    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются ключевые вызовы и перспективы подготовки специалистов в области физической культуры и спорта в условиях современных изменений образовательной среды. Проанализированы проблемы кадрового дефицита, адаптации содержания обучения к требованиям рынка труда, а также интеграции цифровых технологий в образовательный процесс. Обоснована необходимость комплексной модернизации подготовки кадров с учётом новых профессиональных компетенций и использования дистанционных форм обучения. Предложены конкретные меры по повышению эффективности подготовки специалистов физкультурно-спортивной сферы.

    Статья посвящена теме исследования конфликтов в педагогических коллективах вузов и разработке системного подхода к их профилактике и разрешению. Рассматриваются четыре основных типа конфликтов: административно-педагогические, межличностные среди преподавателей, педагогическо-студенческие и конфликты с родителями. Особое внимание уделяется развитию конфликтологической компетентности преподавателей через специальные тренинги и программы. Предлагается комплексная профилактическая система, включающая мониторинг психологического климата, прозрачные механизмы распределения нагрузки и формирование корпоративной культуры. Описываются эффективные методы разрешения конфликтов, такие как медиация и переговорные площадки. Статья содержит практические рекомендации по внедрению предложенного подхода, который позволяет трансформировать конфликты в источник позитивных изменений и улучшить качество образовательного процесса.

    В статье рассматриваются особенности создания поликультурной среды в старшем дошкольном возрасте (5–6 лет) в условиях дошкольного образовательного учреждения. Обосновывается значимость формирования поликультурной компетентности у детей старшего дошкольного возраста в условиях глобализации. Описываются ключевые аспекты создания поликультурной среды, включая подбор содержания образования, организацию образовательного пространства, роль педагога и взаимодействие с семьей. Приводятся примеры практической реализации поликультурного образования в старшей группе детского сада. Подчеркивается важность формирования у детей осознания собственной культурной идентичности наряду со знакомством с культурами других народов.

Это предполагает приспособление к другой системе обучения, многонациональному составу групп, усвоение большого объема информации на неродном языке. При этом очевидно, что успешная адаптация положительно влияет на успехи в учебе и общее благополучие молодых людей. Проведенное исследование направлено на проверку предположения о том, что существуют различия у студентов-россиян и иностранных студентов в особенностях социально-психологической адаптации в вузе.

    В статье рассматривается эволюция образа женщины в рекламе в России и США, начиная с 1950-х годов ХХ века до настоящего времени. Если в США этот понятие последовательно развивалось в образах «домохозяйка – работница – объект сексуальной привлекательности», то в Советском Союзе женщина в рекламе представляла понятия «работница – мать – гражданка». Начиная с 1990-х годов, это различие исчезло, в обеих странах женщина в рекламе представлялась объектом сексуальной привлекательности, красоты и потребления. В настоящее время в российской рекламной индустрии образ женщины больше формируется под влиянием традиционных идей, отражающих роль женщины в обществе, в то время как в США все время появляются новые направления в рекламе, возникающие под влиянием вопросов равенства полов и инклюзивности.

  • Analysis of methodological approaches to teaching biology at a medical university

    Abstract:
    We studied 30 years of experience of traditional medical school, as well as some trends in reforming the methods of teaching natural sciences. The importance of teaching biology to medical students remains undeniable; currently, there are current debates about the methods of teaching theoretical disciplines, including biology. We described various approaches to teaching: a teacher-oriented approach, a student-oriented approach, problem-oriented learning, discipline-based learning, integrated learning. According to the results of the student survey, it was revealed that 93.2% consider the discipline «biology» to be necessary in a medical university, 75% are satisfied with their results in studying the discipline, 82.4% consider a conversation with a teacher to be the preferred format for studying the discipline, 51.1% of respondents prefer an oral survey as an assessment tool, 79.1% of students are satisfied with practical work with a microscope. For optimal work, it is recommended to practice each of these approaches and apply them in everyday teaching activities. An individual approach to students, combined with the use of up-to-date teaching technologies, takes the teaching of fundamental disciplines to a new level, where classical and modern teaching methods are combined.

    The chapter proves that the inclusion of a regional component in the process of teaching Russian is one of the most effective ways to form students' cultural competence. The educational and methodological aids for schools of the Kola North, providing a regional focus of Russian language teaching, are described in detail. Their structure is revealed, the main content is described, and examples of tasks are given. The results of the survey are presented, according to which the literature on linguistic local history is actively used by teachers of the Murmansk region.

    Аbstract The chapter examines key aspects of development, socialization and psychological well-being of adolescents in the modern educational space. The role of the main factors of adolescent socialization is analyzed, including the role of family, school, peers and the digital environment. Particular attention is paid to the competencies of specialists working with adolescents, their ability to create a supportive environment for the formation of the adolescent's personality. Based on the conducted study of self-assessment of the competencies of specialists, strengths and development areas were identified, such as working with crisis states, the use of interactive methods and digital technologies. A model of interaction with adolescents based on the principles of trust, dialogue and action is proposed, as well as recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the specialist's professional activity.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the concept of continuing education in the context of modern socio-economic changes and technological development. The main focus is on the role of continuing education in training professionals who are able to adapt to rapidly changing labor market conditions and requirements. The impact of technological progress on society and the education system is analyzed, and the main functions of continuing education are highlighted: professional, social and personal. The work emphasizes the importance of developing students' independence, responsibility and determination in the process of continuous professional education. The necessity of updating the knowledge and skills of specialists in various fields is emphasized in order to maintain competitiveness. The article considers the role of learning foreign languages in professional training and their impact on the expansion of human opportunities in education, work and communication. Theoretical research methods were used to analyze the problem, including analysis of scientific publications and official documents, such as the Concept of Technological Development of Russia until 2030. As a result of the analysis, the key competencies necessary for successful professional, family and social life in the context of the transformation of the socio-economic sphere have been identified. Among them are computer skills and foreign languages, technological literacy, entrepreneurial skills and social skills. It was also noted that Nizhnevartovsk State University (NVSU) pays special attention to the study of English in the framework of the program "English for academic mobility". It is emphasized that academic mobility contributes to the expansion of educational horizons, the formation of intercultural competencies and the creation of employment potential for graduates.

    В статье рассматривается феномен образа физического Я как сложной психической структуры, формирующейся под воздействием индивидуального опыта, социальных ожиданий и культурных установок. Особое внимание уделяется искажённому восприятию тела, характерному для таких состояний, как нервная анорексия и ожирение. Анализируются когнитивные и эмоциональные механизмы, лежащие в основе негативного телесного самоощущения, включая влияние визуальной культуры, алгоритмов цифровых платформ и содержания социальных сетей. Отмечается, что несмотря на противоположные внешние проявления, оба типа нарушенного восприятия тела основываются на едином внутреннем разрыве между физическим Я и личностной идентичностью.
