of comparative, systemic, functional and genetic methods, as well as the reconstruction method. The use of these methods is determined by the desire to present a comprehensive analysis of the multifactorial influence of the folklore and mythological specifics of the Su Anasy image on its plot, ideological, ethical and aesthetic adaptation to the field of fiction, that is the aim of the present work. In the course of the analysis, it was established that the central image of the poem of Tatar classic G. Tukay is a kind of quintessence of the traditional worldview of the Tatar ethnos, accumulating the most archaic, basic epistemological and axiological constants. The revealed fact of the dialogue between folklore and imaginative literature, forms an ethnically marked consonance between the two varieties of verbal creativity, and we can claim that this very statement explains the fact that several generations of literary scholars assess the Gabdulla Tukay’s «Su Anasy» as a truly folk work.

    Based on the analysis of the contemporary state of the development of the system of motivation and stimulation of labour of the personnel, the directions of improving of such processes are defined in the article. It is stated that the effective reparations management benefits to both employer and employee. Employees receiving fair salary, generous bonuses and remunerative incentives in exchange for their work will linger to their jobs, keep high performance and morale. It is noted that the issue of fair labour remuneration is highly relevant these days. The fact that the system of motivation and stimulation of personnel, allowing to solve this problem, has been developed in Russia is highlighted in the article. Author concludes that the effective reparations management contributes to employee’s involvement thus leads to the company’s success.

  • Features of Social and Communicative Development of Children Brought up in Different Age Groups of Pre-School Educational Institution

    Abstract:
    The article describes the results of studying the social and communicative development of preschool children, in particular – the features of interpersonal relationships of children brought up in different age groups of pre-school educational institutions. The studies aim is to identify the features of the sociometric structure of a group of different ages, motives and needs for communication, such communicative qualities as initiativity, selectivity, and stability of communication. Methods of research. The study was conducted in pre-school educational institutions in Petrozavodsk. To test the hypothesis, the following methods were used: sociometric method and the method of involved observation, quantitative and qualitative analysis. Discussion of results. Analysis of the results of the study showed that children in different age groups have specific features of social and communicative development, which may be the result of spontaneous socialization factors. Among the highlighted features there is an incomplete sociometric structure of the pre-school group of different ages, the dominance of pragmatic motivation for communication, the predominance of heterogeneous game groups by gender and age, rigid fixation of positions in communication, and strict normative regulation of interaction between children of different ages. It is concluded that the results obtained can be used to determine the directions of educational work of specialists, manage spontaneous factors of socialization in order to minimize their negative impact on the social development of children.

    This article deals with the current state and development of the economic mechanism of private enterprise in Kazakhstan. Recent trends have been identified in the economic mechanism of private enterprise, based on the application of scientific knowledge, comparison, analysis and systems approach. The result of the study is the formulation of the strengths and weaknesses of small and medium-sized enterprises and the advantages and disadvantages of the state and integration subsystem of the economic mechanism of private entrepreneurship, providing various support measures and contributing to sustainable economic development of the government.     Abstract:
    The scientific work includes wide theoretical and practical material about the study of necessity to use and teach students-future interpreters how to emphasize and neutralize connotations during fiction translation. Use of fiction as translation teaching aids is substantiated from the point of view of possible worlds theory and mental space of a language. Frequently used lexical, stylistics and combinatory transformations are recognized in translation of connotations from English into Russian on the example of the novel “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix” by J.K. Rowling. The scientific work deals with the study of using different transformations due to which there is an effect of emphasizing and neutralizing. Difficulties of connotation translation are observed and ways to overcome the difficulties are given.
